Over the course of more than two years, Sarah flawlessly planned and executed two unforgettable wedding celebration days.
From the very beginning, she supported us through every step—from finding the perfect venue to curating an incredible lineup of vendors that matched our style and vision to a tee. Sarah just got us. She listened, adapted, and made us feel heard the entire way.

Throughout the entire process, Sarah remained calm, creative, and organized, which made planning not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable. She took the time to understand our vision, personalities, and priorities, and somehow managed to bring everything together even better than we had imagined. Every detail was executed flawlessly—from the rental chair setup, rented chargers, and dance floor wrap to the stage arrangement, centerpiece placement, and the abundance of stationery and signage throughout the venue.
Florals were one of our top priorities, and we couldn’t decide whether to go with a ceiling installation. Instead, Sarah suggested a floral wall installation to make a bold statement. It ended up being a stunning wow-factor that truly blew us away.
Sarah is a “yes” person—she never shuts down an idea without consideration. She consistently finds creative solutions and never takes the easy way out, no matter how complex the logistics. One of the most impressive feats was flipping half of the reception space into an after-party nightclub without disrupting the ongoing reception. Her attention to detail was incredible, especially when it came to the wedding weekend timeline. Our logistics were tricky with 3 separate locations (hotel, venue, church). Every event, from the rehearsal to the farewell breakfast, was perfectly scheduled, ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. She also took care of coordinating the delivery and pickup of all our wedding items, which meant we never had to worry about logistics or last-minute issues. st looking for someone who could handle all of the logistics, so I didn't need to think or worry on my wedding day. With Sarah, I got so much more than I thought I needed, and it was the BEST decision I made in the planning process. I truly could not have pulled it off without her. From our initial onboarding call, Sarah pointed out countless details I hadn't thought of and provided solutions, advice and suggestions at every turn to make sure we got what we wanted. She took the time to explain to me what made the most sense from her extensive experience. We spent hours on calls working through the day's timeline, and Sarah is extremely patient, very kind and has a great sense of humor, making the calls productive and fun. When we ran into an issue with the band contract, Sarah immediately jumped in to help me craft responses, navigate the issue and let me vent (and it was all my doing as I booked them before working with her!)
I am someone who goes completely into panic mode before hosting even a couple friends at my house but leading up to the wedding, I was very calm and had the mental space to just be relaxed and excited to marry my husband. This was only because I knew I was in the best hands with Sarah.
On our wedding day, Sarah and her team went above and beyond for us. We had multiple location changes (like 6!) and they handled every piece seamlessly and on schedule. It snowed all day, and Sarah's team member Ellie literally sat on the floor of the trolley wiping away massive mud stains on my dress before I walked down the aisle. They completely disappeared, and I would have never thought to have something like that on hand for the day. It was pure magic! I can't even express how grateful I am for all of the things they did - big and small - to make sure our day ran smoothly and exactly how we envisioned it. Our family and friends are still raving about how amazing and impressive they are! Throughout the whole process, Sarah kept my husband and I on track every step of the way. Between our frequent phone calls, shared google docs detailing every minute of the wedding day, and consistent follow up with vendors. Sarah was so organized and had everything completely under control.

son to bring our dream wedding weekend to life. Her goal was to know our vision, understand our style, and execute so that we could enjoy the night and not have to think about anything the day of. It's safe to say that was a success - I was the most "chill bride" all weekend long and that was entirely because of the care and detail that Sarah put into every second of our weekend.
We brought Sarah on towards the end of our planning process (3 months before the wedding), and although everything was perfect, I wish we started working together sooner. Sarah is calm, organized, SO easy to talk to, and allowed us to be ourselves throughout the planning process. Her expertise guided us the whole way while still ensuring that every detail was unique to us. She worked to build a package around what we needed the most support with to ensure that we had no gaps in our prep/day of planning and coordination.
Being that we found most of our own vendors before hiring Sarah, she was the perfect person to pull them all together with her collaborative personality, stress-free nature and smile! Sarah attended floral meetings, tastings, final prep calls with each vendor and answered every email, text and phone call filled with countless questions. We had a master timeline and checklist to make sure we stayed on top of everything from final vendor payments to "purchase hangers for bridesmaid pajamas."
Fast forward to the wedding weekend... Sarah coordinated all of our venue / rehearsal dinner / hotel item drop offs and made sure that all of the buses ran smoothly. She planned every minute of the wedding day, and the schedule ran like clockwork, while Sarah and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. They were exactly where they needed to be at EVERY twist and turn - it was so impressive and all due to Sarah's organizational skills and incredible communication with her team. Sarah even did a full item by item inventory check at my parents house for the pre-wedding pick up (and post-wedding drop off).
Anything that did not go according to plan, Sarah confidently took charge, found a solution, and then let me know about it (just for awareness - not for us to take any action). For example, there was a miscommunication with the florals in my bouquet - Sarah knew immediately that this was not what I wanted and before I could even get out the words, she calmly said "I know this is not what you asked for, but don't worry at all. This is an easy fix and I will work with the florist to make it right!"
Because of Sarah I was truly a stress free bride and we had the BEST TIME at our own wedding. No wedding is too big or too small and no idea is too unrealistic for Sarah to bring to life. We miss the planning process mostly because we don't have an excuse to talk to Sarah multiple times each week. Sarah truly became like family to us and we can't recommend her enough!!

