Hotel Eventi exceeded our expectations. Everyone, (from the front desk, bellman, coordinators, chef and other staff) especially Michelle, Arturo, Jeff, Tyan and the Chef were incredibly attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. Anything we asked for was completed and in record time. They worked fluidly with every vendor and made sure everything we had scheduled was accomplished. The food was incredible. Everyone is raving about it. We have no complaints, only compliments.

Hotel Eventi features floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor terraces, allowing the urban vistas of New York City to serve as a backdrop to events. The hotel's ground floor takes up a block and has a living-room-inspired lobby, technological touches, and bars and restaurants. The interior design blends industrial elements with wood tones and warm fabrics, which the natural light illuminates. There are both outdoor spaces, along with settings indoors, like the 4,000-square-foot ballroom. This hotel can accommodate up to 350 people for cocktail receptions and 170 seated guests.
The professional staff at Hotel Eventi are eager to help you curate the wedding of your dreams. Their dedicated events manager can assist you with venue coordination, and the maître d' is available to ensure that the event goes smoothly the day of. This hotel's services also include a customized wedding cake and complimentary champagne toast, wedding-night accommodation for the couple, and access to a dressing room. Other services include catering by Laurent Tourondel, table-side wine service, room blocks, a dance floor, lounge furniture, tables, flatware, glassware, chairs, and more. I'm finding it difficult to put into words how grateful we are for Hotel Eventi and everyone we worked with from blocking hotel rooms, to dealing with our silly last minute demands...
and changes, and the flexibility throughout the process. We had exactly what we could have wanted in our wedding. From the minute we found the hotel, it checked all the boxes: outdoor space, accommodations, incredible cuisine (calling it food would not do it justice), and what we found to be a VERY reasonable wedding package arrangement, particularly for the city, which you can customize and add-on if you wish. The hotel is beautiful and elegant without being stuffy or sterile. The team is the most on top of their game I've ever worked with. Special shout out to Sam, Arturo, and Martin who were so welcoming and made us feel like family and were with us every step of the way. I was totally not stressed out on the day of my wedding because they had it under control. They took care of things I didn't even know happened which speaks volumes. Quick side note, I stayed there a few months earlier due to construction in my apartment, and when I mentioned we were getting married someone was at my door within minute with champagne and cupcakes - seriously?!? They also sent us flowers a month to the date as a congrats/we're looking forward to having you. Who does that?!? That's the kind of treatment you receive when you work with them, unexpected small surprises as well as just solid overall job well done. We couldn't have asked for more! I can’t express how grateful we were to our manager Sam. She has been tremendously kind and helpful since the very beginning. She was on top of everything and very responsive to all my questions (hopefully not too many). I also need give a big thank you to Arturo and Martin for making our wedding day perfect. They were so accommodating and made sure everything flowed seamlessly.

We hosted our daughter’s Wedding at the Eventi in May & thanks to our Wedding Coordinator extraordinare Samantha everything was perfect. The entire venue, guest rooms, bridal suite...
, ceremony/ballroom space & cocktail terrace were all stunning.
The food at both cocktail hour & reception was delicious and on par with a fine dining experience as was the service. Many of our guests commented on the attentiveness of the staff.
I want to thank Samantha for her help & professionalism in planning this joyous event over the past year. The Eventi is lucky to have you Sam.

I fell in love with Hotel Eventi upon my first visit there. I love the unique personality of the venue, exceptional service, accommodating staff and amazing ...
food. It was easy to decide on this venue for our wedding. It is my favorite place! Rehearsal dinner took place in the hidden bar which was so modern and intimate, our ceremony took place on the 5th floor terrace and we left the Eventi Suite open to guests, cocktail hour followed in the 3rd floor foyer, reception in the ventana ballroom with amber uplighting and high ceilings and finally brunch in the 4th floor verdi room. We really enjoyed using the different spaces for each of our events. I need give a big thank you to Lauren, Arturo, and Martin for making our wedding day perfect and flawless. Their care and attention to detail is amazing. We bonded hard during wedding planning. Our wedding weekend at Eventi was amazing and felt like a fairy tale! I miss it and wish I could do it again. Several guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. This is the venue for anyone wanting an NYC wedding!!!!

ed on a Friday night, and the venue was very affordable for an NYC wedding. Especially when you consider the rooftop access -- which is definitely a plus that will wow your guests. So will the big screen, where you can play a slideshow of pictures.
The food was great (so was the tasting) and we got a lot of complements on it. A "complementary," customized cake by Sylvia Weinstein is included in the package. That tasting was a great time too.
As far as vendors, they were really accommodating and we had no trouble.
Lastly, my #1 suggestion is to ask for Cory Davenport's contact information. He is a designer who works with Eventi often. He'll work with you to come up with the look you want and then handle all of the decorating. He knows the space and did a great job making our wedding look awesome.

risingly decent restaurant, and is right off of Herald Square which makes it convenient. Keep checking the booking link, as ours broke multiple times, and if you have gift bags to distribute realize that if there are more than 10 you will be charged, even if they're not placed in the rooms. On a positive note, they were wonderful when we had to postpone our wedding due to Hurricane Sandy, and even lowered the rate since it was a cheaper weekend than we had first selected

said yes before even seeing it all! From that day forward, Lisa was BEYOND helpful and got back to us almost instantly with any information we requested or needed. The food is wonderful, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous, and it completely made our wedding day. For cocktail hour, we had it in the Eventi Suite which is an indoor/outdoor room. The indoor part felt like we were having an intimate gathering with our 75 guests, and the outdoors had beautiful views of the city. It was perfect. The ballroom was set up beautifully as well. I have not one complaint. Thanks so much for making my wedding the best one ever! If you do book through them, I hope you get Lisa as your planner. She is truly the BEST! HIghly HIGHLY recommend!!!

What can I say about the Eventi other than they were FANTASTIC! I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Eventi on the Saturday evening of Hurricane Irene. City transportat...
ion was shutdown and it seemed that they had to cancel the wedding. Luckily, they were kind enough to house their Friday staff at the hotel for the entire weekend so there would be staff to cater to the reception (cooks, waitstaff, bartenders, etc). I am so grateful. The Eventi staff were all so wonderful! While many planned details changed due to the hurricane, I still had my wedding and I have the Eventi to thank for a wonderful celebration!
