VERY dissapointed with the quality of a necklace I ordered from HotMixCold. The one in the picture looked really nice and well made. The one I received broke upon putting it on the very first time and the owner or rep or whoever handles their customer service argued with me about it trying to tell me I pulled hard or tugged the necklace. First of all, even if i did shouldn't it be able to withstand a little tug? It's a necklace and you wear it so it shouldn't just fall apart like that. My even bigger issue than it breaking is how cheap it looked. It literally looked like I bought it at a cheap costume jewelry shop for tweens like Claire's or something but i paid almost $50 for it. They said they will not issue a refund because it's been past their TEN DAY RETURN POLICY. Who only gives their customers 10 days? On their etsy site it says you must contact them within the first THREE DAYS. they said they would replace it but it looks so cheap and flimsy I'm not even going to bother. Guess I'm out $50 and now still have to replace it. I wouldn't buy here unless you are ok with extremely cheap looking jewelry that you'd be lucky to get 10 days wear out of. Well that's according to their refund policy. What a rip off. Just goes to show they clearly don't stand behind the product they sell and are ok with ripping you off!!