ble to have so much fun and fully enjoy our day. It’s impossible to list all of the big and little things that Sarah did. We were incredibly lucky to work with her and would do so again in a heartbeat.
By the time we met Sarah, we had already chosen a venue and a hotel. We were operating on a tight timeline, but Sarah agreed with us that it would be possible to plan the entire wedding in 7 months. The venue we had chosen checked all of our most important boxes, but there were many open questions about the room setup, getting ready plan, dinner format, and much more. In fact, there was so much to talk about that I didn’t know where to start. Sarah simply asked, “do you have a dress yet?” At the time, I didn’t know that buying and altering a wedding dress could take many months. And so, after just 10 minutes talking to Sarah, my to-do list was completely reordered, and I was able to tackle the most urgent things first.
Sarah came up with a custom partial planning that would work for our needs. Every wedding is unique, and ours was no exception. Though I grew up in New Jersey, we live and work in California, so we were planning the wedding from a distance. We had many guests from overseas and a 4 different languages spoken at the ceremony and reception. Sarah’s relationships in the wedding industry saved us lots of time. For example, after a challenging vendor search, we found a DJ that we really loved, but the DJ didn’t have enough lights for the entire room. I couldn’t find a lighting vendor online, but Sarah knew someone personally and was able to help us explain what we wanted and get a highly customized package. Sarah had worked with many of our vendors before, which helped a lot, and she communicated with them clearly and kindly. Sarah worked with the events manager at our venue to ensure that the vendors would be set up for success. Happy vendors = happy guests.
Sarah worked with us to come up with a timeline for the day so that everyone would be on the same page about the order of events. The timeline was at the heart of the planning process. We started with a draft that Sarah put together and fleshed it out over the course of several months. There were things on this timeline that we would never have considered, not because we didn’t care about the wedding, but because we didn’t have the time and the experience to think of them. In addition to the timeline, Sarah came up with lists of client-provided items for the morning, the ceremony, and the reception. Instead of stressing about what we had forgotten, we were able to simply work together to cross items off the list as we acquired them.
On the day of the wedding, Sarah and her team were incredible. It felt like they were everywhere, making sure that the day would go off without a hitch. She saved the day many times over and we’ll be grateful forever for the memories that Sarah made possible!

