She worked as the event manager for The Vinoy Renaissance for 5 years before coming to Hotel Haya! Meghan is obsessed with her dog, Chef, rosé wine, and Grays Anatomy! Hotel Haya was absolutely perfect for our wedding venue. Our reception was in the Las Novedades room, which is stunning and full of Tampa charm! The best part about the hotel is the accommodations. They provided so much that I really didn’t have to think about some of the details at all. I just had to make a few choices and they handled the rest! Also, the food was amazing. If you want to be taken care of on your wedding day, I would absolutely recommend booking with Hotel Haya.

Hotel Haya was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding of 30 guests! Its rustic-industrial charm provided the most stunning backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. The team was incredibly professional and shoutout to Logan Bell who made coordinating with our vendors seamless, ensuring everything was properly insured and executed without a hitch.
My *husband* (ahh!) and I are beyond grateful to have celebrated the happiest day of our lives in such a beautiful space. Everything came together effortlessly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Hotel Haya for any couple looking for a venue with both character and exceptional service!

We had our wedding at Hotel Haya on August 4, 2024 and we cannot say enough good things. From the first time we toured with Megan to meeting Logan to go over our details to the actual day we felt taken care of. Our wedding happened to be the day tropical storm Debbie hit and the hotel staff did everything to make sure our day stayed perfect.

My husband and I were recently married at Hotel Haya, and we CANNOT say enough great things about the hotel, the staff and the wedding coordinators we worked with (Meghan and Logan - two QUEENS on this earth!). The communication with Meghan and Logan throughout the entire planning process was always informative, prompt and very professional. Everything ran incredibly smoothly on wedding day which allowed us to truly enjoy the day from start to finish. Our guests raved about how unique and beautiful the hotel was as well. Lastly, our wedding guests gave many compliments regarding the cocktails and dinner!
10 out of 10 stars!!! We wish we could go back and relive the day over and over again.

We had our absolute dream wedding at Hotel Haya! I couldn’t be more grateful to have chosen this venue. The atmosphere, the food, the team (and communication) were superb throughout our whole experience. We ended up switching our original wedding plan and booking hotel Haya only 6 months out from our wedding date and we are so thrilled we did. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There was another wedding going on at the same time as us and never did we feel we interacted with this wedding or heard/saw any of the events going on. We were so impressed with how flawlessly executed our wedding was. We truly couldn’t recommend Haya and their team enough!!

My wedding day on September 15, 2024, was truly the most beautiful and perfect day I could have imagined, all thanks to Logan, Meghan, and the entire team at Hotel Haya. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby last year, I knew it was a special place. Meghan guided us through a multitude of options to ensure we could have the wedding of our dreams while staying within our budget. Logan was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and on the big day, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and kindness.
The staff was exceptional, providing a fantastic tasting experience and outstanding service during the wedding reception. The food was incredibly delicious, including at Flor Fina and Cafe Quiquiriquí. The bridal suite was sparkling clean and spacious, complete with a balcony overlooking Ybor City.
I honestly can’t thank everyone enough for making our wedding so special!! I can't wait to come back and stay as a guest one day!

Logan and the entire staff at Hotel Haya were such a pleasure to work with for our son’s wedding and welcome party. They were all very knowledgeable and accommodating and made the wedding weekend absolutely perfect. Logan Bell and the entire staff at Hotel Haya were EXCEPTIONAL. Logan, in particular, has a talent for understanding exactly what makes an event special. She listened attentively to our vision and executed it flawlessly, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed. Staffing the lobby bar at appropriate times, coordinating with valet to ensure ease with our limo, stocking our room with a welcome bucket of drinks - she thinks of all the details.
The ambiance of the hotel is unparalleled. It strikes the perfect balance between contemporary elegance and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a standout choice for those seeking to avoid the traditional "hotel ballroom vibe" without sacrificing convenience. The décor is stylish, creating a backdrop that effortlessly complemented our wedding theme.
Rome and the rest of the staff were also amazing. Their professionalism and attentiveness made us feel like we were so important and hosting us with such class. They ensured everything ran smoothly, from the exquisite catering to the seamless coordination of our vendors.

I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to have my wedding. The first time I toured the hotel I fell in love! The hotel is so unique and beautiful. The wedding was held in Las Novedades and the reception was held in the Valencia Ballroom. I loved that they incorporate a part of the history of Ybor in these historical buildings, yet everything is fresh and modern! Our out-of-town guest were able to ride the convenient street car and enjoy the fabulous food and amazing coffee! Logan handled every detail with a smile and an over the top attention to details! Everyone was so nice to work with and the service there was top notch! From the moment you opened the car door - the bellmen, front desk, the coffee shop, restaurant, and serving staff for the wedding- literally everyone was so helpful and attentive! It was a weekend where all of our wedding dreams came true! Thank you Logan and all of the staff from Hotel Haya!

