Sasha was essential in helping our wedding day go smoothly!! Prior to the wedding she helped create a timeline that on the wedding day she made sure was executed with all our vendors. As the reception was in progress she made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed (including pins for my pesky dress train bustle). At the end of the night she went above in beyond helping us to find a storage solution for all our stuff - and helped us to retrieve the light saber we left behind as we were driving away (yes, you read that right)!! There is so much little stuff I'm sure I would've stressed about if Sasha wasn't around - and I'm so glad I didn't have to worry on the big day!

I knew that on our wedding day, I didn't want to be asked a single question unless it was "would you like a refill", and Sasha was a KEY part in making that happen! Sasha is incredibly organized, having offered multiple pre-wedding meetings to review detailed timelines of the day. She's also incredibly kind and focused on building positive relationships with all the other vendors, which helped the day run smoothly. She made sure all decor was exactly how we wanted it and even took my phone so I could really focus and be present for the day. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, this is an ABSOLUTE necessity, and you will NOT regret working with Sasha!

If you don’t think you need a wedding coordinator, think again! Sasha was so amazing and such a vital part of our day! It was such a weight lifted off my shoulders to know that she was there for anything we needed. Your wedding day is such a whirlwind and you really do need someone to be there as your backup right hand gal when everyone else is busy. She did everything from helping me get ready, making sure the men were okay, getting my MIL’s flowers to her at the Church, decorating the Church for us and making sure everything we needed was there, coordinating our bridal party entrances, helping to bustle my gown, and even making sure I got photo booth pics with my hubby in the beginning of the night, and all of that is just the jist of it! Sasha and her assistant were awesome, don’t hesitate to book with them!

Sasha was AMAZING!!! If you need someone who is going to take away any ounce of stress from your wedding day, look no further. We hired Sasha for our New Year’s Eve wedding and the day truly would not have been the same without her and her team. Starting with coordinating our rehearsal, she made sure everyone involved knew exactly what they needed to do to ensure the ceremony was smooth. It was so helpful to have a guide of what to expect. Day of our wedding she was on FIRE! We had a ton of DIY decor and candles and extras that needed to be set up AND broken down and Sasha did all of that, and even went above and beyond and packed our van at the end of the night. She truly took all of our stresses and worries away and I could not recommend her more. Hiring Sasha was like having an extra bestie/bridesmaid extraordinaire. I’d hire her again and again if I could!

Sasha was one of the first vendors my husband and I hired and I could not be more glad that we did. My husband is actually the one who encouraged me to look for a wedding planner, and let's just say, this is one of the times he was definitely right! Sasha was a life saver offering my girls and me a space to get ready when my original location fell through, she had any and everything I could possibly need on the day, and she even helped get my son into his car seat after the ceremony to go home with the sitter. Sasha goes above and beyond for her couples to ensure their day is absolute perfection, and I am so thankful to have had her as my right hand girl that day. Even my dad, who called me "extra" a time or twenty for hiring a planner, said that Sasha was worth every penny and more for how much she did for all of us on my wedding day. To anyone looking for a wedding planner, Sasha is your girl!

Sasha is amazing!! We knew we wanted a day of coordinator because our ceremony & reception were in different locations and we had a large bridal party so we needed someone to help us stay organized and on schedule throughout the day and Sasha more than delivered. I talked to a few DOCs on the phone before hiring Sasha and once I spoke with her I knew she was perfect. She is so calm and organized throughout the day and really made sure we had everything we wanted/needed. She’s also just really cool to be around so it was like we were friends even though we’d just met which is the best since she was with us all day. My only regret is not hiring her for more than just day of. Don’t think twice, hire Sasha!!

