The Conrad has undergone some major renovations and you'll have to see it to believe it. Was very impressed with the new updates and event spaces. The ballroom is a great size with endless possibilities, and the location of the Hotel is perfect. I was very surprised with their packages, I was expecting prices to be a lot higher given the area and the space, but they're extremely reasonable. And wow, the perks they offer are hard to beat. Free hotel suite? Yes please!
Maria, the catering manager, makes you feel like you're VIP. She's great at what she does, was very responsive to emails and calls, and if she didn't have the answer, she'd find it asap. She's great!

Did not have the best experience- sent multiple emails for requests- the first ones were perfect, we were interested in moving forward and requested to set up a call with the catering manager, we have no response. After sending multiple emails again, we set up a date for the call which they never followed through. This was going to be a destination wedding and the lack of interest really disappointed us. We were really excited and loved this hotel, it was out first option

We celebrated our wedding reception at the Conrad and from day one, they were just a phone call away! I absolutely recommend the Conrad and their team. Not only is the building beautiful, so is everyone that works in it. They worked with us with every request, they were always available and made the whole wedding planning a lot easier. They were there to help us before, during and even after the wedding. We left our cake behind for our 1 year anniversary and they sent a new one to be made for us. Thank you Angie, Ashley and everyone that made our night extremely special.

Having our wedding at Conrad Miami was the absolute best decision we could have ever made! We got married on May 14, 2016 and we couldn't have enjoyed it more that we did. We started the planning process with Ana Falcon, but after she resigned to work for another hotel, we continued working with Ashkey Gordon. They both were phenomenal planners. They went above and beyond for anything and everything we requested. Beyond the impeccable assistance that was provided to us, the hotel is utter perfection. It's gorgeous from the inside and out. Our guest felt as if they were being transported to another world. The cocktail hour was held on the 25th floor and guests were aweing over the stunning views of the bay and the city. The transition from the 25th floor to the 3rd floor was seemless. Each hues made their way to the ballroom calmly and in an organized manner, leaving room for people to socialize with others and take in the beautiful night that our wedding planner had created for us. The food was the topping on the cake (excuse the wedding pun)! Ashley created the best experience for us when we attended the food tasting the month prior. The chef is exquisite, making only the best food. For the colts ok hour we chose 4 appetizers, including Fried Aranici, Crab Salad Crustini, Beef Filet bites with black bean pure and a pear/prosciutto screed. For dinner we chose Filet Mignon with Asparagus and potatoes, Butternut Squash Soup, Truffle Risotto, and for the amuse bush we Chose a mini lobster flatbread bite. AMAZING!! The best part, for me and my bride, was that we didn't have time to eat while our guests were eating. We wanted to go around the room to say hello to everyone be thank them for being with us on our special day. The kitchen held our food for us until we were ready, and when we were ready the food came or to is as hot and delicious as it would have been when our guests were served. I cannot begin to thank Conrad Miami for making our day above and beyond anything we could have ever asked for. It's was perfect in every way. I HIGHLY recommend Conrad Miami to anyone who wants to get married in Miami. It's where you should be getting married at.

Ana Falcon was fantastic. Having my daughter's wedding in December was a worth the drive. The cocktail hour at the 25th floor was unforgettable and we got many compliments with the jazz, snow and great service. The reception in the 3rd floor was perfect as well, with great service and amazing food! Ana made our event very special and we are still receiving compliments

This venue is not only beautiful, but working with Ana was an absolute delight. Everybody at the Conrad Hotel was super attentive, I particularly loved working with Ana she has a warm calm personality, which really helps when you are nervous from all the excitement of planing a wedding. They were always quick to address any questions or concerns I had and always open to accommodate my requests. I'm a vegetarian and they worked the menu to my liking, and it was delicious!!!!
Everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding, and all my guests complimented my choice in reception venue.

I would've never found this venue if it weren't for our wedding planner Patty Pozas from My Events Boutique. This place is great! Our cocktail hour was on the 25th floor with a spectacular view! The service was top notch