from home). The fact was we just did not have the time to plan something ourselves and we were desperate for help. We didn’t know where to begin. Sarah quickly emailed me back, we set up a phone call and I knew from the moment I spoke to her she was the one! She was hired pretty much the same week we spoke. From the start, Sarah got us. She got the vision, she got the budget, and most importantly she understood how precious our time at home with our kids were. She immediately took the lead and came up with a list of 40+ venues for us to comb through and see what we wanted to look at. She set up all the appointments and came with us to every venue we decided to visit. Luckily we found one pretty quick!
From there Sarah found us almost all our other vendors, dealt with all communication to these vendors, kept track of payments, due dates and was always on top of everything. She was able to have critical conversations that I didn’t even have to get involved in, which was huge to me. We had meetings every so often to help go through things and keep me on track with any tasks needed to be done. She was always there to pick up the phone or answer a text, no matter how silly the questions were.
The day of and days leading up to my wedding Sarah was beyond amazing. She literally did everything. Organized everything. Helped set up everything (welcome bags, drop offs, decor, timelines etc). She even met me to pick up all the decor to bring to the venue so that didn’t have to be on my plate. On our wedding day, Sarah kept everyone on track. She was there to rally, rein things in and was prepared for every possible scenario. She was able to pivot without a second thought and make things happen that might not have been going as planned. She literally made the day perfect and so easy. Sarah was always there for us, even my kids. She kept them entertained and happy.
Honestly, I could go on and on, but there really are no words to describe how amazing Sarah is - I want to have another party just so we can hire her again! ime, a full time student and was 30 weeks pregnant on the day of my wedding. My venue also did not provide a bridal attendant as event manager was the coordinator on the day of the wedding. A wedding coordinator wasn’t in our initial budget by all means.
With that said, SARAH IS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN. She is organized, calm, confident, enthusiastic, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and very-much detail-oriented.
What I needed the most, I received:
- Stayed in communication between vendors throughout the entire process
- Post- wedding clean up and organization
- Assisted in setting-up at the location, the night before the wedding
- Always kept the budget in mind
- Provided realistic expectations of how the event will be executed
- Solved problems when we hit barriers
- During meetings with vendors, she asked appropriate questions that my husband and I didn’t think of
- Has the ability to multitask
- Provided checklists and kept us up to date with our vendors
- Communicated with my bridal party before and day of the wedding
- With the help of her assistant, managed the timeline and oversee the vendors, wedding party, and family members on the day of the wedding
- Became a bridal and groom attendant if we needed anything
- The zipper of my wedding dress broke on the day of the wedding. With the help of her, a bridesmaid and my photographer, they overcame this really big challenge.
Like I said, we initially did not think of a wedding coordinator. When my cousin got married, I saw how Sarah was overseeing my cousin's wedding. It was then, I knew I needed her. At the start of planning my wedding, my husband was ambivalent about having a wedding coordinator as it wasn’t within our initial budget. When the wedding finished, he was so impressed and really grateful to have her throughout the whole process. We could not have pictured working with a better person and I was really able to enjoy my wedding day without stressing.
I really recommend Sarah if you're the type of person who needs direction, believes wedding planning is daunting, and just wants to fully immerse themselves on the day of their wedding. She is hands down the type of person we needed and was worth every single penny!

OU get to enjoy the day as much as your guests. My now husband and I hired Sarah to help us pull off the two day wedding weekend of our dreams and she nailed it. Our vision was not traditional - we wanted a private family only ceremony followed by an intimate wedding dinner at our favorite restaurant and the next day - a NYE party that would be nothing short of unforgettable. When we first met with Sarah, we knew what we had in our minds but barely had any of the pieces to make it happen. She gave us direction, a to do list, and deadlines which helped us complete what we needed to on time and truly enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding - knowing we were in the best hands and had nothing to worry about. Sarah understood our vision from day one and helped us navigate how to pull it off from the linens to the lighting to managing each others’ soon to be in laws. She coordinated with every vendor, managed calls and decisions with them, and a load in and out schedule that for the days.
Life threw us some curveballs in the weeks leading up to our wedding - a sudden loss of a family member, a job change, and a groom with a stomach bug days before the big day. But Sarah kept everything moving, we didn’t have to lift a finger. And because she was never worried, we were never worried. Her years of knowledge and expertise allow her to think of everything and ask questions you never even considered to create a schedule of events where no detail is left undecided or undiscussed. The two days were pulled off to absolute perfection and we got to enjoy every minute knowing Sarah was by our side and one step ahead of us at every moment.
A few examples of Sarah’s superhero work:
For our NYE party, we wanted the centerpieces to be candlelit - glass hurricanes, floating candles, confetti. Left to our own devices- it would have looked like a sloppy school project. Sarah understood what we wanted. Gave us a shopping list. And even leant us some of her own hurricanes and votives to create the final look - nothing short of spectacular.
After make up on the wedding ceremony day, I realized that I needed to get the lipstick I was wearing to do touch ups- oh no! Forget about it, Sarah ran to Sephora while we did photos to get me exactly what I needed without so much as an ask.
My cathedral length veil needed to be put in before the long walk down the aisle, everyone else was seated in the church. But Sarah was in the trunk of the SUV putting it neatly in my hair as I sat in the back seat of the car service (she advised we book which saved our lives).
We had our NYE party at a hotel and Sarah worked directly with the hotel to create a floor plan that felt more NYE party then traditional seated dinner - mixing and matching table sizes, highs and lows, and her years of wedding and hotel expertise- she knew the exact questions to ask and the inventory that existed to push for.
Weddings go by so fast - you have so much invested and you want to enjoy it. And because of Sarah, we could. We could talk, mingle, drink the champagne- because we had nothing to worry about. Sarah is a true professional and we’d recommend her to ANYONE ANYWHERE. You never know what life is going to throw your way, so be in good hands with Sarah for your big day.

