He’s been the DJ for all my high school proms and my wedding as well. Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to be the DJ at our wedding! He gets everyone up on the floor dancing!

Houserockers is hands down the best DJ to work with. Jamie made sure everything was perfect that day. He was so easy to work with. I gave him no indication what music I wanted, because quite honestly I had no idea. He read my guests and played the music they were dancing to. He made the reception flow so well. I had many people tell me he is the best wedding DJ they have ever heard. I also had a few brides to be ask me for his contact information. He also made sure to put special moments throughout. One of my favorite moments of the reception was when he played “Friends in Low Places”. It wouldn’t be the first thought for a wedding song. But he had all my guests get on the dance floor in a circle. We all stood with our arms around one another. Standing in the circle and looking at all of my guests singing at the top of their lungs and laughing melted my heart. It was a memory I won’t forget. I HIGHLY recommend him and I will never be able to say enough good things.

What can I say about Jamie. He was absolutely wonderful and if you are looking for the best DJ, Houserockers is your guy! He is very detailed oriented and organized! He makes it very easy for you and he brings the life to your party! My wife and I can’t thank him enough for doing an amazing job! To put it simply without rambling on too much, Jamie is the absolute best at what he does. He creates such a fun atmosphere that has everyone dancing (even the people that do not normally dance. ) We planned our wedding date around his availability and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else at our wedding. Having a good DJ was a priority in our wedding day prep and his experience made it so easy to create the perfect flow! Jamie is the best! Prior to our wedding, he was very thorough in getting to know us and our vision for our wedding day. When we got engaged on vacation at Disney World, I began messaging with Jamie in the airport on our way home from the trip. There has never been any doubt in my mind that he would be the DJ at my wedding! Because he is so amazing at what he does, he books up quickly. I wasn’t willing to miss out on having him at our wedding, so his availability was a huge factor in choosing the day that we would be married. We were moving to Florida permanently a few weeks after our engagement, and Jamie made time to meet with me before we moved to go over preliminary information. He worked with us from afar throughout the planning process so effortlessly; our inability to meet with him in person until the week of our wedding was never an issue! The online system that he utilizes to help couples plan is user friendly and comprehensive. It was an organization-obsessed bride’s dream! Throughout the planning of our wedding, Jamie took every idea I gave him and ran with it, making it a million times better than I ever could have! He created a custom monogram to be projected on the wall behind our head table that completely tied the reception hall together. My mom literally gasped when she walked into the room and saw it! It created such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere and far exceeded my expectations! Jamie also provided a beautiful backdrop for the photo booth that fit perfectly with our theme. Jamie facilitated our reception in such a fun, exciting, and professional manner. He kept everything running on schedule and transitioned to different parts of the reception effortlessly. I am STILL getting compliments on his services 4 months after our wedding. The dance floor was full the entire evening, and he played to the crowd throughout the reception like only a true professional could. Our reception ran so smoothly, and I attribute that to Jamie. It is an HONOR to be a part of the Houserockers family. I highly recommend Jamie without hesitation, to friends and strangers alike. I cannot WAIT to attend another Houserockers wedding!

