She will get the job done at all costs & is clear & precise with an eye for detail. Her confidence in event & wedding planning is unlike anyone else’s. Tess was our coordinator at our venue at A Light in a Barn wedding venue in Yucaipa, CA. She is very professional and the most knowledgeable when it comes to the wedding industry & the latest a greatest trends. Tess stays on every task until it is accomplished beautifully. I met with Tess as she came highly recommended as a day-of coordinator from our venue. From our first conversation via email and out first meeting, I already knew that she was the person that I wanted to work with, and trusted to handle my special day. She was very knowledgeable with wedding planning and execution, always inquisitive with what my husband and I wanted for our special day. Her gears were already spinning from our meeting on how to help us handle everything for our wedding according to plan. The weeks leading up to my wedding, Tess was highly organized and a motivating force keeping me in line with my vendor deadlines such as booking my hair/makeup team, and putting together a time line for wedding. She made me feel at ease breaking down what was left to do for the event and going through that checklist together. For example, we didn't have an exact outline for what our ceremony was going to be. After reaching out to Tess, we had about 5 different ceremony/vow outlines to pick and choose from. After we putting the ceremony verbiage together, she helped finalized the wording with our officiant to make sure that everything encompassed the feel we were trying to get across and the traditions we wanted to share during our vows were well executed. Just before the wedding, she was in contact with all my vendors and wedding party, and well versed in all the details for the day of to take over the reigns. The day of my wedding, I only had to worry about getting ready. The value of that statement cannot be over emphasized. Anytime I was anxious, she would look me in the eyes and tell me she got it covered. I had 3 mock ups of the lighting table arrangements, and the gifts per table set up, and Tess followed suit and completed the remaining decor. Pictures/gift table/cake table/flowers, all discussed previously on where to set them, and when I walked into our reception, I was smiling from ear to ear seeing that everything was in place just how I imagined it to be. Of course no day is without it's hiccups, we were running 1 hour and a half late getting ready, and when this was brought up to Tess, there was no panic, just laser focus on what to prioritize for pictures so that we can accomplish what we needed and wanted from the day. Our wedding still started on time with first looks and wedding party photos done before hand and our guest none the wiser that anything had even happened. Also during our reception, the money dance was skipped from the order that it was supposed to occur. When i brought this up to Tess, she reminded me that anything is still possible and we could have the dance at any time in the evening if still wanted. These are just small snippets of why Tess is an amazing person to work with. I made the absolute correct decision to have her as my day-of coordinator. Her bright and cheerful general perspective shines and enhances her sharp work ethic. With Tess, there are no problems, only obstacles that will be overcome. That's the person you want on your team on your wedding day.

We had such a great experience with tess! She seriously made our wedding day so stress free! She answered all of our questions and made us feel so relaxed about having our reception at our home. She was so helpful on our wedding day, my dress was ripped and I didn't see it till the day of the wedding and Tess handled it and even wrote the cleaners about it! I would recommend her services to anyone who's planning on getting married, you will not regret it!

Tess is so easy and fun to work with. First off she is super organized which I think every bride can appreciate. She was easy to get a hold of and didn’t even mind when I would text her in a panic about the seating chart or chances of rain. She really did make all of my wedding dreams come true. I had a very specific vision and she executed it perfectly.
