Can't express our gratitude enough to Hostess Haven. Samantha, the owner, is so sweet and takes so much care and attention to detail for each and every event. As a planner myself, I can completely appreciate that more than the average bride. HH was the only tabletop rental vendor I considered and I couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out aesthetically. Samantha is there to support, guide, and celebrate with you--I just can't say enough great things!!

Cannot recommend HH enough. I had a last minute massive change to all of my table decor and Samantha and Monica were BEYOND accommodating the entire time and helped me make a bunch of changes in a time crunch. Truly can’t recommend them enough

We reached out to Samantha of Hostess Haven, and she was a delight from the first email. I started following HH on Instagram awhile ago, and knew I wanted this inventory at our wedding! We met her at Monserate Winery to play around with some different plate/napkin options! Having a smaller wedding, we had the budget to make the table look beautiful, and that was all due to the plate/napkins from HH. Truly recommended spending the little extra money for your place settings, you will not regret it! Samantha and her team are so friendly, quick to respond and will go above and beyond to make your vision come to life! :)

Samantha Goble of Hostess Haven is wonderful to work with! I went in search of light blue vintage goblets for a bridal shower to match the buffalo check tablecloths I was using, and Samantha matched them perfectly; they were a shade not easy to find anywhere else. She was very professional, and promptly responded any time I had questions, even guiding me to her house for the pick up. I highly recommend using Hostess Haven for your next special event!

I LOVE the inventory that Samantha and Hostess Haven carries! The key to a stunning tablescape is layers of beautiful and unique well crafted pieces and Hostess Haven has some beautiful options and a good amount of each item in her inventory as well. From my first inquiry to last minute changes, Samantha was super helpful and timely in responding to all my requests! The inventory was perfect - we ended up renting napkins, cutlery, a cake stand and chargers to add the finishing details for our reception :). 10/10 would recommend!

The team at Hostess Haven really brought our vision to life with the inventory they had for our wedding. Even though our venue had all the chargers, silverware, and napkins we knew we wanted it to look and feel a little more elevated. We were incredibly happy with our entire experience with Hostess Haven. Samantha and the rest of the Hostess Haven team were incredible through the entire planning and day-of process. We were lucky enough to have HH as our tabletop vendor for our wedding. I had a very specific vision for our wedding and Samantha was wonderful with helping us hand select our tabletops. Their inventory selection is the best! I had a 145 person wedding and we were able to rent exactly what we wanted. I can't thank the team enough for all of the planning and set up which made our wedding day so special.

Not only does she have a beautiful selection of tabletop rentals at Hostess Haven, but she makes the entire process of selecting, ordering and setting up so seamless. Samantha allowed me to send her photos of my floral design, the tables and some other elements of our wedding design and she made a few recommendations based on what I was looking for. Working with Hostess Haven was an absolute DREAM! The ceramic tumblers were exactly what I was looking for and they completed the look perfectly. All of our guests were in love!! ALSO, the Mercat Birch napkins are so beautiful, the perfect size, and added just the right amount of design/texture. I wish I could use hostess haven to set my table every day!! Highly recommend :)

I fell in love with the designs and options Hostess Haven had for our July wedding. We had so many adjustments and revisions due to Covid and everything went seamless on their end, which is not always easy to do! Hostess Haven had a really great selection of tableware to choose from for any sort of trendy, but classic look you're going for. All the pieces are so beautiful it is hard to choose and if you're not able to go in person, Samantha will willingly send photos of mock ups for you to see. This was by far the nicest table settings I saw in my search and really felt like it gave the wedding the perfect touch.

I am a wedding planner and just wanted to say Hostess Haven is amazing! I recently used them for a wedding in Encinitas. We started with a large event and due to COVID had to reduce our numbers. Things were changing constantly throughout the entire planning process and Samantha had no problem making adjustments for us whenever we asked. Their rentals were gorgeous and they made the entire wedding!!! I would definitely recommend them to any planners or couples getting married. I can not think of a wedding theme that Hostess Haven couldn't provide stunning and UNIQUE settings for. In addition to their beautiful inventory, Samantha is warm, kind, responsive, and extremely talented at what she does. She is truly everything you could want from a wedding vendor! Choosing our place settings was sincerely one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process, largely because of Samantha and her exquisite collection of pieces. If you're searching for a tabletop vendor, do yourself a favor - stop searching and hire Hostess Haven. You won't regret it!

