Flowers that did make it to the wedding (when I went through photos noticed a lot was missing) were pretty however the specialty flowers we paid extra for they told us day of the wedding that they came in bad (not good quality for a wedding whi...
ch we appreicated them not using at the time) and they told us they would refund us for the cost of those and for the barn flower setup that wasnt able to get set up and never did. In fact they INTENTIONALLY blocked our numbers and ignored our emails of which were very nice just asking when we could expect to see the refund. We may take to court soon. Do not recommend at all porr customer service no replies to emails until 1 week before the wedding will create more stress for bride as you won't know throughout the process where your flowers are at also never let me have see a trial bouquet either. Wish I had used another company that sticks to their word. Use at your own risk as or if somethings wrong request refund that same moment and don't hang up or leave until you have it or you'll never see it.

s cost way more than that. When I asked them if they could reimburse us for the items not provided, they said they would but I never received the money. I emailed them twice asking when it would arrive and got no response at all.

Now on to the flowers...they were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we dreamed of! As the MOB, I still have a beautiful arrangement on my table at home and have loved enjoying it after the wedding ended. I would not hesitate to recommend HOC to every bride, they served as so much more than just our florist...even helping with the moral support needed throughout the planning and re-planning process.
