I had the best experience working with House of Hough while planning my son’s first birthday. I found out about them when I attended a wedding last year and fell in love with their table settings. From the very first design meeting to seeing it all come together at my party, it could not have gone better. Sania was so responsive and has such good vision & taste. She gave such great design advice (I was having trouble finding a look to stick with the theme) which really helped me with party planning. During the party I had several people compliment the decor and in particular the linens. I joked with the HoH team that I want to throw more parties now just to have an excuse to use their linens! The House of Hough was by far the best linen provider in the Houston area. They have a wide variety of linens, charger plates, and napkins. They set up and break down for a small fee so you don’t have to worry about break down or returns! My favorite part about House of Hough was their initial consult. They layout all of your options, let you look through and set up as you want, and offer great suggestions to make decisions easy.

We hired House of Hough for our son’s rehearsal dinner. We are so pleased with them! We wanted an elegant, sophisticated look and House of Hough understood and delivered on our vision. We booked House of Hough through our venue, 2K Reserve. I do not recall ever having any sort of difficulty when working with them at all, even when our table layout changed last minute. We had a quick meeting towards the beginning of wedding planning where we chose our colors and napkin styles and that was it. Not a single thing to worry about from that point on. We were lucky that our venue did not have an event the day before. As such, House of Hough set up our linens the day prior, making one less thing to worry about on our special day. The quality of the linens were everything we wanted and set up exactly how we envisioned it. We recommend anyone work with House of Hough if you want high quality, reliability, and a stress free experience!

House of Hough did an amazing job with our wedding linens! After my first consultation, I totally changed my mind and wanted to eliminate a color entirely, and Sania was so accommodating! I went back for another consultation and they let me bring my mom and grandma and aunt too. When I saw it all come together on wedding day, it was so beautiful and perfectly captured my vision! Sania was also really responsive throughout the whole process. They delivered the linens before my rehearsal even happened, so when I went to rehearse at my venue, I got see to see all the final linen decorations and it was so great so know it was already set up for wedding day! I cannot say enough about the House of Hough team! There commitment to customer service and going above and beyond is amazing. The linen selection was very extensive and was a little overwhelming since I did not have all of my color schemes together. However, Christy was amazing and so patient. She was very knowledgeable about the venue and what colors would look best, which made my life easier since I was not able to see the linens in person. She took the time to display different options based on our conversation and together we came up with beautiful table arrangements. I absolutely loved working with Christy, I felt as though I have known her forever, like I was working with a friend. I planned my wedding from Japan, and she went the extra mile by being available for later calls and downloading a messenger app so that I could see the linens. The little extra steps that she took really made me feel like she had my best interest at heart and truly cared about my thoughts. She didn't rush me, she addressed my concerns (rational and irrational), and she even let me vent, which I felt made her so relatable. She even came to the venue on the day of my wedding to oversea the set-up and say hi! I could go on about how wonderful she is, she is truly a gem and a pleasure to work with. We were recommended House of Hough by our event venue in Houston. We are a non profit and were organizing a black tie fundraiser for 450. Rachel was very professional and super helpful in helping us bring our theme of Starry Knights to life. She had lots of excellent creative suggestions and understood what we were looking for. Our numbers varied in the run up to the event and she took all that in her stride! House of Hough table linens especially are stunning, arrived spotless and looked brand new. We also hired chair covers and chargers that we equally beautiful and in an excellent condition. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Rachel and House of Hough to anyone organizing an event.

When I say the team at House of Hough are miracle workers, I mean it! My wedding was out of town and my venue said that they would provide linens. I got married at Briscoe Manor in June, and House of Hough did our linens! Everything was gorgeous! They were great to work with, and we would recommend them to anyone!

My fiance and I rented linens through House of Hough for our wedding day. They have a huge selection and its really worth the value. I looked at linens at two other companies and House of Hough's linens were clearly superior. At one of the companies I looked at, the same linens were half the price but they looked so tacky. The other company did not have the linens I wanted but they were twice the price and completely not worth renting. House of Hough, on the other hand, has beautiful linens that are affordable and worth every penny. We had lovely striped ivory linens with sunshine yellow napkins and silver organza chair sashes that made our wedding look so classy and romantic. House of Hough also makes it really easy to change your order - we had some last second changes and all I had to do was send a quick email. Also, I definitely recommend the delivery option. House of Hough took care of everything for us and even packed up everything afterward so we didn't have to worry!

We got married at Hotel Zaza on August 6 and had about 250 guests. House of Hough was super easy to work with and they had a ton of choices for us to choose from. The entire process was very easy and the suggestions they made were exactly what I was looking for. We absolutely loved everything they did for our wedding and how beautiful everything looked (loved the tie they did with the marsala fabric on our chairs)!

Our linens were beautiful at Briscoe Manor! Working with House of Hough was awesome and so pleasant. Rachel was so patient and understanding! All of the linens/chargers were gorgeous. The only thing that went wrong was that I ordered melon-colored sashes for the bar highs during our wedding cocktail hour. When I got to the venue on our wedding day, House of Hough was putting the sashes on, and they were the COMPLETE wrong color. They were BURNT orange. It did not match at all, so my coordinator swapped them out for champagne ones that they had on hand. A bit disappointing, but still an overall good experience with the company. Would recommend.