Highly recommend having your wedding here we were so happy with every detail Logan and Meghan provided so much helpful advice and recommendations and the service staff was beyond dedicated and attentive the food was delightful we used the ballroom for our wedding and flipped for reception and the courtyard for cocktail hour our guests were amazed at how seemless everything was and flowed like clock work the bridal suite was perfect for the girls and the junior suite was great for the guys to hang out and get exceptional photos Everything was at our convenience it was the most perfect setting for our wedding dream come true and all our family and friends are still talking about how wonderful the hotel was for them as well wouldn’t have changed anything it was perfection

I had my wedding at Hotel Haya this past September. I was immediately drawn to the gorgeous ballroom with natural light, wood floors, and exposed brick walls. Meghan was very professional and helped us understand everything about the venue when we were first touring. Throughout the process and up until the big day we worked with Logan and she was tremendous to work with as well. Throughout the evening the staff were continuously checking on us, making sure we were happy with how the event was going and if we needed anything. I'm still so impressed I was able to have my ceremony in the ballroom and they were able to flip the room so quickly and so perfectly for the reception. So many of our guests commented on how good the food was too! Can't recommend Hotel Haya enough. The venue is beautiful and the people you work with are very seasoned, professional, and kind.

Hotel Haya was a dream location for a wedding! From the beginning, Meghan was great! She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. Once we decided on Hotel Haya, Logan took over the coordination and was amazing to work with. She was responsive and quickly able to help us put together our wedding in under 40 days. We communicated via text and email primarily. We used the Valencia Foyer inside for our ceremony and had our dinner reception in the Roosevelt Room, with private dining and drinks with Flor Fina. It was perfect for our 28 guests! We got a ton of compliments on the beauty of the hotel and our wedding. We booked a suite with a balcony where we did our first look! It was the perfect place for us to read our personal vows to each other in such an intimate space. There were so many beautiful locations for portraits, like a large, luxurious blue wall, the Flor Fina cafe and seating area, as well as the book shelves in the Roosevelt Room. I could not image the stress we may have endured if it was not for these women and Hotel Haya for making this day happen in such a perfect way!

Oh Hotel Haya.... where do I start? A ballroom with beautiful wood floors, exposed brick, and natural light – how does it get any better? When making the final decision on our big day we knew Hotel Haya had everything we wanted, needed, and then some!
When it came to the planning and everything leading up to the most important day of our lives, Meghan made sure everything went on without a hitch and made sure we had so much fun along the way. When we had our tasting, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the food isn’t just wedding food, it’s truly gourmet. We still have guests raving about how it's the best food they've ever had at a wedding.
There are so many pros to Hotel Haya, I could go on and on. The space, the team, the decor, the food, etc. For us another huge perk while having a wedding in June in Florida was having a beautiful place to get ready, heading down the elevator, getting married, and being able to take the elevator back up at the end of the night, all while staying inside the building – totally priceless.
Honestly, our big day couldn't have gone more perfectly and I have the team at Hotel Haya to thank!

My husband and I got married in December and I cannot believe how above and beyond the staff at Hotel Haya went to accommodate my requests for our wedding weekend. Meghan was my rock during the entire planning process. She was attentive, responded to emails/questions immediately and did everything she could to help the weekend go as smooth as possible. The entire staff at Haya did an amazing job transitioning from one event to another over the 2 day party. I cannot thank Meghan and staff enough for their hard work and really coming through!

Where do I even begin?! From the moment we reached out to the final day of our wedding weekend, Hotel Haya was perfection.
My husband and I are from Chicago and chose to do a destination wedding in Tampa. Our coordinator from the hotel, Meghan, made the entire process of touring the venue, picking a package, and managing the planning seamless. Seriously - we had a lot of customizations with dietary needs and they had no issue accommodating us.
The Valencia ballroom is STUNNING, the food was amazing, room blocks were easy for everyone (and the rooms are beautiful, btw..) I stay at Hotel Haya every time I'm in town now because it's just so welcoming, beautiful, etc. I'd highly recommend having your special day here - the staff was so friendly and I felt genuinely wanted our day to be the best it could be.

I am a wedding planner and my clients just got married here 9/17/22 and I have to say I am so impressed with the quality of service we received and will always cherish how well this venue treated myself and my clients. The food is beyond amazing (not even close to your typical bland wedding food) and all of the staff are incredible. Everything inside the hotel from the floor to ceiling is stunning. Meghan, Logan, Tre as well as the entire service staff were so helpful and professional with everything we needed and had questions on. Logan & Tre were there wedding day helping with anything that was needed and truly helped make this day run so smoothly. A lot of venues don’t typically treat wedding vendors the greatest but Hotel Haya’s staff were so much fun to work with and made the day so enjoyable. 100% will recommend more of my clients to this venue for their wedding. My newly wed couple were so pleased with the service the venue provided them and that’s truly what matters the most but I just had to brag on this team and let everyone know how amazing they are!

My husband and I were married at the Haya on Nov 13 and we cannot say enough about how amazing our whole weekend was. We elected to not have a wedding planner or day of coordinator and pooled our resources to plan. Morgan was there for us every step of the way from late night texts to zoom calls. She helped us out in so many ways. Morgan coordinated our rehearsal for us and stayed until the very end of the wedding (which we had to extend because no one wanted to leave). The hotel was immaculate and all the staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much Morgan for making our dream a reality and this is definitely the place to get married in Ybor!
