Simply THE BEST! I just got married at Lorimar Winery last weekend. Steve bartended our rehearsal dinner and wedding. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. Throughout the planning process, Steve was super helpful and responsive to all my questions. I had some special set ups as well that he was happy to support. Just every step of the way.... A+. Also, a delightful really nice guy!

I can not recommend Hops and Grains enough. Steve and his team were truly the MVPs of our entire wedding and I’m SO grateful we decided to go with them. Steve was extremely responsive and answered all my questions in the months leading up to my wedding. We provided all the alcohol, and he made it an extremely easy process for us. On my wedding day, he took care of all our guests, made incredible drinks, and saved the day with a mid-wedding store run when we ran out of water. Steve was an incredible vendor from the start. He was extremely communicative, and he went above and beyond. He customized our plan to our liking and always offered to go the extra mile. He and his wife are so friendly, efficient and helpful. All of our guests loved them. You’re missing out if you don’t use them!!

Steve made the planning process for the bar at our wedding super smooth and stress-free. He was extremely communicative which we really appreciated. We decided to go with the VIP service option and he did all of the shopping and delivery to the venue for us, which I would definitely recommend! On the day of our wedding, the bartending team that came to our venue was awesome and we were able to enjoy the party without having to worry about a thing!

Steve was amazing to work with. He helped us navigate how much alcohol would be needed for our wedding day along with drink suggestions! He was quick to respond throughout the entire process and was available when I needed to chat on the phone. His bartending team was perfectly paired and our wedding guests loved them. Steve was the best bartender and so much more. When we provided him with our guest count and our drinks of choice, he made us a shopping list! He accounted for everything – beer, wine, cocktails and mixers. Although he does already include and provide a ton of mixers and garnishes, he gave us an additional shopping list to be able to make our specialty cocktails. Everyone was raving about how delicious the drinks were! His hospitality and preparation are second to none. He has a lot of add-on options to choose from as well, but we stuck with the basics since that best suited our wedding-style. We would definitely book Steve again in the future if ever needed!

Let me start off by saying my wedding planning wasn’t very smooth. I had 3 different wedding venues. I originally met Steve through my first venue, Winter White Barn. Ever since then he has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. He is always there to communicate with any questions I have, he is honest and up front, he tries to do whatever he can to help me make my day the best. On the day of the wedding the bar was a hit. He provided me a list of everything I needed to get, how much to get and when to get it. He even broke down the calculations of how much alcohol we needed because math isn’t my strong suit. LOL I also was not sure what signature drinks we wanted and I gave him the type of alcohol we liked and he threw out suggestions and we tried them out and about and loved them! So we made them the signature. There was some complications with our champagne wall and the venue was requiring us to have someone stand by the wall and hand guests the champagne but Steve didn’t hesitate and provided me a bartender to do so. The bartenders were so friendly and kind on the day of the wedding. My wedding was on July 1st and it was very very hot but they pushed through and did the job. Overall, I would highly recommend this company. They will not let you down! I would definitely use them in the future for any bar needs!!

We had Steve come out to our wedding at Lorimar Vineyard and he went above and beyond! Amazing bartending service! Presentation of the mobile bartending trailer was gorgeous and eye catching! Steven was amazing to work with! For our wedding we decided to do mock tails and they were beautiful & delicious! He was so easy for work with, was easy to get into contact with, and so flexible. I 10000% recommend this vendor!!

He replies in a very timely manner and he’s so easy to communicate and get along with. Super friendly and down to earth. He makes everything so seamless and easy with the planning and prepping. And the bar was the main attraction of my wedding night! All of my guests were so in love with the ambiance the bar gave the reception. It was such a memorable part of the wedding that just gave us that unique touch we wanted our guest to remember. Both Steve and the other bar tender we had (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) were beyond amazing!!! The other bar tender even made up a drink that ended up being my favorite. They are so skilled and talented. It was adorable, too! I never would’ve thought I could afford something like this but Steve’s prices are absolutely amazing! I could not say enough good things about the entire experience with hops and grains from initial contact to their grand exit at the wedding. Steve was great from the start. We mainly spoke on the phone and via text, but we did have the opportunity to meet him prior to the event. He helped us determine the drinks we would have, how much alcohol was needed, mixers, and supplies. In a last minute change of plans his wife was our bartender at our wedding and everyone had a blast. She was fantastic! Everyone we spoke to had a great time as one of the best weddings they’ve been to! If you’re in question between who to use, Hops and Grains is the way to go! Their mobile trailer looks so cute and fit in with our venue scenery so well. We can’t wait to see the photos!

Steve was the BEST bartender we possibly could have had! He was so so helpful putting together a grocery list of exactly what and how much we needed to buy and he was spot on on his estimate! Steve is amazing!!! Look no further for the perfect bartender. Prior to the wedding Steve was so responsive and helpful with all of the details. So many of my guests commented how fun he was and that he made great drinks. The bar was a key component of our wedding and it wouldn’t have been the same without Steve and his exceptional service and professionalism. I can’t wait to have another party so just I can hangout with Steve and have more of his amazing drinks!

