Morgan was so much fun to work with and truly went above and beyond in everything she did. We are so grateful for how much she helped us the day of so we could all enjoy the day! Everything went so smoothly and getting to check in every month with an online meeting was very helpful! 11/10 recommend…thank you Morgan!!!

Morgan was amazing! She was very organized, knowledgeable and a God’s send the day of the wedding! She was easy to work with and always answered all of our questions in a timely manner! She went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and ease a ton of stress! I would 1000% would recommend her to anyone!

I wish I could give Morgan at Hooch & Honey more than 5 stars. Our biggest want for our day was a day of coordinator, and it turned into the biggest blessing. Morgan helped us communicate with vendors when we didn't have the time, she helped us perfect our timeline, and made everything so easy for us the day of by setting everything up and making sure everyone was where they needed to be, when. Any couple looking for a coordinator should absolutely hire Morgan. She played a huge part in making our day beautifully perfect.

Hire Morgan!! It's the best thing you could do for your wedding! She is so experienced and knowledgeable - she helped me brainstorm a lot of the small details and gave a lot of good advice about throwing the best party :) She's also really responsive! Leading up to the wedding, she put out a couple of fires for us (DJ was initially trapped in FL during a hurricane a couple of days before our big day and I was STRESSED about it - but Morgan took over and told me not to worry). If there were any other big fires that happened, I didn't know about them! And that's why we love wedding coordinators! Wedding day, Morgan and her team were live savers. She was anticipating my needs before I knew them and helped to ensure the day went super smoothly. Took all of the stress for my mom and I and was such a zen presence. Couple of days after our wedding, I saw this hilarious picture of Morgan pinning together the split dress of one of guests at some point during the night. To sum it up Morgan is 10000/10. We are so so grateful to Morgan!!! Whatever you do, make sure you hire a wedding coordinator and Morgan!

Morgan is a dream. That's all there is to it. Planning a wedding when living out of town is a scary venture, but Morgan made the whole process seamless. I am pretty Type A and fairly organized, but I cannot imagine having pulled off this wedding without her. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and talented, she's also a great person. I feel so fortunate we were able to work with her. I recommend Morgan and her team whole heartedly. She is the best.

If I could give Morgan 100 stars, I would. We had the rehearsal dinner and the wedding/reception at my parents property. We hired her to be our day of wedding planner and boy did she come through. SO helpful in every aspect and truly went above and beyond. I don’t think this day would have been nearly as stress free without Morgan and her assistants help. My husband and I hired Morgan as a coordinator for our wedding and let me just say she was the best decision we made for leading the biggest day of our lives! First, I want to point out that Morgan was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. She coordinated with our vendors about the timeline, which helped to take a lot of stress off of us, while also providing us tips and guidance to save us money that we didn't need to spend. Morgan was truly a joy to work with and her knowledge and experience of the wedding industry was so helpful. Secondly, I really wanted to point out that she was truly a lifesaver in the last few days before our wedding! While we had planned to have our ceremony outside and reception inside, the forecast suddenly changed in the days before and showed rain for most of our wedding day. Morgan was incredibly proactive and spoke with the photographer the night before our wedding to modify our timeline to include a first look and make sure to get our pictures done outside before the rain and the ceremony would take place (originally we weren't planning on doing a first look and had planned on taking all of our pictures outside after the ceremony). On the day of our wedding, Morgan and her assistant worked all day setting up the venue and getting all of our decorations and décor in place, which turned our incredibly beautiful! She was also able to work with all the vendors and set up the venue so that we could do the ceremony inside. We had even rented a photo booth from a company for our wedding, however, the photo booth wasn't working when it was set up and we weren't able to use it. I had no idea at the time, but Morgan had set up a selfie station with tons of props to help rectify this for us, even though it was nothing caused on her end! During the reception, she worked throughout the night to pack up our belongings and take care of everything so that our families could enjoy the night with us. There were plenty of other things that she helped with, such as driving a Uhaul to pick up our rental items for our the reception and retuning the items and Uhaul the following Monday, bringing clear umbrellas on our wedding day so that we can use them for pictures, keeping 11 groomsmen + 2 male ushers in line (it was a big task, but she did it!), and even helping to make sure guests that were drinking got home safely. She went above and beyond what we expected! With the last minute changes that the rain caused on our wedding day, I truly think we would have been lost on what to do or how to react. Even her help during our wedding day, with the setting up throughout the day and packing up everything at night, allowed our families to enjoy our wedding and not have to worry about anything. We owe a huge thanks to her for making our day run so smoothly and couldn't have done it without her!

