Facilities and Capacity
HR Ranch sits on 40 stunning acres of scenic meadows, mature oak trees and an abundance of wildlife. The venue offers indoor and outdoor options for your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Also, no more crowded Bridal Suites! We have the largest and most beautiful bridal suite in Texas sitting at 1,557 square ft with 4 vanity spaces, restrooms, wet bar and so much more! The indoor venue features 4,000 square ft. of stunning open-plan entertainment area decorated with beautiful motor details and vintage advertisement. Oversized garage doors allow plenty of light into the room and invite the spectacular outdoors into your celebration. A kitchen and lounge area look out onto the grounds featuring an industrial design that is sure to leave your guests in awe. A covered outdoor area is perfect for mingling with drinks as you look out onto the South Fork Sabine river, which runs through the property. The venue will also feature a 4,000-square-foot awning with cedar-wrapped posts, exposed cross beams, a concrete slab finish, and an oversized Austin stone bar. HR Ranch is delighted to offer accommodations for up to 16 guests on-site for overnight stay. There will be ample parking available in our parking lot located at the front of the property. HR Ranch can accommodate events up to 225 guests with all tables and chairs included at no additional cost to you!

My husband and I got married at HR on 11/09/2024, we originally toured the venue is August of 2023, and fell IN LOVE!
They stand by their values of putting the couple and guests first! Any questions I had Jake & his wife Courtney, answered and helped in any way they could!
Me and my husband cannot rave about them enough! They made our day an absolute dream!
Day of was a breeze because of Jake and his amazing staff! One standout was KENDRA! She fulfilled so many roles without being asked and was just freaking amazing! She is an amazing day of coordinator!!

I can't say thank you enough to the entire staff at HR Ranch. Our day was absolutely amazing, the staff helped set up and break down everything. It was such a magical day, and it was all because of Jake, Courtney and Laycie and their amazing staff. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I highly recommend booking with them. It is so quiet and peaceful at their venue, and they are all about making your day perfect.

HR Ranch was a fantastic venue for the event we attended. They hosted a Galentines Brunch event and it was a HUGE hit! What a success! So many women came out, endless mimosa bar, lots of food and goodies and fun vendors came out too. I had an absolute blast. Laycie, Courtney and everyone else involved did an amazing job putting on this event.