Finding the right vendors is not the easiest, but booking with Steve and Hops and Grains was definitely an easy decision! His bar is unique, stands out and created a buzz amongst our guests — I mean who expects a bar to be in a horse trailer?! Steve was extremely responsive to all my questions (and there were a lot), did all the shopping for us (which relieved so much stress from the families), offered suggestions when we weren’t sure the correct amounts to get, and was overall extremely fun and nice to communicate with! Steve is a great communicator and often reached out to us throughout the process - helping us every step of the way with what and how much to buy - including very helpful charts and price lists. Steve the owner was so helpful in helping us plan how much to buy and he purchased The alcohol for us with a tiny fee, but that was so worth it! Derek and Matt the two bartenders that were at our wedding were phenomenal. They were so professional, friendly, and easy to talk to for all of our guests. Steve was the best vendor of the night! My wife and I booked Steve for our wedding in Topanga, CA. He came, he served, he conquered. I couldn’t think of a better bartender we would want to have at our wedding. His communication while booking was clear and concise, as well as at the days leading up to wedding. Steve worked with us on the bar menu and creating our signature cocktails which came out amazing. He is the best in the biz and our number one choice for future events.

Absolutely loved working with this vendor! Steve was so organized and gave amazing advice - he broke down our shopping list for each store in Temecula, helping us reduce cost! Hands down THE BEST vendor we had on site! Steve was super down to earth and extremely helpful with providing us the information about drinks, as well as the best way to gather what we needed for him. We had both wine (from the winery) and pony kegs from BevMo. He recommended WHO we reach out, how much to get of each beer, and even put the leftovers in growlers after the night was through. He listened to all of our needs and was an absolute HIT at the wedding. If we could use Hops and Grains for another event we definitely would! Steve’s company is HIGHLY recommended. I wanted to have a special little touch to our wedding and Steven with Hops and Grains Mobile made this possible! We got married at the Blue Barn Lavender Farm in Temecula, and the trailer was so perfect/ fitting for what we needed! There were a few issues with our Venue’s extremely strict insurance requirements, and trailer accommodations, but Steven was so professional, helpful and flexible! This could have easily been a major problem, but he worked with me to make sure it was resolved prior to our big day. He made sure we knew exactly what to purchase in advance, and we ended up having the perfect amount of alcohol (besides the tequila… his freshly made margaritas on tap were a HUGE HIT for our signature drink, and we actually ran out of that within the first hour lol so my tip is to purchase twice the amount of tequila!!) thank you Steven for saving me (the bride) a few margaritas in the back so that I always had one handy! I couldn’t have asked for a more fun, and thoughtful bartending experience! My only regret was not getting a picture with these guys in the trailer for memories! To future couples: use this as a cute photo opp! Thanks a million Hops and Grains! I hope we get to use you guys again for another fun party!

Amazing! Hops and Grains was above and beyond my expectations. The horse trailer, signs, displays were all truly Beautiful and professionally displayed. The service behind the bar was fast and efficient. The transparency and communication with Steve leading up to the wedding was very reassuring. Steve’s knows his job very well and he loves it. Not only did he offer great advice, recommendations and suggestions—Steve purchased all the alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages so we didn’t have to run around and do it ourselves. We hired Hops and Grains for two events over our wedding weekend - a cocktail party and for our wedding. Hops and Grains was superb! We had their mobile set up and the trailer. There are not enough words to describe how much Steve and his team at Hops and Grains Mobile Bartending mean to us. Hiring Steve and his team will be your best decision yet. The team will enhance your special day or event because they are true professionals who won’t offer you service that’s anything short of amazing. There are lots of ins and outs to planning a wedding, especially during covid. Our wedding was cancelled twice. At a time where life was uncertain for us, our wedding, and small businesses, we were so fortunate and grateful to have Steve and his team by our side. They were so supportive with all of our reschedules, never allowing us to fret with the multiple date changes. Steve pledged he would be there for us until we could finally have our wedding and he never deviated from his word. Instead, he was extremely generous and constantly made upgrades to his service, to make a difficult situation a little brighter. These upgrades, including a mobile bar trailer, are absolutely awesome, and truly added to our overall experience. Outside of Covid-related issues, Steve went out of of his way time and time again to help us save time wherever we could, which is important when planning a wedding. Given our wedding venue was in Temecula and it was on his way home from work, he offered to pick up all of our alcohol for us at various times. He will also pick up wine and beer from BevMo, ice, garnishes, etc. as long as it’s in proximity to where he is and he is able to accommodate it at that time. This was especially meaningful and helpful to us because at the time my now husband and I were living apart. Steve and his team are especially easy to work with, making sure your vision is executed down to every detail. His top concern is your happiness and he is very easy going and flexible to work with. In addition, Steve and his team can create custom drink signs for your special day or event. It’s a nice keepsake at the end of the event to have in your home. We love ours and are so happy we have it. Hops and Grains also has things you can rent like an A-shaped shelf for a hydration station or for your welcome champagne. Steve has thought of it all! Further, we found that we got a lot more quality and details at a reasonable price by hiring Hops and Grains compared to if we had done our bartending through our caterer. We wanted our guests to have a memorable experience and that’s exactly what we got. Steve and his team let us take fun pictures with the bridal party in the trailer and we got to pretend like we were mixing drinks. We had a blast. Not to mention-Steve and his team know how to make excellent cocktails!! Hire Hops and Grains and I promise you won’t be disappointed. An added perk to hiring Steve is that his wife, Mallory, makes beautiful woodwork pieces among other items that are hand crafted. Check out all of the beautiful gifts she creates that you can buy for your wedding party. I purchased personalized, engraved hangers for myself and my bridesmaids. Wow! Just Wow! What an amazing bar service. Steven was great to work with and answered all of my questions and always got back to me very quickly.