Every wedding I’ve been a part of has had a stressful moment (or multiple) for the couple getting married. I anticipated having that at some point during our day and I’m still in disbelief of how relaxed and calm our entire day was. Both my fiancé and I had nerves going into our wedding because neither of us love being the center of attention. Our entire day was so relaxing that we genuinely enjoyed every moment. Throughout our day we had time to really take in what was going on around us. We had quality time with one another, our wedding party, and our families. All of this is thanks to Morgan. From the beginning, she was super responsive and helpful; but on our wedding day she truly knocked it out of the park. She planned the timeline so well, organized vendors seamlessly, put together last minute things for us without adding any stress and probably solved problems we never knew existed. I couldn’t recommend hiring Morgan more. She is one of the main reasons we had the most perfect day ever. Morgan, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Morgan is the best!! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding. She is personable, organized, and encouraging. We loved having her as our planner.

Morgan was amazing to work with, she made the final details planning process so easy. I am someone who likes to have control of everything she made it so easy for me to trust that everything was going to be ok and if it wasn't I would not be aware, which is totally true! She took over communication with the vendors leading up to the wedding which truly was so nice as you have so much going on its hard to keep track of all the vendors. The day of ran so smoothly, she kept everyone on time and ensured that the timeline was followed but was flexible when there were last second changes. I 100% recommend her, she is worth every penny!

We used Morgan of Hooch and Honey for a day of coordination. We honestly do not know what we would’ve done if we did not have her on the day of. She made everything run smoothly and we honestly did not have to worry about a single thing. She answered all our questions along the way and created one of the most amazing day of timelines I’ve ever seen. She was accommodating to our schedule and fun to work with! Never shy of a cocktail and meeting good people and we shared that with her. For a day that is already stressful, I would highly recommend hiring her to take some of the load!

Even though we went with another wedding coordinator, we found Morgan to be so helpful, patient, and professional that we wanted to drop a review. Morgan was incredibly helpful as we were early in the process of navigating what kind of help we needed for our upcoming wedding, consistent in her follow-up, and super understanding every step of the way.

Morgan was such an amazing addition to our wedding process. To give a little background, we planned and cancelled our first attempt due to COVID on 1/1/2021 and rescheduled for 12/31/2021. We fired our DJ because they wouldn't follow our guidelines for the event. And, then 6 weeks before the wedding, our photographers quit. Without Morgan and H&H, we never would have made it. That's just the half of it. She had a schedule made, communicated with all of our vendors, and took control of the process The week of the wedding, she was always available, helpful, there in a second, and made sure that everything was running properly. The best part of this whole story is that I was the groom in a cisgender heterosexual wedding. While I felt the impact of her work enough to write this review, I know that my new bride felt the impact times 10. If you're considering a wedding planner for your event, or even if you're not, hire these folks. They're incredible.

Where to even begin? Morgan absolutely killed it. I cannot recommend her enough. To be honest, I was skeptical that I needed a wedding coordinator in the first place. I talked to a handful of coordinators and didn't get the feeling it was worth the money. Then I talked to Morgan. She told me two things that had me sold: 1.) You shouldn't be the one watching the clock on your wedding day, and 2.) Other than hair/makeup and your photographer, there shouldn't be any vendors you interact with on your wedding day. And, she totally delivered on those two things and more. Morgan knew exactly what I needed before I knew I needed something. Everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was taken care of. Morgan strikes this amazing balance of being easy-going and calm while getting s&*t done. Several of our family members and friends commented on how wonderful and friendly she was. She was so easy and enjoyable to work with. Our wedding day was incredible and very special, and we couldn't have pulled it off without Morgan's advice and help along the way. Hiring her was the BEST decision we made when planning our wedding.

Morgan was AMAZING!! I was an out of state bride and she relieved so much stress for me!! She will throw out ideas if you are struggling coming up with things. Made a perfect detailed schedule to keep everyone on track and make things go so smoothly! So many compliments from friends and family also the day of how great and detailed she was. Even after the wedding still taking care of me and emailing videographer after they were late! Best decision ever!

