She was very knowledgeable about the venue and what colors would look best, which made my life easier since I was not able to see the linens in person. She took the time to display different options based on our conversation and together we came up with beautiful table arrangements. I absolutely loved working with Christy, I felt as though I have known her forever, like I was working with a friend. I planned my wedding from Japan, and she went the extra mile by being available for later calls and downloading a messenger app so that I could see the linens. The little extra steps that she took really made me feel like she had my best interest at heart and truly cared about my thoughts. She didn't rush me, she addressed my concerns (rational and irrational), and she even let me vent, which I felt made her so relatable. She even came to the venue on the day of my wedding to oversea the set-up and say hi! I could go on about how wonderful she is, she is truly a gem and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend House of Hough for any engagement. They are an awesome team that truly cares about their customers.

I wanted to have three different linens for the three different types of tables we would be using at our reception.... these ladies rolled out the red carpet for my sister, my planner, and me and pulled out several linens and placed them near each other to help us visualize. We selected the most gorgeous linens I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!! Including a burgundy velvet linen that I could not get enough of. When I walked into our reception venue, my jaw dropped. The tables looked amazing. So amazing that I literally cried. We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was, especially the linens. When I started looking for linen vendors, every other vendor recommended House of Hough and I can see why, but ultimately I chose this company because of the way each employee made me feel. I am all about relationships and vibing well with people...especially when it came to planning the biggest, best party of my lifetime. I loved that this is a Latina-owned business with incredibly professional women running it. The linens were the cherry on top. I will definitely be a lifetime client :) Love you, ladies!

She had lots of excellent creative suggestions and understood what we were looking for. Our numbers varied in the run up to the event and she took all that in her stride! House of Hough table linens especially are stunning, arrived spotless and looked brand new. We also hired chair covers and chargers that we equally beautiful and in an excellent condition. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Rachel and House of Hough to anyone organizing an event.

House of Hough, on the other hand, has beautiful linens that are affordable and worth every penny. We had lovely striped ivory linens with sunshine yellow napkins and silver organza chair sashes that made our wedding look so classy and romantic. House of Hough also makes it really easy to change your order - we had some last second changes and all I had to do was send a quick email. Also, I definitely recommend the delivery option. House of Hough took care of everything for us and even packed up everything afterward so we didn't have to worry!

red sashes for the bar highs during our wedding cocktail hour. When I got to the venue on our wedding day, House of Hough was putting the sashes on, and they were the COMPLETE wrong color. They were BURNT orange. It did not match at all, so my coordinator swapped them out for champagne ones that they had on hand. A bit disappointing, but still an overall good experience with the company. Would recommend.

because I fell in love with one particular linen that House of Hough does not carry. I was extremely bummed about this because House of Hough has been so amazing throughout all my appointments. Rachel has been so attentive via email, phone, and even coming in on Saturday for me. I rarely will write a review, but I have to give Rachel a huge shoutout! It is apparent that she loves her job, and is extremely competent. I usually know exactly what I want and don't care for opinions, but I sought Rachel's opinion as much as I could. Fortunately, I have 5 girls in my wedding party that are newly engaged. I will definitely be referring them to House of Hough.

k and white, which could have ended up very boring and plain, but they worked hand-in-hand with my wedding planner to come up with black & white striped linens, gold beaded chargers, gold sequin linens for my cake table and other small details to make my wedding reception elegant and timeless. They worked more directly with my planner, but they were always great about keeping me in the loop, so I never felt out of touch with the planning process.

careful planning. We ordered and paid extra for specialty linens but not all of them made it to the wedding. We were short a guest table linen and the gift table linens were not correctly placed either. The sashes on the chairs were incorrect as per our contract but all in all these are things only you and your husband (perhaps MOH) would notice. It is frustrating to notice these things the day of your wedding however, so if you don't want to worry I would go with another vendor with more experience, recognition perhaps selection.

I called Over the Top Linen and explained my circumstances and the lovely Clara helped me do the whole process over the phone and via email/pictures. I explained what I was looking for and what my colors were and she found everything for me. I was floored when I walked up the stairs in our venue and saw the final product. Spoke with owner/manager and they offered to refund half of the $200 (which should have all been refunded since they were late twice and rude) set up fee even after I explained that we had to pay for an additional hour because they put us so far behind. I still haven't received the refund either. Also if you don't know the EXACT number of linens you will need, you will still be charged for ones you didn't even get. I wasn't happy with them at all and they are very defensive instead of providing excellent customer service when there is an issue.
