a few issues with our Venue’s extremely strict insurance requirements, and trailer accommodations, but Steven was so professional, helpful and flexible! This could have easily been a major problem, but he worked with me to make sure it was resolved prior to our big day. He made sure we knew exactly what to purchase in advance, and we ended up having the perfect amount of alcohol (besides the tequila… his freshly made margaritas on tap were a HUGE HIT for our signature drink, and we actually ran out of that within the first hour lol so my tip is to purchase twice the amount of tequila!!) thank you Steven for saving me (the bride) a few margaritas in the back so that I always had one handy! I couldn’t have asked for a more fun, and thoughtful bartending experience! My only regret was not getting a picture with these guys in the trailer for memories! professionals who won’t offer you service that’s anything short of amazing. There are lots of ins and outs to planning a wedding, especially during covid. Our wedding was cancelled twice. At a time where life was uncertain for us, our wedding, and small businesses, we were so fortunate and grateful to have Steve and his team by our side. They were so supportive with all of our reschedules, never allowing us to fret with the multiple date changes. Steve pledged he would be there for us until we could finally have our wedding and he never deviated from his word. Instead, he was extremely generous and constantly made upgrades to his service, to make a difficult situation a little brighter. These upgrades, including a mobile bar trailer, are absolutely awesome, and truly added to our overall experience. Outside of Covid-related issues, Steve went out of of his way time and time again to help us save time wherever we could, which is important when planning a wedding. Given our wedding venue was in Temecula and it was on his way home from work, he offered to pick up all of our alcohol for us at various times. He will also pick up wine and beer from BevMo, ice, garnishes, etc. as long as it’s in proximity to where he is and he is able to accommodate it at that time. This was especially meaningful and helpful to us because at the time my now husband and I were living apart. Steve and his team are especially easy to work with, making sure your vision is executed down to every detail. His top concern is your happiness and he is very easy going and flexible to work with. In addition, Steve and his team can create custom drink signs for your special day or event. It’s a nice keepsake at the end of the event to have in your home. We love ours and are so happy we have it. Hops and Grains also has things you can rent like an A-shaped shelf for a hydration station or for your welcome champagne. Steve has thought of it all! Further, we found that we got a lot more quality and details at a reasonable price by hiring Hops and Grains compared to if we had done our bartending through our caterer. We wanted our guests to have a memorable experience and that’s exactly what we got. Steve and his team let us take fun pictures with the bridal party in the trailer and we got to pretend like we were mixing drinks. We had a blast. Not to mention-Steve and his team know how to make excellent cocktails!! Hire Hops and Grains and I promise you won’t be disappointed. An added perk to hiring Steve is that his wife, Mallory, makes beautiful woodwork pieces among other items that are hand crafted. Check out all of the beautiful gifts she creates that you can buy for your wedding party. I purchased personalized, engraved hangers for myself and my bridesmaids. During our postponement he was a wealth of resources, providing recommendations for new venues, alternative wedding themes/ideas, just absolutely wonderful to work with. The wedding was MAGICAL! Everyone raved about the drinks, literally the first thing they said when we got to visit with guests was “oh my gosh these drinks are so good” not only were the beverages incredible, there was hardly ever a line, they got drinks poured guests served in record time which really helped keep the good vibes flowing. We had two bar stations, a pop up bar for cocktail hour and his gorgeous horse trailer bar for the reception, naturally a huge hit from a decor perspective. He and his entire staff are legit the kindest, funnest, most hard working vendors you will find. They’re the type of team that do not want you to worry about a single thing on your big day and always have a fresh drink in your hand. They’re also the type of team that you want to stay and hang out with after the party! Honestly, just a very very great team all around, like I said, we cannot say enough good things. In Dec. 2020 our company had a virtual holiday party. We wanted to do a virtual mixology for the event so naturally, Steven was our first and only call. This was a pretty complicated process as we had never hosted anything like this. He jumped right in with helping us by custom crafting a holiday drink for over 200 people, provided the shopping list that was tailored to our WFH needs (individual sized portions, using mason jars that doubled as a glass and a cocktail shaker, single portion honey sticks, sugar packets etc. mini alcohol etc.) Then, he jumped on a virtual call with our 200+ team, and led us through the history of Tequila, how to make the perfect margarita, and provided suggestions for switching up the drink for the seasons. It was honestly one of our best events and it could not have been done without Steven and Hops & Grains. Now that we are back in wedding planning mode, with everything having to be flexible, our venue being on the fence about allowing the event, I'm not kidding when I say that we are basing our adjusted wedding plans on being able to keep Hops & Grains on our vendor list. They are hands down the best team I've had the pleasure of working with.

ve so please don’t think I’m just doing a favor for him. Seeing him at my wedding was the first time I met him in person. We loved the idea of a horse trailer so we went for it, but were then blown away by the service. One key detail that was over the top was that for 2 months leading up to the wedding, Steve would answer my spur of the moment phone calls, respond quickly with detail to my text messages, and really knew how much of every drink, cups, etc we would need. We bought all of our own drinks for a 150 person rehearsal dinner, and 230 person wedding. Steve was only hired for the wedding, and yet he was so willing to help me calculate and give insight on what drinks are popular, how much of each I should get etc. for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding. I must have contacted him over 20 times throughout the process and he always wanted to help, and really knew his craft. True story. All that on top of the fact that the horse trailer is freaking awesome. Got several compliments on that for the wedding. One last detail, he returned the kegs for us and then venmoes back the security deposits. Talk about easy. Steve and his cobartender Derek were awesome guys, very professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and quite frankly, even if I was a billionaire hosting the fanciest wedding of all time, these guys would be my bartenders.
