She made herself available for me to bounce ideas off of, and was always excited when I sent her photos of stuff I had purchased for the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Sarah helped create the relaxed vibe that I felt throughout the day. It’s amazing to be able to sit back and enjoy your own wedding, knowing that it’s in Sarah’s capable hands! If anything went wrong at my wedding, I have NO idea what it was. And that’s the best feeling. Sarah is at all times cool, calm and collected. She knows what needs to be done and how to organize the big day without ever being pushy or demanding. She’s such a pro. The only downside: I don’t know what I’ll do without her now that the wedding is over!!

he last two months of planning was, without a doubt, the best money we spent on our wedding. She jumped right into action ahead of our vendors needing final decisions, to help us pull things together and ease the burden of planning a wedding—seemingly a full-time job itself—while working our regular day jobs. Sarah’s extensive experience allowed her to raise points we never would have thought of ourselves, and she offered so many valuable insights/opinions when we wanted (and needed!) them. Some of Sarah’s services that stand out in my mind include creating a planning schedule to keep us on track, as well as detailed timelines for our wedding party and vendors; collecting certificates of insurance from our vendors; attending various venue and vendor finalization meetings; assembling and dropping off our welcome bags at the hotels; leading our ceremony rehearsal; and providing guidance on vendor gratuities. She also allowed us to use some of her personal items free of charge, such as a small table to go under the chuppah and a bunch of clear umbrellas in case of rain. Sarah also offered to help with some signage, as well as to come very deep into Brooklyn from New Jersey just to attend a dress fitting with me if I wanted that. On the day of our rehearsal dinner, due to unforeseen circumstances, we wanted to increase our headcount for that evening, and Sarah took that in stride while I was rushing to get myself out the door. And, on our wedding day, when some things inevitably went wrong—for example, our floor pan didn’t leave enough space for the band, so we had to move some tables around last-minute—Sarah managed that and so much more, and we never had to worry because she was there. She allowed us to be fully stress-free and focused on enjoying the day! And, thanks to Sarah, we never fell behind schedule. In fact, I was fortunate enough to start getting ready later than most brides, and I still had plenty of time to relax, eat a full lunch, and be safely tucked away before any guests started arriving. And I have to add, it’s not just us who recognized Sarah’s brilliance—I got so many compliments from my parents, bridesmaids, and beyond about how spectacular she was! After everything was said and done, Sarah posted the cutest behind-the-scenes photos and videos on Instagram. I’m so glad she thought to capture these special moments! Sarah was always professional, attentive, and patient, just to name a few, and brought a calming presence from the moment we started working together to the end of our wedding festivities. She was truly such a pleasure and quickly became not just a vendor, but a friend. We can’t recommend Sarah highly enough!!!

We were in constant communication in the months leading up to the wedding to ensure that every part of the day would go as planned. Sarah is very collaborative and customizes her approach depending on your preferences - for example, she’d send me a drafted email to send to my bridesmaids double-checking to see if I had any changes, and giving me the option for her to send or have me send out. Leading up to our wedding, we had to navigate the challenges of Covid (due to the Omicron spike), and Sarah worked with us every step of the way from guest communications to last-minute changes to our guest list. On the day of, I was so calm because I knew Sarah had everything under control! Sarah jumped to the rescue whenever something came up - from wiping down my gown’s train after outdoor photos to ironing out my wrinkled veil to fixing my ripped gown moments before I walked down the aisle! knowing that on the day of my wedding my only concern was getting my hair/make up done. Sarah kept everyone on schedule. Our priest even made a comment during our ceremony that I was his first bride to ever walk down the aisle on time! She was fully prepared for all type is situations, like when one of my lashes fell off and when someone accidentally ripped my dress. My husband and I truly were able to just enjoy our wedding and not worry about anything else because we knew Sarah was there and I am so grateful to have had her there!

We hired Sarah about 4 months out, when we could pick up our plans, and she immediately began to prove her value. Many of our vendors were already hired as we had just moved our dates with them, but she did an amazing job of keeping everything organized, helping us brainstorm ideas on how to make this feel special, tying up our celebration's loose ends, and was extremely helpful when we had to reconfigure our whole event less than a month out due to low RSVPs. She is super responsive, easy to get in touch with, incredibly organized, knowledgeable, down to earth and very calming. I had some tense, stressful moments leading up to my celebration and Sarah was very helpful and staying calm and talking me through the facts and my options to move forward with. On the day of, she was silently and quietly making sure everything was moving along as it should be. My friends were looking for her (since I had been raving about her to them!) but they never saw her, which is how it should be! She was like a magical fairy behind the scenes. Sarah made sure that our personal items from our venue made it back to our suite and everything was accounted for. Her assistant, Caroline, made sure that everything went smoothly with our transportation to and from a nearby hotel. If you work with Sarah, she is 100% your advocate and partner in planning your dream wedding/party/celebration/etc. Our day was completely stress-free because of her. I cannot recommend her enough and cannot thank her enough for helping my husband and I have a perfect (worth the wait!) anniversary celebration with all our closest friends and family.

