Heather Cannon was my stationary designer, day of signs designer, AND and most importantly my (partial) wedding planner. She was incredible and was the only reason my wedding "vision" was able to be executed. My husband and I are both very left brained, we have lots of ideas and are very creative but the organizational skills in order to get everything in my wildest dreams actually accomplished would have been impossible without Heather. As far as the stationary goes, she is SO talented and has a expansive collection of beautiful options. We sat down together with boxes upon boxes of options and samples. She explained everything from complex to simple invites and really let me take the reigns on what my vision for the invites were. I had a Michigan beach-destination, 3 day event-type wedding and we had an equally as extravagant invite. I know this sounds crazy but I swear we had a larger turn out on the wedding because the invites set this type of extravagant tone and people got really excited for the wedding. On top of this, Heather was flexible, available, and on top of everything. We met several times for many different things and the fact that she did stationary and wedding planning just made everything seamlessly flow together while planning. On the day of the wedding we had a *few* issues with the venue, things not happening, napkins not being folded, etc. and I literally didn't know a single thing about it. She got it taken care of on top of making sure me and my husband's large wedding parties were where we needed to be, at our given time, etc. She genuinely was the reason the wedding was able to be accomplished. I could go on and on. Heather gets shit done. And this is what kind of person you want on your side while planning what for what most people is the biggest and most important party of their lives.

Who knew designing invitations and wedding stationery could be such fun?! Heather was great to work with. I was coordinating the invitations for my daughter (the bride) and was so happy to find Heather. The wedding was out-of-state and our time line was a bit aggressive. Heather was professional, helpful and responsive to all requests and the process was seamless. We incorporated my daughter’s 2 Golden Retrievers on the invitation and subtly carried this theme throughout the suite as well as on the ceremony program. Everything was gorgeous! Classy, elegant…meaningful.I highly recommend Heather! 10/10!

I am so glad I hired Heather to be my day of coordinator. I did not have to worry about a thing. I just got to enjoy my wedding day, which was truly one of the happiest days of my life. I had a lot of DIY decor, and Heather was able to make sense of everything I brought. She set everything up the way I wanted it and brought my fairy tale disney wedding to life. She ran our rehearsal, and managed the timing of the ceremony and reception effortlessly. I had a lot of planning fatigue when I hired her, and she really helped me iron out the final details by contacting every vendor and making sure everything was set. She was also very receptive when I told her I was on a budget,and she was able to offer me her services at a price that worked for us. Not willing to meet the client halfway, even though Heather told me she would. Day before pick up she texted me telling me that I would be short on a envelope. But when we got to her house we where actually short a invitation and when we texted her she was like are you sure about that. Was giving me a hard time on wanting to have a preview print not just online preview. Not user friendly at all. Heather waited to long to order our paper so we didn’t get the paper we wanted because the paper company stop making the color. The only bright side of this is everyone love our invitations.

Heather is the best for all your stationary needs!!! I am so glad I went up to her booth at a bridal show. She was so patient with me changing details so many times, her response time was awesome, and she created the most perfect invitation packet for me! I am so happy with the way they turned out and the whole step by step process! Thank you so much Heather for helping me create my dream invitations!

Highly recommend for working with Heather for custom invitations! She was very professional and very kind and responsive, and made the process truly seamless. And most importantly, her designs are absolutely gorgeous. I was a little skeptical at first about whether anyone would be able to match the vision that I had in my mind, but she really listened to what I wanted and took every detail into consideration and came up with something that totally exceeded my expectations. I don’t even know where to start. Heather was by far one of the most important vendors we booked. We found her through a wedding expo and hired her for our invitations and WOW! They were perfect! Beautiful and classy and didn’t break the budget. She made it so easy! The day we met for invites, I knew we needed to hire her for day-of coordination. Best decision ever! We were able to enjoy our wedding day with absolutely zero problems. Heather had us where we needed to be, right when we needed to be there. If there was a problem, I had no idea. She handled everything from vendors to decorations, coordinated the other vendors, made endless phone calls and the most detailed timeline to keep us on track! Heather did an absolutely amazing job with our invitation cards and all the day of stationary. Everything was customized by her and she created a design that completely matched our wedding colors and flower decoration. The whole design process was professional and the communication always easy and fast. From the first personal meeting to countless emails, it was always a pleasure to work with her. She did not get tired to make even minor corrections until we were completely happy with all details. We received so much positive feedback for the invitation cards and everybody loved all the items she created for our wedding day, from name signs and table numbers to church booklets. Heather is simply the best. I met her at a Bridal Show in Detroit in 2019 and booked her services for my Save the Dates. She was always prompt with her responses and the Save the Dates were gorgeous. When COVID hit, we had to postpone our wedding suite design, but I was very comfortable with her designs, so I trusted her judgement. When the time came to design my wedding suite, Heather knew exactly what I was looking for. She sent over the gorgeous design below, and I was in love! As we got closer to the event, I also booked her as my Day of Coordinator and she designed my seating chart as well. I would recommend her services to any bride looking for a strong attention to detail and organization. I truly cannot thank her enough for stepping in as the day of coordinator on our day. We had several issues pop up throughout the day, and she handled them all seamlessly. I ended up with food poisoning on the day of, and she flagged all of my vendors to work around her signals. Not one guest knew that I wasn’t feeling well — she was amazing.

