I recommend the Hotel Piccadilly as a venue for any event. My husband and I had our reception here and it was a wonderful experience. The venue was gorgeous and the decorations provided were beautiful. Frances was our planner and she was wonderful. The bartender Sarah was a sweetheart and best bartender we've have had in years. And dinning staff was very polite and had bright attitudes. The only thing I will complain about is the food. When my husband and I went to the tasting, the food was spectacular but on the actual day of our reception, the food was bad. The steak was so dry and did not have sauce as it did in the tasting and the potatoes did not taste the same as the tasting as well. For $70 a plate we felt a bit cheated. On the plus side the Hors d'oeuvres and garden salad were a huge hit! And our cupcakes came from a different place as well. So again, love the venue and staff, I just wouldn't recommend the food unless it's the Hors d'oeuvres.

We loved having our reception here! We got married in January and wanted something that was like a ballroom but we didn't need a huge space because our guest list was small. Fortunately I found them and they were a perfect fit. The decor fit my vision perfectly which was burgundy, gold, black, and cream.
The catering manager was so nice and helpful when she had to answer all the questions my mom asked. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you are having an indoor reception.
This was the perfect place for our wedding reception! The room was large enough for people to be able to walk around and dance but not too big that it felt empty. The staff was super helpful and made sure that everything was happening on track and smoothly. Our out of town guests were all able to get rooms and the honeymoon suite was amazing!
This hotel had fair pricing. They gave you a flat rate if reserving multiple rooms.
This place is so popular because it is close, accommodating, and reasonably priced. People have room to dance and eat and celebrate without being cramped. The service is excellent and it is easy to decorate and make your own style shine.
The hotel catoring was very good. They were very through in explanning what we were ordering and very cooperative in our wine and champagne selections. The food was very good, service was good. Our guests were taken care of well. Our friends enjoyed our reseption so much that many have had parties there.;When checking out of the hotel, if you stay, check your bill and for extra charges. We had a few bills having extra charges that should not have been on the bills. These were,of-course, taken off, but not before an imbarissing us as the hostes.
The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with the entire process. Their coordinators were very friendly and were available at any time no questions asked. We were very picky about how we wanted tables set up along with having a set timeline throughout the night. The food was absolutley delicious and not a complaint was heard. If there were any problems questions or concerns at any time during the whole planning process they were dealt with quickly and very efficiently.
The staff at the hotel was wonderful, they helped me set up all of my centerpieces, table favors & cameras at no extra cost. They were very on top of everything, and I felt that when I called that I was a person not just another paycheck for them. They were also very flexible with meeting with us as we lived out of the area. The reception was decorated very nicely and all of the staff were excellent.;The hotel is an older hotel so not as glitzy as some of the other hotels in the area.