It was perfect beyond our dreams. My husband and I, our families, our wedding party and every guest was cared for with genuine sincerity. My husband and I also appreciated her insightful guidance on vendor selection, vendor negotiation during calls, tip etiquette, and more. She helped us swiftly order, stamp, and mail invitations under a condensed time frame while double-checking guests’ addresses for accuracy. Sarah truly went above and beyond for us. A few days before our wedding, Sarah picked up our wedding items (favors, programs, welcome bags, signage, balloons, etc.) to make our trip to the venue much lighter and more manageable. Sarah is extremely detail-oriented and thinks of everything (such as setting up reserved signs for the ceremony, bringing a copy of the invitation suite for getting ready photos, mounting our vows on card stock, and letting us borrow her cake knife and server)! We are so thankful for all of her essential reminders (such as what to pack for the wedding and to remember to bring extra cake home!). Sarah even allotted a few extra days for us to finish writing our vows just before the wedding to allow maximum time for our “creative juices to flow”! It is clear that Sarah pours her heart and soul into all that she does and deeply cares about the well-being of couples she works with. On our wedding day, she not only checked in on the groom to ensure he had everything he needed, but she also provided lavender aromatherapy to help me, as the bride, relax in preparation for the big day’s events. Sarah remains calm and composed under pressure, is incredibly responsive via email and text messages, and is so flexible that she can quickly adjust the wedding timeline to ensure the day goes smoothly in the event anything unexpected occurs. We could not have selected a more brilliant, thoughtful, supportive, compassionate, considerate, and talented wedding planner to partner with on this event-planning journey. In the process, Sarah also became a bridal advocate and trusted friend to confide in on a daily basis and on the wedding day itself. She answered guests' questions, moved us through the weekend efficiently, and generally made sure that my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy, knowing all the while that everything would be taken care of. My husband still jokes today that Sarah was the only person who could keep me (and my parents) calm during the entire process. Also, something I learned in this process is that just because you have a planner with your venue or at your religious site doesn't mean you don't need a coordinator. She is that point of contact for all the vendors - she was constantly communicating with all our vendors to ensure everyone was on time and following my wishes. ing in NYC. I knew I needed a wedding planner doing an out of state wedding, but honestly even if I had been in NYC I would have needed her. She has literally become a friend to me, been there for us through every situation. When I was wedding dress shopping in Houston and had a rough time, I called her for guidance, when there was drama with family, she had my back. The list goes on and on. She found the most amazing vendors for us, AND paid for herself with the deal she got us on our dream venue. She stuck to our budget, guided us through the entire process and left no detail unturned. She made my wedding day 100 percent STRESS FREE. Literally. I was asking her is everything good and she said YUP! I didn’t worry about ONE THING. It was so amazing. I honestly want her to come to Texas to do all of my friends weddings, and she agreed she would! When COVID hit she was on top of everything, thankfully we listened to her advice to not postpone our July 3rd 2021 wedding and everything worked out so well. But... she was down for whatever we wanted and even to move it to Texas at one point and come down here for us. She is just simply amazing and I can’t say enough great things about her. She will forever be apart of our special day and I’m so happy to have her in our lives now. You need her! :)

