My wedding was scheduled the month renovations were to be completed. The entry was not complete however the staff worked wonders to accommodate me and my party (which occupied about 75% of the hotel) to the best of their ability and they did so with tact and grace. I could not think more highly of Steph. She is amazing and so easy to work with. One slight mishap with the front desk supervisor was quickly remedied by Steph. The hotel is beautiful and a perfect location if hosting a wedding with half of the guests arriving from out of state.
Words cannot express how happy we were with Hotel Valencia as the space for our nuptials and the staff was awesome! Everyone was super friendly and made our special day memorable. Our wedding was small and intimate, 18 people altogether and the hotel was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend Hotel Valencia for hosting events.
We are very happy to review Hotel Valencia Riverwalk. We booked Hotel Valencia for our ceremony and reception. There were a few changes with staff before our actual event which caused stress however once Stacy Seaborn came on board, stress was gone. Stacy is very experienced, professional and provided excellent customer service. Stacy was very responsive via phone and email and she exceeded our expectations as a Director of Catering. Stacy was very personable, and always made us feel like a priority. We will never be able to thank her enough for the support and assistance during our wedding planning. The hotel is so beautiful and the staff at the hotel was always very professional and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious and everything from our drinks, to the services included in our package made our wedding day special. We recommend Hotel Valencia to any couple that loves a romantic setting, a committed staff and an unforgettable experience.

If you're looking for an all-inclusive venue, Hotel Valencia is the "ONE"! My partner and I just recently held our commitment ceremony at the hotel in December. I cannot tell you how pleased we were. The site and staff exceeded all of our expectations. Carolina Lujan, Elena Quintana, and their staff went above and beyond for my partner and I. They are detailed oriented and extremely professional. The ceremony was held in the beautiful courtyard with the reception following in the elegant Verona Ballroom. The courtyard is absolutely enchanting with its water feature and fire wall, it is sure to be a topic of conversation. We could not have been happier! The Hotel Valencia staff catered to our every whim, there was always someone on hand to direct questions to and Carolina and her team were there from start to finish. We could not have asked for anything more, it was absolutely perfect! If you're looking for elegance, impeccable customer service and quality like no other, the Hotel Valencia is for you!