We spoke with her on all forms of communication - from phone, text, email, in person - any question big or small, Sarah was there to support us.
She eased the wedding planning stress and anxiety that allowed us to have the best day ever. Sarah is very detail oriented and would bring up the little things we forgot about or did not even know to think of. On the day of the wedding, Sarah was extremely helpful and supportive. She coordinated with all of our vendors throughout the whole process and constantly gave us recommendations for the overall wedding experience. as gonna be no easy feat. But I knew I would be okay with sarah by my side! She made the entire wedding planning process as smooth as possible. She helped us navigate a very confusing, stressful and strange world of wedding planning with ease.
Right from our very first phone call with Sarah, I knew she would be the perfect fit. Sarah is organized, professional and one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! She was excellent at communicating with all of my vendors, and swiftly tackled any issues that arose. She was always there to answer all of my questions (and boy did I have many 😅), and to ease my pre wedding jitters. She was truly my advocate throughout the whole planning process!
During wedding week/ day, Sarah made sure we were on schedule with her perfectly planned out timeline. She was always thinking ten steps ahead and picked up on details that I would have missed had it not been for her! I can honestly say I was truly stress free for my wedding day, and it was all because of Sarah.
I would 10000% recommend Sarah to anyone I know! Thank you for helping make our wedding day special 🤍

can truly say that we would not know what we would have done without her. Leading up to the wedding, she helped us communicate the final decisions with the vendors and asked about the little details that we just did not (and would not have) thought of. On the day of, she kept the schedule of events (from the bridesmaid's makeup and hair to the after-party), handled all communications with the vendors, coordinated with the maître d' and staff at our venue, and most importantly, made sure I (the bride) was able to enjoy every second of my wedding without worry. Sarah was extremely helpful, supportive and was not pushy at all. She did not seek to control any part of the wedding, but just supplemented it in the absolute best way possible. As a bride, it was such a relief knowing that she was there to handle anything that could have went wrong, and that such responsibility did not land on me, my mom or my sister. Again, would recommend her to anyone!

son in law and my input. She always made us feel heard and considered. The wedding went off without a hitch and it was an amazing success! There wasn’t a person there that wasn’t impressed! She was the voice of reason when necessary, our advocate, a friend to all. I will miss working with Sarah now that the wedding Is over. But I will recommend her to anyone planning a large (or smaller) event.

ate the new and stressful world of venue and vendor selection. She walked us through the process and was there for us every minute along the way. She connected us with some of the most special vendors that made our wedding day the unbelievable day that it was.
Working with Sarah is truly just having a best friend to help you plan your wedding. She is unbelievably professional but will also hear you out on any pre-wedding stressors like a true friend. Her energy allows you to just enjoy your wedding day. She worked so well with all of our vendors and our day went SEAMLESSLY in her hands.
She volunteered to pick up Etsy orders, answered COUNTLESS texts and e-mails, kept personal items safe (like my grandmothers champagne glasses), handled tipping vendors, created the perfect timeline of the day, ... the list goes on and on.
If I could do it all over again, I would hire Sarah each and every time. A truly special person, and the only negative is that now that my wedding is over... I truly miss her!

ght things to ask that we would not have even thought of. She constantly offered the best advice and input that was extremely helpful. We had to postpone our wedding and thank goodness she was able to work with us for our second date. She was so sweet through the whole process and made all the craziness of changing a date so much easier. She also kept me on track, reminding me all the things I should be working on/ when to make certain decisions or place orders by. It helped immensely in feeling like she was doing all the thinking for me and I could just relax and let her guide me. She made the day of so magical! I felt like she planned and created such a detailed and well thought out timeline that by the time the day came I got to just relax and let it all happen. She was AMAZING the day of! Everything happened exactly according to plan and all of our decorations/florals/reception and ceremony turned out more beautiful than I could have hoped! And I did not even see all the effort that went into her setting it all up! It felt like magic walking in and seeing everything I had talked about leading up to our wedding. She was also wonderful in keeping all of our vendors on track and making sure they were doing all the things they needed to. I could not have imagined our wedding without her! If you want a relaxing and smooth wedding planning process definitely hire Sarah! She will take all the stress out of wedding planning and make sure everything goes according to plan! Could not recommend her enough!!!