We were looking for someone knowledgeable about the wedding business that could help us navigate through all the special circumstances that have come to be because of the pandemic. We found Sarah and could not have imagined a more seamless event. Our wedding was beyond what we expected! She took everything we had already planned and what we were still hoping to achieve and put it all together for us while making it feel authentic to us. She was easy to communicate with, enthusiastic about our ideas, and offered really sound advice when we needed it. She eased our anxieties, kept in communication with our vendors, and really helped us succeed in having our cozy wintry wedding that we dreamed of, all while maintaining safety. how amazing Sarah is, but in the interest of brevity I will pick my three favorite qualities about her as a planner and why I could not imagine planning my wedding without her. 1. Attention to detail - I thought I had my wedding pretty much all planned shortly after getting engaged but little did I know I was so wrong. Sarah built a comprehensive timeline for our dream wedding, and then when the pandemic started we had to modify our plans. Still wanting to get married on our original date, Sarah made sure we had everything in place to have our dream day. From helping develop the menu, to coordinating vendors, selecting design elements and implementing COVID-19 safety measures, there was not a detail that went overlooked by Sarah. Sarah paid special attention to all of the little details that were important to us, including my MOH who played our ceremony music and a custom neon sign we had made for the reception, and made sure they were executed flawlessly. Sarah is someone you can trust to make sure that no detail goes overlooked for your wedding day. 2. Professionalism - Our micro-wedding was held at a small local restaurant that doesn’t do a lot of events. Sarah was so professional in all of her communications with the restaurant, even when they pushed back on our floor plan and demanded a room rental fee after ensuring we wouldn’t be charged for one. Sarah always remained calm, polite, and upbeat in her communications with the restaurant and was so helpful in choosing which battles to fight. I don’t know how I could have worked with an inexperienced venue without Sarah’s expertise and guidance. 3. Compassion - While planning a wedding during a pandemic, I think it’s natural to feel stressed and overwhelmed with all of the unknown. Sarah has been so understanding throughout wedding planning and has helped me work on ways to de-stress and enjoy this important milestone in my life. When you have to follow social distancing guidelines and mask mandates are in place, it’s hard for your wedding to feel like that special celebratory day you always imagined. Sarah has worked with so many brides during this pandemic so far that she “gets it” even when friends and family don’t seem to. Sarah also genuinely invests herself in each wedding she plans and takes the time to get to know you and what’s important to you and your spouse-to-be. I would encourage everyone I know - if you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, do it!! And with the investment you’re putting in, hire Sarah, since she will invest in you. When we decided to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19, my expectations towards getting married in 2020 dropped and I changed my attitude towards the wedding to “it is what it is”. So much felt out of our control but we still wanted to get married, and Sarah made sure that would happen. Little did I know, Sarah would plan the best day of my life, which far exceeded my expectations for our 2020 pandemic wedding. Everything including the cake, food, flowers, music, photography, and transportation all came together perfectly. I am so thankful to Sarah for planning the micro-wedding of our dreams and I can’t wait to work with her again for our big wedding in November 2021!

Just 3 days before the wedding, Sarah professionally maneuvered getting ALL of the vendors to change the date to one day later delivering the most perfect day of the entire summer with 0% chance of rain. Sarah is a must-hire... wedding was stress free, gorgeous and she was there every step of the way and a true support and partner.

A-Z. In the last few months leading up to the big day, I started to feel very overwhelmed and didn’t know how to piece everything together that I planned. I was afraid the flow of the day would be completely off and instead of enjoying my wedding, I would be in “control mode”. Which, from Bride to Bride – that is not a good look! This is where Sarah came in. I was referred to honeycomb + prince through a co-worker. I was already in over my head in cost so this was something I shy’ed away from thinking it would be too costly and when I spoke to other event planning/day of coordinating services, they basically turned me off to the idea completely. They were all super expensive, and didn’t listen to what I needed/wanted and just tried to upsell me on their packages. But since my co-worker highly recommended Sarah, I figured it couldn’t hurt to have a conversation. Let’s just say from our initial conversation, I knew I wanted to work with Sarah! She completely understood my vision, and I could tell she was already piecing together the day of events in her mind to see how it would flow. She asked me a ton of questions, she asked about how my (now husband) and I met, the proposal, leading up to our big day and the vision. She wanted to know about the details, the extras, the wedding party. All the good stuff that makes up the special day. She got back to me within two days with a proposal and needless to say, she priced out my package extremely fair and truthfully, for all the work she did for me – I believe her service is priceless! Sarah basically became my second set of ears, eyes and brain. We set up a weekly call, but realistically spoke and texted almost every day! We also had a number of in person meetings too. She also came to some of my vendor/venue meetings which was so great because she knew exactly what questions to ask, what comments to make – she lead the meetings. She even helped up negotiate pricing with our venue for some last minute additions. She basically helped keep me organized and held me accountable to getting things done in a timely manner. I had a huge wedding and huge wedding party, so all of my tasks were times 10 – or so it felt! But Sarah helped me keep it together and stay pretty calm throughout the rest of the planning process. She was more than just a coordinator – she became apart of our lives and go to know us on a personal level which made working with her extra special. The day of the wedding was perfect! If anything went wrong behind the scenes, I couldn’t even tell you. She held her composure throughout the entire day, she kept our very big wedding party together and on time and then show went on. Even our dogs joined and Sarah also helped in coordinating with them as well. They also love Sarah. That’s a big plus for me - the dogs loved her so she’s got to be good. LOL For anyone considering hiring a wedding coordinator – Sarah is your girl! She is diligent, professional, and works like a fire cracker to get things done!
