Ive been a coffee roaster for 4+ years, roasting for coffee shops around the country. We created a coffee company 3 years ago and our growth and experience has allowed us to open up our own storefront in Carlsbad, Ca. We rolled all of our services under one banner, HOTWATER. I focus on searching for delicious coffee from around the world, sourcing from family farms who get overlooked by larger coffee shops. We seek out the best micro-lot coffees in the world and roast each batch by hand to perfection.