Hiring Sasha was hands down THE BEST DECISION we made throughout this entire process! She is literally a lifesaver! I was definitely a little extra as a bride with DIY decor. To put it into prospective, I rented a Uhaul to bring all of my stuff to the venue 😆 That did not scare Sasha one bit. Sasha and her team totally dominated the setup and break down of my truck full of decor! They made all of the little things that I purchased over the years of planning, turn into my pinterest dream! When they revealed the ballroom to my husband and I, I actually cried because it was even more beautiful than I ever imagined. On the day of, Sasha kept my wants as her primary focus, acting as my bulldog if you will when my venue tried to change something last minute. I knew I did not have to stress at all because she was handling it. Thanks to her and her team it was the perfect day. If you are on the fence about hiring her for whatever reason, budget etc....I am telling you DO IT! You will not regret it. She will become your most important and helpful vendor of all! Sasha- you are a rockstar and any couple that hires you is beyond lucky to have you by their side on their big day!

We hired Sasha as our day-of coordinator back in 2019 for a May 2020 wedding. She was super communicative and organized right off the bat, and she continued to be extremely accommodating and understanding when we had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID. We finally celebrated our wedding last week, and Sasha, though short-staffed, was excellent. We had a lot of complicated logistics with our wedding and venue, but we knew we could trust Sasha to execute and make sure everything--from putting together a cheeseboard and dessert table, to ensuring we got all the photos we wanted--went smoothly. Sasha handled everything with aplomb!

I hired Sasha for the day of package. Sasha was just what I needed. It was like having a personal assistant for the day. She eliminated so much stress. Things magically got packed and ready for me,. When I needed a new pair of shoes Sasha got my slippers. I think she is the most observant person I have ever met. She needed no guidance and knew what I needed and where things needed to go. Without Sasha I would have been so much more stressed. Thank you so much, Sasha!

Where to begin? I hired Sasha to be our Day of Planner in 2019 for originally our big and ONLY wedding August of 2020. Well- a pandemic happened... and we ended up having a micro-wedding with 30 people in attendance, instead. Therefore- we went forward without Sasha but asked if she would save the date 8/14/21 for us (of course- she agreed). Now let me tell you- the micro-wedding was beautiful and perfect in its own way but we could have used a Sasha!! We needed a lot of help with timing and where/when to go and do things. For example, I was waiting in the house for my Dad to walk me down the aisle but we didn't really think of who would be the one to signal all of this lol... Luckily, it was in my parents' backyard, so we managed to make it work (sorry hubby standing at altar for 15 minutes) but fast forward to 2021- I was VERY excited to have the help of Sasha at our wedding reception/1 year anniversary party! Again, in my parents' backyard but I knew we needed all the help we could get coordinating everybody. Being a teacher, I want to clearly lay out the benefits of having Sasha as your "Day of Planner": -She creates a timeline that is very helpful and you can give to family/friends/wedding party. -She reaches out to vendors to coordinate and introduce herself to them before the wedding. -She picks up and brings lunch for the wedding party while you're getting ready (crucially important detail!) -She greets vendors as they arrive on the day. -She is the "go between" if a vendor has an issue that normally the bride would get bugged about. The bride can only handle so many situations on their day before their head will combust! -She has an emergency kit for almost all scenarios that could arise. For example, my Mother in Law's shoe broke and Sasha had something to help hold it together. She was very grateful! -She is extremely pleasant, calm and supportive which is very helpful when you have a million things running through your mind. -Most importantly, she is open to just about anything you ask her to do. Real quickly, as far as cons, I don't really have any. My only qualms would be with myself and a few family members (that tend to disappear when it's time for pictures- one of the issues with backyard weddings lol.) I forgot to communicate a few things in the house were supposed to go outside to the reception and we fell slightly behind schedule and had to rush through some of the last family photos. However, since we planned this second wedding for 2 years, we had A TON of details to incorporate and a few got forgotten but I mainly blame those on myself. No one is perfect and we had a team of people working their butts off on that day and the week leading up to it! So what, if we ended up with about 50 extra tonic/club soda bottles inside the house and bartenders saying they didn't have any? Haha! Someone once told me, all that is included and all that gets forgotten is all a part of your special story! I truly believe that. Overall- I say, look no further and HIRE SASHA! She was amazing to work with from start to finish. Her communication skills are top notch and her kind/caring demeanor means the world on your special day(s). Side note- if you are planning a backyard wedding, you got this! It's a lot of vendors and a lot to coordinate but you can do it and the freedom you have in your own backyard is unlike anything any venue can provide. With a little help from people like Sasha, you will have the best day(s) ever!