Simply the best! Every step of the way, from our first discussions when we were trying to find our DJ, to our pre-wedding meeting, to our special day, Jamie was top notch. Jame is very professional, organized and down to earth. What sold us on selecting Jamie as our DJ was his demeanor and his goal of building a relationship with us during the wedding planning process. You can see through his instagram account that he loves what he does and really makes an effort to know his clients and deliver for them on their special day. Being that we were planning our wedding from out of state, we only had a few dates to meet and discuss details. Jamie provided a wireless speaker and microphone for our ceremony - which was certainly needed (and not thought of before Jamie recommended it). Without this suggestion, our guests wouldn't have been able to hear our ceremony and our vows. Finally - the party! Jamie knew the right mix of music to play to keep the party going all night long. He mixed in some fun dances, and also kept to a strict do-not-play list. A month later, our guests are still talking about how amazing our DJ was. I've seen Houserockers DJ's services at two weddings, one being my own. Both wedding receptions were set up beautifully, and Jamie Simpson's services greatly complimented everything. He tailors the reception to fit your style and taste, and is super helpful and insightful in the process of setting everything up. My wife Mary and I were having some troubles finding the right songs for this and that, and Jamie made the perfect suggestions after talking to us and getting to know our situation. If you're looking for a DJ that is going to create the energy for an exciting and lively event, Jamie is your guy. Jamie was the first vendor we booked! We both wanted the ultimate party and that we did! My husband (and my 7 year old niece) was on the dance floor the ENTIRE night! My family’s relationship with Jamie began 10 years ago when he performed an unforgettable wedding reception for my brother and sister-in-law. My other brother and his fiancé, who were recently engaged, were so impressed with Jamie’s performance that they contacted him that next morning to book him for their wedding the following summer (I should note that they did this without having a church or reception hall booked, yet). The following summer, once again, Jamie helped our family throw another unforgettable party. Over the past 10 years members of my family have spent countless Saturday evenings at wedding receptions, some of which Jamie has performed and others he has not. The phrase, “It definitely wasn’t a HouseRocker’s wedding!” has been recited at many Sunday family dinners to describe those receptions where Jamie was not the DJ; his parties are simply on a different caliber! Jamie was amazing to work with! Honestly the best DJ for your wedding. He really listens to what you have to say and does an amazing job in ensuring your day is everything you ever wanted and more. WOW! Our 6 month anniversary is today and we are still reminiscing of the amazing wedding that we had! It was early in the year and all of our friends and family said with was probably the best wedding that they have ever been too. I had so many people that attended tell us that they have been to a lot of weddings and we found the BEST DJ. I totally agree. There are a lot of amateur DJs around and when planning for an epic wedding we wanted the best. DJ Jamie proved to live up to his reputation and we are thankful! It started out with a frank conversation when we first met and I asked why we should choose him and why he is the best! His answer was very impressive and professional. My fiancé and I left that conversation saying, "we need to book that guy ASAP!" He later helped us understand a good flow of a wedding, things to avoid, and then had some pretty awesome web tools to allow us to pick the music we wanted for certain dances along with music to avoid. One of my favorite things around Jamie is he is just a cool guy. He connects well with people and understands how music sets the tone for different parts of the evening. Dinner should have different music from cocktail hour and from the jamming dance party! He understands this and does it seamlessly like I've never seen before. We have been to three weddings since our own earlier this year and laugh as we critique other DJs against ours. We had the best! We had a professional that helped make our night "THE BEST EVER!" There is an old saying that I grew up hearing from successful people and my grandma... "You get what you pay for." If you want cheap then expect cheap or amateur service. If you want the best, be open to paying for the best. Jamie wasn't our cheapest option but we knew that the music and MC of the night and the food were what people would remember most about our wedding reception! If you are really debating on price of a DJ, go for Jamie and cut out the little things that no one will remember! :-)

Jamie did an absolutely fantastic job at our reception! He truly made the show! He was such a help in planning the wedding, and was willing to cater to our needs! My husband and I did "The Time Of My Life" dance from dirty dancing for our first dance and Jamie helped us with the pace of the song so that we could keep up with our dance! We also had our grandma's as our flower girls, and we wanted to add in a "grandma dance" in addition to our mother/son and father/daughter dance. He helped us pick the songs for each and helped the flow of our reception! I have been told multiple times since our wedding day that we had "The best wedding and reception I have ever been to," and I believe that is primarily because of Jamie! It is true when people say that people remember two things from your wedding day - the food and the music! I didn't leave the dance floor once the party got started! Jamie Simpson is the BEST! We went to a bridal show with over 100 vendors and came out talking only about Jamie. He was the easiest decision we made in the whole planning process. Jamie was a dream to work with! We planned a 160 guest backyard wedding 2 states away, without a wedding planner and knew we needed an all star DJ to run the entire show. Jamie did just that and so much more. During our hour face time meeting, he made suggestions not only about music choices, but about the layout of the wedding (which turned out perfectly). Jamie from Houserockers is without a doubt THE BEST!!! He just recently rocked my reception but I have been watching Jamie rock receptions for 20 years now! He was the DJ at my Aunts wedding 20 years ago and has been apart of our family weddings every since! Not only is he a great DJ, he also is an amazing announcer and coordinator. I have been to my share of weddings and Houserockers is by far the best out there! Once your wedding date is reserved, Jamie will ask you to fill out a questionnaire. You will have the opportunity to tell him what you would like included in your reception and plan music accordingly. You also will have the option of giving him a playlist or a do not play list. Jamie from Houserockers DJ does an amazing job! He is so personable, professional, laid back, and creative. He gave us some great ideas and song choices for our reception. I was hesitant to hire a DJ at all, but my husband talked my into using Jamie and I'm so glad that he did. Not only did he play excellent music that had everyone dancing, he kept everything incredibly organized throughout our reception. There were so many details that I didn't even think about, or want to stress about on that day, and Jamie handled it all perfectly. My mom was even able to contact him ahead of time to coordinate a sparkler exit as a surprise for us! We are still receiving compliments about him from family and friends. He was present throughout the evening without being obnoxious, and enjoyable to be around. From start to finish, a pleasure to work with!