Rachel did an excellent job with our linens! They do a great job in helping you decide what you want. The showroom is large and they have a variety of products. Rachel set up a mock design of what we wanted and provided us a quote before we left the appointment. That is excellent customer service that isn't a given in this industry. She was very helpful the weeks before the wedding with the changing needs based on guest count. Absolutely recommend!

We rented our table linens, napkins and chargers from House of Hough. They had such great selection and quality of items! I loved their showroom where you can create your table settings right in front of your eyes! You choose all the items you want and are able to see the finished result. This is especially nice for people like me who have trouble visualizing the finished product. They made wonderful recommendations and took into account my tastes and theme of the wedding. The items were well pressed and perfect quality without stains or defects. They looked like new! Highly recommend them.

Superb place to rent your wedding linens. Super friendly staff with a huge selection of different options. As our wedding approached in April 2016, one of our table runners went out of stock. I received via email, photos and a video the staff made showing the closest next available option. Once approved everything was smooth sailing. We couldn't have been more happy with how our wedding tables looked and would recommend them to anyone!

The linens were amazing and the selection is great. The ladies working there were so sweet and helpful. The only problem I had was that they tried to over charge me for a linen that was included in my wedding package and instead of calling my wedding coordinator to make sure it was correct, they went ahead and just charged me. They emailed me to apologize and said the money would be refunded after my wedding, but it's been 12 days now and I don't think they have done it yet.

I enjoyed meeting these lovely ladies several times during our wedding planning craze. We had a blast with their show room, such quality service you'll receive over here! I visited the House of Hough showroom a couple of times last week and was completely blown away by the presentation, customer service, and quality of linens. Unfortunately, I will probably be going with another company for linens. This is only because I fell in love with one particular linen that House of Hough does not carry. I was extremely bummed about this because House of Hough has been so amazing throughout all my appointments. Rachel has been so attentive via email, phone, and even coming in on Saturday for me. I rarely will write a review, but I have to give Rachel a huge shoutout! It is apparent that she loves her job, and is extremely competent. I usually know exactly what I want and don't care for opinions, but I sought Rachel's opinion as much as I could. Fortunately, I have 5 girls in my wedding party that are newly engaged. I will definitely be referring them to House of Hough.

BEAUTIFUL LINENS We used House of Hough for our wedding reception at the JW Marriott Downtown for all our special linens. They have the most beautiful linens and are so easy to work with. Our plans seemed to keep changing and every time we changed the order they were absolutely fine in revising our order. The linens made the tables look magnificent! Great customer service!

Everything looked gorgeous for our wedding! Natalie was very easy to work with and helped with a lot of good ideas. They have a ton of options to chose from to suit all tastes and venues. The venue we booked at did not have an event on the Friday before our wedding and Natalie called and said that they would be able to set up early. This made things so much easier because it was one less thing we had to worry about on the day of. We were also able to see how it would look when we went for rehearsal, which was AWESOME! The linens for our wedding were gorgeous! My husband and I had an appointment with Christy who we absolutely adore! I got 4 sequin table clothes, gold chargers, and chair covers from House of Hough and they looked beautiful at our reception. House of Hough was super easy to work with and they allowed me to make some last minute changes. It was definitely worth using them to add some final touches to your wedding. I had a great experience with House of Hough (f/k/a Over the Top Linens)! I worked primarily with Katy Hoch. She was amazingly friendly, helpful and professional. I also greatly appreciated her responsiveness! It seemed like I never waited longer than a couple hours to get a response from Katy. That can be rare when dealing with other wedding vendors. Natalie and the team we worked with at OTT was fabulous! We were able to go to their showroom and play with linen ideas, which helped me visualize everything very well! They had a great selection and were great to work with! My colors were black and white, which could have ended up very boring and plain, but they worked hand-in-hand with my wedding planner to come up with black & white striped linens, gold beaded chargers, gold sequin linens for my cake table and other small details to make my wedding reception elegant and timeless. They worked more directly with my planner, but they were always great about keeping me in the loop, so I never felt out of touch with the planning process.

Over The Top Linens fulfilled our linen needs perfectly! The office staff was friendly and communicated about everything. They wanted to make sure they did it right and I really appreciated that. They had linens that looked beautiful at our venue and brought the room together. I am glad we chose Over The Top, they made the night and wedding stress free!

Linens were not an easy choice because it seems that most places carry similar stock. However, the showroom and service from Natalie made all of the difference for us! She worked with us as we tried out different colors and textures of the table linens as well as napkins. She laid everything out and made suggestions, which was very helpful. The price point of the linens were similar to others in the area, but the pricing of the napkins folded however we wanted was actually much better with Over the Top. On the day of the wedding, they arrived early which allowed our venue to start setting up the tables right away. Would definitely recommend them!