MVP! Hiring Morgan as our day-of-coordinator was a no-brainer. My priority for our wedding day was enjoying every moment and being present with friends, family and MY HUSBAND. Mission accomplished!! Morgan took care of everything – rehearsal dinner walk-through, wedding morning set up, day-of vendor coordination, lunch pick up & delivery and so.much.more. She and her assistant were rockstars. I didn’t need to give direction, she handled everything flawlessly and checked in with me regularly to be sure I had everything I needed. Forever grateful for Morgan. Morgan was a dream. She knows the wedding world inside and out and we could not have done this all without her. She is energetic, punctual, organized, calm/cool/collected, creative, strong-willed, and anyone who hires her will have 100 times less stress than if they hadn’t. Morgan goes above and beyond, and to the smallest details you wouldn’t even think of. Last but not least she is just freaking fun to be around, and that is a big deal because you’ll be spending the biggest day of your life with your planner! Morgan is seriously the best of the best. We had a little bit of a rough go with our venue months prior to the wedding and we were starting to question if we even wanted to have our wedding there anymore. Without hesitation, Morgan went to bat for us. She has a phenomenal attention for detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I would 10/10 recommend her!

Thanks to Morgan and her assistant Megan, my new wife and I had a stress free wedding day. Morgan was helpful during the whole process and was quick to answer any questions we had. Our zoom meetings were so laid back and she was easy to talk to and listened to what we had to say. She had great suggestions for things we were unsure about. Her assistant even took our dog home during the reception because she was too stressed to stay any longer which was a big help!!! She made sure everything and everyone was on time, and everything ran smoothly. Any issues we had with the photographer she made sure to set him straight for us and we got the pictures we wanted. Our bridal party was huge so keeping everyone together and on time was difficult but she was able to do it! Had a great experience with Hooch and Honey!!!

If you want a true partner to help you with your wedding, you are looking for Hooch and Honey. Morgan is relatable, down to earth, fun, and easy to talk to. It goes so far beyond that though. Morgan KNOWS weddings. She has worked in the industry for years. She has good tips and good connections. She works great with vendors, and makes things look smooth. She was not only punctual, but always early. She has insight and can tell you what ideas might not work as perfect as you hope so that your special day is perfect. She is never, ever, ever flustered. Things on wedding day will happen---transport glitch, hair runs long, lots of things can happen. She never, ever flusters. Things are handled, and you will never stress. She is so focused on you being happy and living in the moment on the day of your wedding---as I look back I realize the day would have been nothing like it was without her there. She will do anything to help you, from running an errand to realizing you might need some type of table rental or other detail, and just take care of it. She takes tasks off your plate, and later you realize she saved you HOURS of time. She also magically will snip a string from your dress or clip a special memento in your bouquet, on the fly, with a magical tool belt she seems to wear, but you never see. She and her assistant are also so professional and caring on the day of the wedding. You will end the day feeling like you had friends with you. Morgan also goes out of her way to adapt to what you need. My family loves to be involved and help. She got to know them. Was kind to them, engaged them, teased them. It made my heart so happy that my family was so loved on by her. You will be grateful to work with Morgan. Every time I got a gentle reminder message, or I emailed or text her when I was thinking through the 1000th detail, she was always there--calm, helpful, willing to do anything she could to make our wedding a day of joy and fun for us. She is truly amazing.

Morgan was BEYOND amazing. We originally didn't think we would need a coordinator. A few months into the process my daughter found Hooch & Honey and I'm sooooo glad we booked her. Morgan handled all the details, coordinating with vendors, decorating the tables, making sure everything stayed on schedule. Morgan was also the extra set of eyes I needed while entertaining all of the guests. She saw it through to the end of day, cleaning up, boxing up and loading all of our vehicles. Everyone is so tired at that point, for her to do what she did was incredible. Let it also be known that she wears many hats; we joked that she was at times a family therapist! Let's be real, weddings are FULL of emotions and she navigated the day with such grace and kindness. She's simply PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend Hooch & Honey for your wedding planner-5 Stars!!!

Morgan is the BEST wedding coordinator!! We hired her to help with the day of the wedding and it was one of the best decisions! Leading up to the wedding, she took care of communication with all the vendors. The week before the wedding, we felt confident everything was under control. We could truly enjoy the time leading up to the wedding! We arrived at the venue the morning of the wedding and Morgan was already there setting up. She checked in several times with us to make sure we were good as we were getting ready. She gets things done and if something goes wrong, she just figures it out for you!! She is very organized and communicative and will TRULY calm all your wedding day worries! Thank you Morgan!!

