We had our December 2024 wedding at Hotel ZaZa in their tented space and absolutely loved it! It was the perfect setting for our 75 person wedding.
We worked with Samara who was fabulous! She is attentive to details, engaged, quick to respond, and very helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. It was so nice to work with someone who I could fully trust!
Our reception’s food that ZaZa catered was out of this world! We did the buffet dinner that included the chicken, salmon, and braised short rib with various sides. All of the items melted in your mouth and were packed with flavor. We received so many compliments!
The entire ZaZa Staff all went above and beyond with our guests. From the greeters at the front door, to the front desk, as well as the bellman crew. Special shoutout to Danny (bellman/ZaZa mobile driver) - he is a rockstar!

Absolutely perfect venue for our wedding. Food was amazing, event coordinator (Courtney) was so helpful, our wedding suite was gorgeous, and I feel like all the “extras” they threw in (free valet parking for guests, wine, rose petals on the bed and even a personalized gift basket) really made our experience amazing. Their attention to detail was incredible and our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. Their pricing was equal to, or even better than other, comparable venues in the area.
My husband booked one of the concept suits at hotel ZaZa for our wedding night. When he made reservations, Alex was helping him and advised that, if the room is not booked the next day, he will be able to accommodate a late checkout for us, which was great, especially considering that we’ve arrived at the hotel well after midnight. Alex informed my husband that he placed a note on our reservation regarding late checkout. At that point we were very appreciative of the service.
When we arrived to the hotel, we promptly informed the front desk about our reservation and about the note that Alex placed to avoid any misunderstandings. It took the front desk about 15 minutes to figure out what was going on and to find the note. Since we just arrived from our wedding reception, I was still in my wedding gown and my husband in his tuxedo. We had to wait in the reception area until front desk reps finally found the note and we were finally on the same page about our late checkout.
At 11 am housekeeping started knocking in the door. It was VERY loud, near pounding. This woke up and my husband was getting out of bed to prepare to open the door, when the housekeeping started opening the door even though the privacy sign was out!!!! Unacceptable!!! My husband had to rush to the door to ensure they do not actually enter our suite and informed them that we have a late check out and to contact front desk with questions. At that point, we could not sleep anymore. Two hours later, the story has repeated and the housekeeping was knocking in our suite again! Once again, my husband asked them to contact the front desk and that we have a late checkout arranged. In 5 minutes front desk was calling us because they had trouble finding the note just like the shift before them did. Now this is an unacceptable customer service, especially from such establishment as ZaZa hotel and a complete violation of our privacy.
At the checkout we informed the front desk about our experience and did not receive any explanation as to why this could have happened. This was a complete miscommunication between staff at the hotel at our expense. So very disappointing. We were provided with a contact information of a new hotel manager and my husband tried calling him to provide feedback regarding our experience. He reached his mailbox and left him a VM, however has never heard back from him. Another disappointment.
The suite itself, however, was great, regardless the fact that there was a lot of dust on the lamps in the bathroom. The shuttle driver was very nice and helpful. Because of these two factors, there’re 2 stars, otherwise it was a beyond disappointing experience.
I had my wedding reception at Hotel ZaZa in Dallas and everything far exceeded my expectations! Mia Chargois and the entire staff there are amazing! Each guest that stayed there was beyond satisfied with the service they received! Mia made sure that every detail was exactly right and she added some special touches that helped to make our day absolutely perfect!
Such a fun place to get married. We worked with Mia and she was great. The hotel provided us with a beautiful Luxury suite and a box of goodies including, monogramed robes, a camera, candles etc. We were thrilled by everything.
