Megan is incredible! She’s very calm, creative and wonderful to work with. She was there for me anytime I needed her before and during the wedding. I could text her anytime and she would get right back to me with an answer to my questions. She gives great advice and makes sure that my wedding day was everything we wanted it to be.

She kept us, our wedding partner, and guests informed, organized and happy throughout the entire day. She put out any fires that came up and answered questions with patience. In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding event she helped tremendously with our organization to ensure we were thinking through every element of the wedding weekend. She helped our rehearsal stay on time and our wedding party calm. During the day of the wedding she ensure everything happened on time and as we wanted. Her setup and preparation help with decorations was very appreciate and her calmness throughout the day was a relief. The ceremony, cocktail hour, wedding party introductions, dinner service, cake cutting, bar organization, dancing, etc. all went off with out a hitch because of Megan's attention to detail and organization. Hiring Megan was by far the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We hired her for Day of Coordination and when I tell you she made my every wish happen, I mean it. I don't know what I would have done without her help. The venue told us afterwards that it was in the top 5 weddings they have ever hosted and she is the reason. She stood up for my vision time and time again when I probably would have settled for my second choices when I heard a "no" and then absolutely executed on the day. I didn't have a single stressful moment and all credit to her and her mom. I can only imagine how our wedding would have been if we booked Hosea House for full service planning! Megan was phenomenal! Our wedding went off without a hitch entirely because of Megan and her mom. Megan is everything you’d want and/or need in a wedding coordinator. She thought of everything and handled communication with our vendors seamlessly. She is also an amazing person to work with! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for more. I know there are probably multiple fires she put out the day of the wedding of which we are blissfully unaware because Megan handled all of it for us. Where do we even begin? This team was the best thing we could've ever asked for for our wedding. We chose the 60 day wedding plan and it was perfect for us. Megan coordinated the vendors, designed our room and tables, quickly fixed any issues that came up, facilitated calls with vendors, organized everything perfectly for us, and did many, many other things we're sure we don't even know or realize she did. Megan was ready and available any time we needed anything or had any questions. We truly did not stress once after hiring Hosea House Collective, and for that we are so grateful. Megan and Abbie handled the wedding day so wonderfully and we were told by numerous people how professional and kind they both were. Seriously look no further and hire this exceptional team. She took so much of the stress off of my husband and I from the moment we had our initial consult to the moment the lights went out at the end of the night. Not only was Megan amazing at coordinating all of our many vendors, but she also put forth extra energy to make sure the special elements of our interfaith Jewish-Christian Ceremony were just as they needed to be. Wow where do I even begin to talk about how amazing Megan is!! Soon as we met her we knew she was perfect. She is so sweet, honest, and understanding. She was always there to answer questions and or give suggestions. Any time I was stressing or worrying about hearing back from another vendor she would be there and save the day. On the day of Megan and Allie made sure we did not stress about a thing! They made sure we were well taken care of and allowed us to go with the flow of the night. Her and her team are very prepared for anything and I mean anything! My bustle on my dress was difficult for everyone to find and Megan whips out her sewing kit to make a bustle!!! How amazing right!! She is a life saver and such a joy to work with. We even had people in our wedding party and guests speak highly of her. We recommend her and her team for your day! Megan was a life-saver for my vow renewal. I hired her one month before my renewal and she took over every detail. She took everything I gave her and turned it into exactly what I wanted with extremely short notice. There were many difficulties in other marriage cultures because I came to America from other countries and got married. I chose the planner late because I had a lot of difficulties while I was doing it alone. But then I met a good planner. The wedding was a success. She is kind and truly grateful to me for keeping a good eye on what I want and focusing the most on my thoughts. She read our thoughts well and proceeded professionally whenever I had difficulties. From beginning to end she had a full grasp on the details of our wedding, our needs, and how we worked. She was easy to work with and talk to, calming even. If I could give Megan & her team more than 5 stars I would. She was by far was our best vendor, I would not have survived planning a COVID (and election week) wedding without her. She was always available to answer our questions, she handled all of our vendors like a champ, she honestly exceeded all expectations from day one. My now husband and I dreaded most vendor meetings, but thoroughly enjoyed when we met with Megan. She has the calm energy that I needed in a coordinator, the world could be on fire and she would help you feel at ease. I was never once concerned in her ability to help the day go off without a hitch. She truly cared about making sure everyone felt safe during our COVID wedding. And don't even get me started on her team that she had with her on the day of! They made sure we were well taken care of all night long from drink refills, to fluffing my dress between shots, to tag-teaming the bustle of my dress, to ensuring our live stream was running properly, to just overall making our day as perfect as it was. If anything went wrong on the day of my wedding, I know nothing about it - whether that's because Megan made sure nothing went wrong, or because she handled it behind the scenes like a boss. She was so wonderful that I had several guests coming up to tell me how well of a job they thought she and her team were doing. My wedding party gives her just as glowing of a review as I am! Megan was absolutely the most wonderful person to help us plan our wedding. From the very first call she was calm, loving & genuine. There was a bit of rain but Megan prepared my guests and me flawlessly. We did not even feel like things were on a plan B. Megan helped us with decision making from the moment we booked her. Before meeting Mal and Megan, Jefferson and I had been in contact with (or met with) about thirty potential planners. No one fit us. Then we met Mal and Megan. As soon as we sat down with the two of them, we knew they would be perfect for our wedding vision. One of the easiest decisions we made throughout our entire event planning process was choosing Hosea House Collective. After signing the contract, I met with Mal monthly. Jefferson and I had chosen a few of our major vendors before working with Mal and Megan, including the venue (which was also the caterer), the photographer, and the band. However, we had dropped the ball on the remaining vendors. Mal came to our rescue. Her attention to detail and assistance with finding vendors was amazing. A mantra of Jefferson and I centered on, “This is our first, and only, wedding. So we have no idea what we are doing!” Mal made sure we had all the items we needed. About two months into our planning, Mal and Megan also became our rehearsal dinner planners. Our wedding was not just one event, it became a five-event-weekend-wedding. Mal and Megan were there for everything. Without Hosea House Collective, our weekend of events would not have gone as seamlessly as they did.