Morgan was fantastic to work with! I booked her for “month-of” wedding package because I knew I knew the last few weeks of planning would be hectic and because I wanted my friends and family to truly enjoy the day with me. I also had never been involved in a wedding before my own so there was plenty of room for error! There was no need to worry about that with Morgan on my team. She checked in with my vendors, provide a detailed timeline, instructions for creating a song list/photo list, sent reminders of things to remember to bring with me, etc. I didn’t expect this but the last week or two were the easiest thanks to her! I felt like I was missing something but really we were just done and ready to go! On the day of, she checked on me early in the morning, picked up lunch for my bridesmaids and I, set out champagne, and even went out of her way to buy me a personal item I wanted! Her assistant was also super helpful and so much fun. She even helped distract me as I was about to start crying my eyes out just before the ceremony started. I just cannot thank them enough. My family absolutely loved Morgan and kept raving about how smoothly everything went. I plan to recommend Hooch and Honey to everyone I know!

We went back and forth on if we really needed a wedding planner, or even a day of coordinator. However, after the wedding we both agree Morgan was easily the best thing we could have done for our own sanity. Everything was taken care of from set up to tear down with no stress or thought on our part. She added so many unique facets and ideas to our wedding, as well as making the ideas in our heads a reality. I don’t know how we could have done it without her, the day was absolutely perfect and I 100% contribute that to all of Morgan’s work. Don’t be on the fence this is the number one service I recommend to any couple getting married.

We cannot recommend Morgan enough! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to plan a vow renewal for Wish Upon a Wedding that was beyond our wildest dreams. We are so incredibly thankful for her kindness, patience, generosity and creativity as she thoughtfully planned an unforgettable event, despite all of the challenges of COVID. Morgan has surrounded herself with an amazing team of vendors and clearly has her finger on the pulse of Kansas City! Again, she was simply the best and we LOVED working with her.

If you are genuinely looking for a wedding planner like the kind you see in movies (Jennifer Lopez anyone?), fairy-god-sister, lady with a plan, whatever... she is it, seriously stop looking. Really, you could just stop reading now and take my word for it. It's likely to save you a few minutes. Alright, doubting Thomas…if you insist on proof and you have time to spare, let me tell you about your future experience with Hooch & Honey, Morgan, AKA one of the most genuinely awesome person you could know. When you meet with her the first time, she brings a tremendous level of comfort to the table, it's so similar to reconnecting with an old friend. She is so centered and cool-headed, nothing phases her, I tried. You genuinely cannot ruffle this woman's feathers. Before you suggest it, I have written the Vatican a strongly worded letter recommending for her Sainthood. As you talk to her she's transforms into a futuristic robot that is learning so much about you, it's possible she is analyzing your handwriting, mapping your birth chart, running some personality tests, and God knows what else is in her little notepad. Don't worry, she doesn't do it obviously, you'll realize this after the wedding. Once she has profiled you, she will let you know she has it under control, she does... and now you return to your pre-engagement stress levels. At this point I strongly recommend that you tell her to surprise you with as much you are willing to stop controlling, talking to you future Karen. Would you interrupt Mozart and suggest another chord? Or are you the type tell Van Gough that he was using too many swirls in Starry Night? Do you really want a Pinterest re-do?? Be better than that. Our entire day was a surprise, the woman blindfolded me, kidnapped me and disposed of me in my most favorite dream. I'm not sure of all of her powers, but I'm certain she hacked my dreams. The day of your wedding, she genuinely transforms you into a princess. The day moves perfectly. You arrive, you're pampered, she's fielding most questions, leaving you to enjoy the day getting ready with your favorite girls. The rest of the night will fly by, and your only job is to enjoy it. It WILL fly by. Her photographers are good, let them help you remember later. Summary- Trust her recommendations on vendors, vision, and goal she knows what she's talking about. She’s been doing this a while, you’re a first timer. Or a second, or third… whatever, what I’m saying is, she knows weddings better than any Elvis impersonator in Vegas. Let her do her thing, don’t micromanage she will for exceed pretty much anything you can dream up, I promise. Your ideas are pretty ridiculous anyway. Also, my husband says she’s good.

Morgan is THE best!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER! Not only did she handle everything, like literally everything, from our first meeting to the day of the wedding but was available 24/7 to answer questions and concerns. She made phone calls, suggested vendors, picked up donuts and made sure everyone knew the game plan, etc. She goes out of her way to make you wedding day seamless and stress free and I could not thank her enough. I don’t know where to start; we hired Morgan for my daughters wedding and let me tell you, Morgan is AMAZING! We had meetings with a couple other planners before we met and booked her and boy are we glad we found her; she’s super personable and doesn’t feel “stuffy” at all which is what we wanted.