Jamie was an OUTSTANDING DJ for our wedding. He was very responsive to emails and meeting in person prior to the wedding to discuss details was perfect. Jamie knew exactly how to get the crowd up and moving and his personality is so energetic. Hands down the best DJ. We had Houserockers (Jamie) DJ our wedding last night & the amount of “this guys the real deal!” and “this DJ is AWESOME!!” comments we received are uncountable. My husband and I can completely agree. From start to finish, Jamie was great to work with and made planning our wedding SO. MUCH. EASIER. Jamie’s very professional and way to work with. Communication leading up to our big day was IDEAL. We were always kept in the loop & we met once to go over final details. Jamie even offered FaceTime or a phone call instead of meeting if we were not able to, which is so nice for people with busy schedules or if you live out of town! Another HUGE PERK was Jamie actually listened to us when we talked about “our story” & songs that mean a lot to us. From 2000s hip hop, to slow country, to “funky town” per my request as an inside joke at my bachelorette party .. he played it all. He was able to play a good mix for all age groups too! We also had our ceremony music by Houserockers. We got married outdoor & by a lake. The music was crystal clear and able for everyone to hear with no issues. Jamie was again, able to accommodate all of our song choices & even was able to create a mix/skip forward to the chorus of the song when I (the bride) reached the seats during my walk down the aisle/out to the ceremony location. Good music & dancing is one of our favorite parts of weddings & let me tell you: HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT & Jamie made it one of the best dance parties ever. All in all, everything was perfect and I can say with confidence that Jamie from Houserockers was one of the main reasons for it! I highly recommend Houserockers to everyone!!

100% recommend! Jamie at Houserockers is hands down the best. He is a provider of so much more than good tunes (which were seriously amazing!). Jamie assists you in every minute of your day starting with lining up to begin the ceremony, all the way to that last second at the reception. We came into this a little stressed and worried, since we never had to be a part of, or plan a wedding before. After talking with Jamie all that stress vanished. He does many consultations to go through the timeline of the day. He is also so accommodating! My husband and I live out of state, and on multiple occasions had to do consults over the phone. We also only had limited time to travel to PA, and when we did it was very short notice, but Jamie was all for taking the time to meet up with us for a one on one. He will take both of your tastes in music into account, but also at the same time know how to work the crowd! We had nothing but amazing comments from our guests. My favorite moment, although it meant the night had come to an end, was the exit from the reception. We had no idea what to expect from Jamie, but he surprised us with a large tunnel of family, friends and loved ones to dance down through to exit our reception. It was the perfect way to end such an amazing day! We can’t thank Jamie and Houserockers enough! You rock!!

BEST DJ EVER!! We had known Jamie would be our DJ before we were even engaged because we've been to multiple wedding's that he's dj'd for. He is TOO good. He really knows how to keep the party going and plays songs that EVERYONE loves. He's also so professional and makes sure you stick to a timeline which makes the whole night go so smooth! He had great suggestions for us. We received so many comments about how awesome he was and how much fun everyone had. Where we're from, people are actually disappointed if they go to wedding's and he's not the DJ. He really is incredible!

