We highly recommend Hotel Derek for your wedding. Erin and Martin took excellent care of our planning and executing our wedding. The food was amazing! The coordination they provide...
d was the best! We were planning our wedding from out of town, so it was more difficult. Erin was able to help us plan everything and answer all of our questions (which were many). On the day of the event, both Martin and Erin kept the event going, adapting the timeline as needed. All the guests loved our wedding, and we received plenty of compliments about the service that Hotel Derek provided. Highly recommend this venue!
I had my reception at Hotel Derek and it was incredible. The team made sure everything was perfect, and when something went wrong, it was fixed right away. The Hotel also smells SO...
good I need a candle in their scent. The wedding package comes with so many things which really sold it for us and I am so glad I chose them.
(Room Block Review only!) Hotel Derek was a very nice hotel for our hotel block for our wedding weekend. We stayed in the Mockingbird Suite and really enjoyed our stay! I got ready...
with my bridal party (10 people total) in the suite and it was plenty of room! The two bathrooms within the suite made it perfect for all of us spending the morning and early afternoon there. Most of my guests had a positive experience booking within our block though there were a few hiccups as the block filled up on a few occasions. When this happened, a few of my guests had less than positive experiences with the booking agents though I was able to right these wrongs working with Erin and Emily! Erin and Emily were fantastic to work with and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne upon arriving in the suite from the wedding- it was a sweet treat and very appreciated! I was very happy that we chose the Hotel Derek for our wedding weekend hotel!
Misty is beyond amazing at the Hotel Derek! She brought everything together perfectly and made the day go smoothly and (almost) flawlessly! It would not be a good wedding without s...
ome hiccups. It was the best day of my life and my husband and I are so thankful Misty and the Hotel Derek coordinators were there for us on our special day! The food was absolutely mouth watering, presentation was fabulous! I could not have been happier! It was definitely a dream come true! Thank you Hotel Derek and Misty!

The reason we choose this facility over another of equal quality is because of the catering coordinator was faboulus upon meeting her for the first time. Immediatly wanted to book ...
as soon as possible after the first meeting. She always made the client feel like the whole meeting was about them. Even though through the whole wedding time we were with that same coordinator she moved 3 months before the wedding and the person whom filed in was perfect and would never complain about anything. Staff was excellent and knew how to make a bride and groom happy.
