Elise Medina who helped us organize our wedding. It was truly the wedding of our dreams. I cannot think of anything we would have changed. It was all thanks to this staff and Elise. We upped our budget a bit once we saw this venue and we did not regret any part of it. Shout out to the chef and bar staff that kept us full and happy. This venue is worth what they charge and more.

Hotel Valencia is an excellent venue to host your wedding or event!! My husband and I held our reception at Hotel Valencia and worked with Jasmin. She was incredible! She helped us...

with a large portion of the wedding planning, made sure that our entire party was happy with their experience, and even gave us several unexpected benefits along the way. For example, the hotel/Jasmin upgraded our suite to the Presidential (although this of course can't be guaranteed for all wedding couples). I highly recommend reserving a suite because they are so worth it, especially when getting ready on your wedding day! The rooms, and the hotel more generally, are absolutely gorgeous. Additionally, one of the parts I loved the most was that they don't do more than two weddings in a day, so we basically had the hotel to ourselves. This meant that the staff could be extra attentive and our guests were very comfortable. They really go above and beyond and I would highly recommend selecting them for your event.

process, from the time we booked the venue to our wedding day, was a struggle until Araceli took over. The continuity and communication she provided was night and day compared to the nightmare-ish process we first experienced. Hotel Valencia RW is a GORGEOUS venue and offers a wonderful backdrop for a wedding, either indoor or outdoor. All of our guests and ourselves loved the Hotel's atmosphere and amenities (restaurant, bar, waitstaff, etc). We had our event catered by the Hotel and the Head Chef personally met with us during the tasting to help polish our menu for the special day. The food was AMAZING! It was so good, a guest brought her plate onto the dance floor. A few minor details we worked out with Araceli were lost in translation by the time they got to her staff. While there were no major hiccups on our wedding day, we did have to utilize her to correct the small problems the staff made. Highly recommend Hotel Valencia Riverwalk for your wedding! Make sure you go over all the little details to maximize what Hotel Valencia RW can provide for you. Note - If you do book Hotel Valencia RW for your wedding, you can utilize the facility (if available) for your Bridal portraits and/or Engagement photo shoot.

One slight mishap with the front desk supervisor was quickly remedied by Steph. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect location if hosting a wedding with half of the guests arriving from out of state.

sed stress however once Stacy Seaborn came on board, stress was gone. Stacy is very experienced, professional and provided excellent customer service. Stacy was very responsive via phone and email and she exceeded our expectations as a Director of Catering. Stacy was very personable, and always made us feel like a priority. We will never be able to thank her enough for the support and assistance during our wedding planning. The hotel is so beautiful and the staff at the hotel was always very professional and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and everything from our drinks, to the services included in our package made our wedding day special. We recommend Hotel Valencia to any couple that loves a romantic setting, a committed staff and an unforgettable experience.

ow pleased we were. The site and staff exceeded all of our expectations. Carolina Lujan, Elena Quintana, and their staff went above and beyond for my partner and I. They are detailed oriented and extremely professional. The ceremony was held in the beautiful courtyard with the reception following in the elegant Verona Ballroom. The courtyard is absolutely enchanting with its water feature and fire wall, it is sure to be a topic of conversation. We could not have been happier! The Hotel Valencia staff catered to our every whim, there was always someone on hand to direct questions to and Carolina and her team were there from start to finish. We could not have asked for anything more, it was absolutely perfect! If you're looking for elegance, impeccable customer service and quality like no other, the Hotel Valencia is for you!