I can’t say enough about Jamie! I knew from our first interaction, that I was in good hands for our wedding. Jamie keep in excellent communication in all months leading to the big day. I loved the client portal on the Houserockers webpage, and our over the phone meeting. You really made me feel at ease during the stressful planning process, with your knowledge and guidance. It wasn’t until the wedding that I was totally swept off my feet (not by my husband). Jamie really helped us so much, from the ceremony, making sure we know when and where to go, to dinner, making sure we had drinks, and every step in between. You are so much more than a DJ. We were so blown away by your help and professionalism through the whole day. Oh yeah....and the dancing....Rocking the house for hours!!! Jamie is the hands down best. He is the most professional DJ I have ever met. He did everything he could to meet all of our demands. He helped us answer all of questions including how the ceremony should go( we skipped the rehearsal and he hosted it an hour before the ceremony). We wouldn't have chosen anyone else! From the moment we met Jamie at a wedding a few years ago, we knew he was a special DJ and entertainer (and even better PERSON!) We booked him at our wedding last April--- he was the first person we called to book for our big day! Jamie made our wedding reception the most amazing evening. I was not your typical bride, who had a book of ideas for the big day, the only thing I had on that list (after meeting Mr.Right of course) was to have HOUSEROCKERS be my DJ. Jamie is fun to work with and really makes the night come to life! They have great mixes, and everyone was out of their seat by the end of the night dancing! True talent and a super fun night! Jamie Simpson from Houserockers does an amazing job! He is so easy to work with and keeps everything organized. If you have questions, he has the answer and if you come into the meetings thinking you know what you want, he will listen and suggest ONLY if he doesn't think it will make for a good flow for your day! This is the second time my family has had Jamie DJ a wedding and I have I tell you everyone was so excited he was coming back! My sister got married in May 2012 and I got married in October 2013 and both of our grooms families had not experienced a Houserockers wedding reception, they are truly the BEST, MOST FUN reception! Having a fun reception was most important to us because my husband is a HUGE dancer and we knew going with Houserockers was the only way to go! Jaime is so energetic and gets the crowd involved in everything! If he sees things are starting to die down he plays a song everyone LOVES and the dance floor is full again or he starts handing out "props"! Our wedding was over a month ago and still when we see people the first thing they say is "we had so much fun at your wedding! Your DJ was great!" My husbands grandparents (in their late 70's), my nieces and nephews (ages 4-10), and our friends (late 20's and early 30's) have all agreed this was the BEST wedding reception they have ever been to and it was because of the amazing job done by Jamie! I would recommend Houserockers to anyone, time and time again!! You will NOT be disappointed in the least bit!

Jamie from Houserockers DJ is amazing! We had several "non traditional" requests for Jamie for the night of our reception including editing and playing the video from our destination wedding ceremony held a few weeks prior in Mexico, editing and playing a memorial slideshow, facilitating a choreographed entrance dance of the bridal party and then a choreographed dance for the bride/groom and parents. Each of our requests was met with Jamie's enthusiasm to satisfy our requests and each one was above and beyond our expectations. From the first dance to the last dance of the evening the dance floor was packed with all age groups from 2 years old to my 91 year old grandmother who danced to everything from Pretty Woman to the Tarentella. Many of our family and friends commented on his amazing ability to make the night flow so smoothly and to be able to include the guests in every part of the night's events. The old saying is that "you get what you pay for" but in the case of Jamie Simpson of Houserockers DJ, the service you get it far worth and beyond the cost you pay. Highly recommended. Thanks Jamie!

Jamie was exceptional for our reception. Before we even entered the party, he was getting the bridal party and our parents amped up backstage!! The party never missed any of the events from the garter to the cake to the first dance. It couldn't have been more fun. The music was awesome, and the tambourines were a hit!! Wish we could relive our experience over and over again. Thanks Jamie, love ya!!

