e is amazing. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party each took place in a different space throughout the hotel and up on the rooftop bar, so guests never had to travel anywhere. They just moved from one beautiful room to the next, and everyone commented on how easy it was. The food was excellent too, and we’re still hearing compliments about it. Katie made the whole planning process simple and kept it organized from start to finish. She took a huge amount of stress off of us, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Hotel Monaco really is a one-stop shop, and we’d recommend it (and Katie) to any couple without hesitation.

Every detail was handled with such care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism, allowing us to be completely present and soak in every moment of the most special day of our lives. Our coordinator, Breanna, was absolutely phenomenal. Her attention to detail, organization, and dedication to making our day perfect did not go unnoticed. Having someone we could trust so completely made all the difference, and we are beyond grateful for everything she did. She answered every single email or call immediately and accommodated all of my crazy requests with a smile on her face. I truly do not know how we would have done anything without her and her guidance.  We also have to give the biggest shoutout to Bernardo, who was assigned specifically to us as the bride and groom throughout the evening. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about him. His level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness was unlike anything we have ever experienced. He somehow always knew exactly what we needed before we even realized it ourselves. Our drinks were never more than half empty before he appeared with fresh ones, and he went so far above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. One of the most thoughtful things he did was bring us to private areas where he had already prepared individual dinner plates for us, carefully accommodating our dietary restrictions. In the middle of such a busy, exciting evening, having someone make sure we actually had a moment to sit, eat, and enjoy ourselves meant more than we can express. Those seemingly small gestures made an enormous impact, and we will never forget his kindness. The venue itself was absolutely stunning, but what truly makes Stratus Lounge exceptional is its people. Every interaction made us feel genuinely cared for, never like we were just another wedding on the calendar. The level of service, hospitality, and attention to detail was simply unmatched. We are still overwhelmed with gratitude for how seamlessly everything came together. Our guests had an incredible time, and we were able to enjoy our wedding without a single worry because we knew we were being taken care of. If we could relive our wedding day a thousand times, we would choose Stratus Lounge every single time. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough. To Breanna, Bernardo, and the entire Stratus Lounge team: thank you for giving us memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Whether it was guiding us step by step through the selection process, answering the hundreds of crazy questions we had, or simply checking in, she made sure everything was taken care of. As the father of the bride, I was prepared to shoulder the stress so everyone else could enjoy themselves. Thanks to Breanna, even I could relax and enjoy the celebration. From the time we stepped out of our car on Thursday and Perry helped unload our bags to the time we left for home on Sunday and Perry helped load our car in the pouring rain, I could not have imagined a better weekend. Breanna and the team at the Kimpton made sure everything we brought for the wedding was in the right place and ready for us to take home afterward. From placing our welcome signs and QR photo cards to handling all the little details we requested, the team took care of it all. Truly exceptional. The wedding went off without any issues, with Breanna helping us through both the rehearsal and the actual wedding processional. The cocktail hour on the rooftop Stratus Lounge was beautiful, and dinner was announced by the booming voice of Bernardo, who made sure we all made our way downstairs to the reception. The meals were outstanding, and guests with special dietary restrictions were easily accommodated. Breanna oversaw everything and stayed well into the reception to make sure the event was flawless. We didn’t have a separate wedding coordinator, but Breanna provided that level of guidance and attention to detail, going above and beyond what we expected. Even the next morning, at our farewell brunch, Bernardo was there once again to make sure the meal service ran smoothly. (We think he lives there.) Everyone we spoke with praised the experience, which says so much about the care that went into the entire weekend. Breanna and the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia team were simply amazing. I cannot recommend Breanna, Perry, Bernardo, the rest of the hotel staff, and the venue highly enough. Six out of five stars.
