Best wedding entertainment one can ask for! The show was a hit! They got everyone out on the dance floor. They were very professional and on time. The costumes were gorgeous with lights on them. I would highly recommend them for any special occasion.

We were really excited to search for an Hora Loca company that would meet our needs for our wedding. At first, the excitement was real and we discussed all the details that we wanted with the owner Claudia. The price we felt was steep..$1095 for 45 minutes. What we didn’t know was that this performance would fall majorly short of horrible. When communicating with Claudia we discussed that we wanted 1 drummer and 2 dancers. We then asked for those dancers to be dressed in accordance to our color scheme, which was gold and white. Claudia even sent us some examples of what the female dancer could wear. We chose a specific attire that would look good and also not be offensive, as we are a modest group. She agreed that that would happen. We let her know that we wanted for the performers to enter through the back so no one would see them. While we were taking our pictures, here they come out in the open through the front entrance! We also had many conversations through email and text stating that we wanted the drummer to come out first and start beating his drums to gain the excitement of the crowd. Again Claudia, assured us that that would happen. It did not. Instead the female came out first in a body suit and performed a solo for about 5 minutes awkwardly in front of us. My spouse and I felt uncomfortable because this was not what we asked to happen. She wasn’t at all wearing what we agreed on with the owner. The drummer that was supposed to come out first had no idea how to play the drums! He wasn’t really even using the drums throughout most of it. Our friend recorded it to show us just how bad he was. When discussing the music for the performances, we were told that it was a latin choreographed mix that would be exciting! The music came on and there was a couple latin songs and then came on YMCA, Electric Slide, Macerena… We were horrified. We did not want any of those songs in our wedding! It was truly saddening to pay for a service that was promised to be a good show and find us only to be embarrassed. After getting our thoughts together and talking with family and friends about the performance, we messaged Claudia twice to let her know that she did not She claimed that she would have a talk about it with them but we never received a follow up. The final message we sent her was showing her proof of the performances that they were not what we agreed on. We had no response. We implore you to save your time, money, and peace of mind and NOT hire this company if you’re wanting an Hora Loca. They will say YES to everything, accept your money, and then give you what you were not looking for.

Amazing !!! We hired them for a birthday party. She entertained all of our guests. Everyone was very pleased with her performance. Will definitely hire them again. Very professional.

Very bad experience with Hora Loca. First of all, we had to text the representative the entire time, in the initial texts she sent us videos of the types of entertainers she has. In ALL these videos, there was a drummer dressed in all neon, with like a standing drum set that he plays, there was also TONS of balloons and props that they were supposed to bring with them.. this all made us very excited about adding this to our wedding. We also chose to upgrade the extra MONEY for the robot we ordered to have C02. The dancers were fine 2 samba dancers that we ordered. Music was very old and played out.. I did not enjoy it at all. The robot did not have the C02 and did not even know why I asked for C02 when he was never informed to bring it. AND the drummer was this little man in all white with a steel drum which was SOOOO annoying playing over the music. When I asked the owner why we received that drummer she said our contract just said drummer.. UMM.. what about the fact that every video you sent us had the other drummer? She didn't really seem to care that she not only sent us the wrong items, NO PROPS at all, but we will never be able to re-do this. Weddings are once in your life. Do yourself a favor, find a professional company.. don't trust this one on your ONE day.

I hired 5 samba dancers, 3 drummers, and a stilt walker or my wedding and it could not have been any better! Amazing, beautiful, talented, professional team, and also very affordable! Thank you for making my guest be up on their feet having a great time. Look no further, Hora Loca Entertainment is the best!

Yikes! I almost died at my own wedding reception. So did a lot of the other guests. LMAO! The girls brought the entire crowd to their feet and kept them on the dance floor for almost an hour. They were terrific and provided just the right amount of entertainment our reception needed.

Hora Loca Entertainment never showed up to my wedding! I hired them for my wedding on August 12, 2016. I was in constant contact with Claudia Leon and thought everything was set. Thought wrong! I am so disappointed because this was going to be a huge surprise for my husband and his entire Peruvian family. Let me start from the beginning: Claudia Leon and I began communication about a month or so before our wedding. I hired two men on stilts who were supposed to wear the LED lights and a samba dancer with a LED cape for a total of $1000. I sent her the contract back with all my details as well as the deposit of $100. She sent me an email with a photo of my check she received and cashed it as well. Claudia even had to purchase a one day insurance for my venue. We texted and emailed for a while discussing the logistics: music, the contact person for the venue so they could change and I let her know this was going to be a surprise for my husband. They were supposed to perform from 10pm to 10:45pm. Around 9:45pm on the night of my wedding my bridesmaids were on the lookout for their arrival and they were a no show. So my sister called Claudia and Claudia was very rude to her. Claudia told my sister that she didn’t have my name or anything on her calendar. My sister told me this while I’m trying to enjoy my reception and then I receive a text from Claudia at 10:30pm saying that she never received my contract or my deposit so she thought I didn’t want her services. At this point, I am upset and can’t believe this lie! I sent her a text back telling her she did receive my contract, she even sent me a photo of my check for the deposit and cashed the check as well. Then I told her that she told me she had to purchase insurance for my wedding venue which she had screen shot a photo to me asking for those details. After I told her all of this she said she was going to check her bank statement and if I could check mine as well to show proof that she cashed the my check. At this point, I decided that I still had an hour and a half left at my wedding reception and would deal with this later. When our wedding was over, I told my husband my surprise plans and showed him some of the videos and pictures of La Hora Loca Entertainment because I had purchased a lot of feathered masks and gangster hats for our guests to enjoy when they were supposed perform. To no surprise, he was upset and couldn’t believe these people didn’t show up! I sent Claudia a text of the front and back of my check she cashed with her signature later that evening. The next morning Claudia sent me a text telling me she was sorry and that she would reimburse me. She also said she had all the contracts in a binder and didn’t have mine and that she felt bad for this situation. I’m still upset about this and can’t believe she didn’t have the respect to call me; she just texted. It is August 24, 2016 – twelve days after my wedding and I have yet to receive my deposit back. I’m all about reviews and with all the great reviews above mine and the awesome videos I’ve seen by this company, I was so excited to have them at our wedding. So if you’re thinking about having them for one of your events, I would take my story into account. I don’t know what else I could have done other than to have sent someone to physically bring them to the venue. Don’t risk it; find another company to perform. This was extremely bad business and Claudia’s lack of following up was so disrespectful.