We can't say enough about Jamie and how he managed to get almost everyone at our wedding reception out on the dance floor! He is very professional, organized, and more importantly keep the night flowing until the very last song! We would recommend him to anyone and everyone and truly believe we had the best DJ in PA!! My husband and I got married in June 2013. We have had multiple weddings in the past 5 years and I am not just saying this because it was our wedding, but he was BY FAR the best DJ that we have come across! My husband and I both agreed that having a great DJ was #1 on our list because it can make or break your wedding! and picking Jamie Simpson was the smartest thing we could have ever done. All everyone keeps talking about is how amazing our DJ was and how much fun they had at our wedding. Stop looking and BOOK JAMIE SIMPSON he is AWESOME! YOU MUST get the crops that he offers, I wasn't sure what to expect when we signed up for this but I am soooo happy that we did! It made the night that much more fun!!!! We also got the Uplighting and monogram on the dave floor which were both amazing! Jamie was so great to work with, easy to get ahold of and very patient with all of our requests and questions. He left us with absolutely nothing to worry about. I had a stress free night full of fun! Jamie Simpson from Houserockers was the DJ for my husband and I's June 2013 wedding, and there are nothing but wonderful things to be said about him! Jamie went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding reception was everything we wanted it to be, and it definitely was! Prior to the reception, we scheduled a meeting with Jamie and went over every little detail of the wedding from what songs were going to be played for the entrances, to the schedule of the reception, and everything else that you can think of. Jamie took our suggestions into consideration while giving some of his own professional suggestions and opinions. The day before the wedding, he called us to see if we had any last minute questions and to go over the schedule of the reception. This really showed my husband and I that he cared about this event and us and wanted to make it perfect. Jamie is one of the most lively, energetic, and fun people we have ever met, and that's exactly how our reception was! When it came time to dance, everyone was out of the chairs and on the dance floor! He accomodates to all different styles of music and makes sure that every guest has a great time! Our guests went on and on (and still are) about how much fun they had at our reception, and we owe that to Jamie. He is nothing less than perfection!

Jamie did a wonderful job as our wedding DJ. He had EVERYONE on the floor and I can't tell you how many people told me how FUN the reception was. Jamie also provided up-lighting at our event which was beautiful. Jamie is very professional and helped immensely in our song choices and planning of the event progression. He listened to our suggestions and was honest when he thought something wouldn't flow or if he had a better idea. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him!

Jamie was everything you could have ever wanted in a DJ and more! He was phenomenal and kept EVERYONE dancing all night! There was never a dull moment. So many people complimented us on his services and how great his energy and overall presentation skills were.He provided us with multimedia presentations, fantastic up-lighting, and a monogram on other perfectly incorporated screen presentations. He was able to roll with any unexpected punches perfectly without missing a beat. He kept checking on us (the bride and groom) to make sure everything was going according to our plan and checked to see if he could even hunt down a drink for us during dinner, etc. He was wonderful to work with during the planning process and was always available by email and phone quickly and easily. Jamie was even able to incorporate a tricky multimedia presentation I requested and it was AWESOME thanks to him! Houserockers was the first vendor we booked after we officially set our wedding date (after also trying to set the wedding date around his availability because we had heard he was the best). We don't regret it for a second. I would HIGHLY recommend Jamie Simpson of House rockers DJ for any Bride! He is the best! He made our reception ROCK! We will be forever thankful!

Jamie was amazing! I had no idea what I was doing during the planning process and he made it all very simple for me and had great ideas along the way. Anytime I emailed him a question he would call and we would discuss it. He helped with the sequence of everything to keep things moving during the reception. We got the uplighting as well and what a difference it made! it was so nice at the reception not to have to worry about anything because Jamie had it all under control. he played great music all night and had people up dancing that I have never before seen dance. everyone loved the props he had! We have heard wonderful comments about how great he was from our guests. Absolutely one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning process was having Jamie as our DJ.

Jamie was the perfect MC for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. He is very professional, easy to work with and kept the party moving. We still get rave reviews about the amazing job he did on our special day. Well worth his price!