There aren't enough words to describe what Megan and Mallory have done for Dylan and I. Megan worked with me since DAY 1 of my engagement. Literally. We got the full-service planning because I knew it'd be impossible for me to plan my wedding alone with my job and because I lack the organizational skills for it. For 18 months, she endured my endless texts, budget and financing debacles, tears, questions, concerns, much more laughter and numerous, numerous last-minute decisions. She made it her responsibility to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and could afford, even if that meant being the one to confront vendors, which you'll come to realize as a bride is extremely hard to do yourself, especially if you're not one to give constructive criticism. My family's financial situation changed abruptly causing them to not be able to afford their cut of the budget and I thought my dream wedding would no longer be attainable. But whenever I hesitated, Megan always said "Oh, sweetheart, it'll be a ball!" And that -- it was! It's one thing to have a bunch of Pinterest boards, sneak peeks, tastings and trials from vendors, but to see how they made it all come together was astonishing -- even on the ridiculous budget we were on. Megan's calligraphy service included in our package came in extremely handy. She designed our ceremony program, hand-lettered all our reception details such as vinyl record table numbers, mirror escort sign, gorgeous fresh magnolia leaf escort cards, bar and menu signage, souvenir and hangover kit labels, and so much more. We saved so much money going DIY instead of buying thanks to her skills -- plus, there's something about fresh hand-lettering that's so unique and special. I'm still getting texts and comments from guests two weeks later about how beautiful, original and fun our wedding was. BONUS: Megan and Mallory won't just be your planners, they'll be your friends throughout and after it all! There are not enough kind words on this planet to describe Mallory and Megan. I was never the little girl who grew up dreaming about her wedding day and certainly did not have a Pinterest board loaded with good ideas. I didn't even have a Pinterest until about 3 months after I got engaged… I wanted a beautiful day but also knew I could have an amazing day without spending a million dollars so when I started planning I knew there would have to be areas I would have to compromise on to save money. I was the kind of bride that said "I can't afford a top-notch DJ…so I'll make playlists myself. This is all to say, that my very, very very very naïve self initially thought I could plan a wedding without a planner/day of coordinator. Looking back it is hilarious that I ever thought I could compromise on such a vital role on my big day. Mallory was literally an answer to prayer. She was involved, but not over-bearing, aggressive on our behalf, organized, knowledgeable, one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and serves with a genuine heart. There were items that I had strong opinions about that Mallory took head-on and delivered exactly what I wanted and other times that I had no idea and I needed Mallory to step up and either lay out some options for me or make an informed decision for me. Regardless, I had complete ease of mind knowing that if Mallory was involved with it…it was taken care of and I didn't need to worry about it. I can't think of a more important quality in a wedding planner. Mallory never made me feel like burden and made sure I knew that I could always reach out to her, about anything. My wedding weekend was absolutely incredible. She handled everything with such grace and peace. Megan did a lot of gorgeous artistry work for us (a huge chalk board wall & a stunning seating chart). The two of them together, were angels on my wedding day. If I needed them, they were there. Seriously…I didn't even need to call for them or try to find them, they were just always there checking in with me. My big day went off without a hitch and I know that was only made possible by their hard-work and dedication on the wedding day and prior to. Everything went according as planned and my only job was to soak it in and enjoy it. I feel like most people say it…but my wedding day was perfect and I simply cannot thank Mallory and Megan enough.