Sasha is AMAZING! I hired her as a day of coordinator and she was exceptional! She made sure all of the vendors were on the same page and made sure that my wedding day ran smoothly. She made sure we stuck to the day of timeline that she had created and communicated to me and the vendors, and handled everything with grace so I could enjoy my wedding! She is professional and punctual, and you can tell she genuinely loves her job and wants you to have the best day. I cannot explain how grateful I am that Sasha was a part of our day. She made sure that everything I wanted happened, from helping me through the day of timeline to making sure my husband and I had time to eat and spend time with each other throughout the day. My wedding really was the best day of my life because Sasha was a part of it!

Words cannot describe how much my husband, my family and I loved and appreciated Sasha being there for us on our wedding day and handling every little detail or bump that came along the way. I truly believe I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day to the fullest capacity because I knew I had Sasha in my corner to worry about the details, vendors, timelines, etc. From the moment I spoke with her at our first consultation, we just CLICKED. I knew I could trust her and I knew she would carry out everything I wouldn't be able to do that day. I'm a planner as well, so giving up that trust was no easy feat for me. I truly feel like Sasha was not only a professional we hired for the month/day, but a friend that was beaming with joy all day watching us get married and join our families together! I cannot thank her enough and I hope she knows we're not going anywhere, because we're friends now!!

Where to begin?! Sasha was extremely helpful in every aspect. She got to know us as a couple - she is so compassionate & truly cares! Any time I thought I had a dumb or pointless questions, she reassured me & directed me. From how to address my envelopes to which sparkler I should choose, to our boat send-off Sasha was there to help. She arrived from out of town to help me & was on top of everything. I did not have to worry about anything. Big or small - she's got it covered! She thought of everything - truly everything!! I do not know what I would have done without Sasha. I got so many compliments from our guests and pastor about how great she was and if they could have her name. You aren't just getting a coordinator or a planner when you hire Sasha, you are getting a girl who is just as happy about your big day as you are! You are getting someone that's going to be sure that your day exceeds all your dreams and expectations. Sasha, I cannot thank you enough for helping me on the most important day of my life. Since our wedding, I have heard so many things that occurred behind the scenes that I never knew went on. That would not have been the case without you. We can not recommend Sasha enough! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She got our time line together, worked with our vendors and was a god send the day of. If you are on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator I 10000 percent recommend it and i recommend it being Sasha. She made our day run so smoothly and was amazing. How could you "knot" hire Sasha?! From the first time I talked to Sasha I knew I made the right choice. We needed a month of planner and someone to really focus on setting up the decor at our wedding and came across Sasha. We got so much more than what we thought we needed! I honestly could not have done it without Sasha. I had 0 stress the day of. Both Sasha and Molly made sure our day went smoothly, paid attention to all the little details, and made our wedding day better than we could imagine. We hired Sasha to be our month of wedding coordinator. From the first conversation I had with her to our first meeting, we knew we made the right choice. We planned an outdoor wedding at a private residence and with no on site coordinator we needed someone to execute our vision and trust that they would make the right decisions in our absence. Sasha and Mollly nailed it! Sasha was attentive to every detail, easy to talk to and made us both feel relaxed on what can be a very stressful day.

Sasha with How Could You Knot was absolutely fantastic. My wife was really stressed out the night before our wedding and I watched her calm as Sasha spent over 20 minutes on the phone calming her down! She was reassured that the whole day was there for her to simply enjoy and that Sasha would be taking care of all the “heavy lifting”. She made sure we were always on schedule and checked in frequently to see what I (the bride) wanted. I’m blown away by how wonderful she is and our wedding would not have been the same without her. When my husband and I talk about our wedding we say, “We could not have done that without Sasha!” We truly enjoyed our wedding because of her! Even my bridesmaids talk about how wonderful she was because of simple things like getting their flip flops during the reception. The absolute best!!!

So glad we hired Sasha - we could not have done it without her! We had a very DIY wedding and had to coordinate all the different vendors, decorate, set up, and clean up all ourselves. My fiance and I are getting married in November, and as the groom of the wedding, I had absolutely no idea what to do.