Working with Hostess Haven was an absolute dream! They have everything you could ever want to plan the most beautiful wedding. All of their items they use are so unique and special, things that you can't find at some of those big rental places. Plus the service you get with Hostess Haven is exceptional, Samantha was so professional and accommodating. She didn't have a few items in stock that I was hoping to use on the big day and said she would have no problem sourcing them for my wedding. They even made custom table runners for me! When I had difficulty picking out my napkins (because there were too many beautiful options) Samantha was more than happy to jump on the call to offer her opinions on which ones might work best with my color scheme and to explain the different weight and feel of the different options. It was above and beyond what any big rental company would do especially since she was accommodating my small wedding of only 18 people. I always felt like I was a priority customer and my business and satisfaction was important to her. Once I finally saw the completed tablescape with Hostess Haven's rentals I was blown away by how beautiful it was. It was above and beyond my expectations of pretty it would turn out. I would highly recommend Hostess Haven for anyone looking for a wide selection of fine quality tabletop rentals. The selection is amazing and the service is wonderful!

My husband and I first found out about Hostess Haven when we went to our tasting at our caterer - they had set up such a beautiful place setting for us and turns out it was from Hostess Haven! We were originally going to just go on Amazon to find something affordable but once I saw it in person I couldn't not have it at our wedding. We only needed napkins and flatware but it added the perfect touch to our tables. Sam was so friendly throughout the whole process and it was more affordable than I thought it would be! Can't wait to receive our wedding pictures back and show HH how beautiful everything looked :)

I met Samantha at the Big Fake Wedding event in San Diego. Her inventory is spectacular. So I knew instantly I would want to use Hostess Haven as a vendor at my wedding. In e mailing back and forth with Samantha she was professional and patient. She even drove down from Fallbrook to meet me in Point Loma so I could see the place settings I wanted in person. I changed my mind a few times also, and all the while she was sooo kind and patient with me. On my wedding day, they showed up on time and delivered my amazing place settings. My tables looked sooo dreamy. Literally out of a fairy tale. I couldn’t have asked for a better place setting. All of my guests absolutely loved it and commented on how immaculate the tables looked. Some how one of the goblets we rented ended up in the grooms bunk, we messaged Samatha immediately to see how we could get the goblet back to her. We dropped off the Goblet the next day to her and got to speaking with her father who told us all about the Hostess Haven company. It was awesome to support a small family owned company who takes pride in there product. I felt really good about it from the start. However, after learning more about how the company came about and their values, it made me feel even more confident in my decision. My husband and I HIGHLY Recommend this vendor. Our wedding was 12/10 and that’s part due to Hostess Haven. Thanks for making our dreams a reality.

When planning our wedding, we wanted a fun pop of color for our napkins. Samantha was so easy to work with, she sent us a few samples to try and we even got to bring them to our tasting weekend which was in a different state. The quality was exactly how described and was the perfect touch on our tables. So glad we used Hostess Haven and excited to use them again in the future! I had been dreaming about using Hostess Haven dinnerware forever. Their inventory is full of gorgeous, unique pieces perfect for that special "look," for you table. As soon as I started my wedding planning process I got in contact with Samantha. Samantha was so wonderful to work with- from questions, to changes, to pick up, she was kind and professional the entire time! I highly recommend.

I was pretty set on a very specific table setting "look"...problem was, I didn't know how to put it into words. Then Samantha came along and made the "look" a reality. Her selection is so expansive, her taste is divine, and she is so incredibly eager to adjust to your every need. I believe we have a total of 54 e-mails that went back and forth leading up to the big day. In every interaction she was sweet and courteous, and made me feel like a priority even though my guest count was on the very small end of the spectrum (50 guests). I would recommend Samantha and Hostess Haven to any and all future brides in the southern California area. Your table scapes end up getting photographed A LOT and you'll want them to look beautiful - with Hostess Haven you can't go wrong!

My husband and I were adamant about having real table settings for our wedding. We had been to so many weddings that used plastic flatware, paper napkins and plates and thought it was so tacky. When I came across Hostess Haven on instagram I was blown away at the unique pieces they had. All of them were things I would want to have in my own collection at home. We went with the amber goblets that made us feel like we were in a scene of Game of Thrones. Gold flatware that accented the other gold elements in our wedding and black napkins with white triangles that gave a bohemian flare. It all was absolutely gorgeous! We are so glad we used Hostess Haven for our special day.

We rented all the tableware for our daughter's Fall wedding in La Jolla from Hostess Haven. Everything Samantha has in her inventory is unique, beautiful and top-of-the-line. From the gold-rimmed glassware to the chargers, the linen napkins and gold flatware, it all worked together and looked amazing on the outdoor tables. My daughter and I spent many hours of time looking at other rental companies, but did not find anything we liked as well as what we found here! Think luxe, boho, fabulous. Just exquisite.