We cannot say enough good things about Heather! Heather provided my husband and I with day of coordination services for our wedding day. Even though we had a venue coordinator we elected to have Heather assist as well and we are so incredibly grateful that we did. From the very beginning Heather was prompt to communicate, friendly, and helpful. Looking back on our day, Heather was our most valuable vendor and we would hire her a million times over. I cannot say enough good things about Heather from HSR Graphics! From beginning to end with our invitations, she went above and beyond our expectations. I was a very nervous bride. Due to health reasons, we had to take a planning "hiatus" for about 6 months when we should have been working on our invites. When I met Heather, she was so reassuring, and remained that way every step of the way. She not only provided us with the most beautiful invitations, but she calmed my nerves every time I reached out to her, which, as many know, is not an easy task when wedding planning. Without her, we would not have been back on track and would not have gotten our invitations out earlier than we anticipated! I'm still obsessed with our invitations, and we have received SO many compliments on them. They really turned out better than I ever would have imagined, and she made it so easy for us by printing all of our guest names and addresses on the envelopes for us. Talk about a time saver. We hired Heather on as our day of wedding coordinator toward the end of our planning process, at the high recommendation of a friend. The only thing I wish we would have done differently is hired her sooner! Heather was wonderful to work with and she really cared about making our wedding vision come to life! She had a very short time to get to know us and help understand our wedding plans, but she got right in there and was there for us every step of the way. She was always available to help answer questions or make recommendations. I knew I could enjoy my wedding day because I knew she was there to make sure everything went off without issue. She went above any beyond to help us not only help bring our venue vision to life, but also helped us with our ceremony site! During the wedding she was able to put out small fires and made sure our day went smoothly, and the best part, we didn’t even know! Heather did a beautiful job with our save the dates, invitations, and day of stationary! Our save the dates truly looked different than the classic card you receive, and she was able to highlight a few of our photos perfectly. Our invitations and day of stationary tied in perfectly with the theme and colors of our wedding, and they were exactly what we envisioned. She worked with us to make minor changes as many times as we’d like and made sure it was exactly what we wanted. She was a joy to work with. Heather, owner of HSR Graphics is simply fabulous. She is a wedding vendor you want on your team. She is creative, talented and kind. When we first met, I explained my vision for what I was looking for in my Save The Dates. Heather was able to bring my ideas to life and gave me a number of samples to work from. I was able to mix and match pieces of sample save the dates I liked until we came up with the perfect design. She has a large library of envelope colors, liners, fonts, paper sizing, and foil letter press. If you can think it, she will design it. Finally, Heather and I were in constant communication during the design and printing process and she always let me know what she was doing on her end. You’ll have no problem getting ahold of her if you hire her. I received numerous compliments on my Save the Dates from all my guests. Heather was the best addition to our wedding day. We had a very untraditional mini-wedding, and opted for one of her day of coordination packages, but she went above and beyond to make sure the day went without a hitch. She communicated with me weeks prior to, and regularly with both myself and my venue the week leading up to the wedding, assisting with anything I needed. She arrived early and immediately took over the set up to ensure our day was according to our vision, and she made it more than I could have imagined. Not only did we think she was amazing, the event staff also thought she was great and she helped make their job easier! My husband (still getting used to that!) and I have said that of everything we did, hiring Heather to help coordinate was the best decision we made. 10/10 would recommend!!

Heather was nothing short of amazing on our big day. I had initially not wanted to hire a planner to save money but once it got closer realized I could really use a day of person. Heather ran our rehearsal and stayed for the majority of our wedding day. She went above and beyond what I was expecting for only day of coordinating (and day before). Heather was 100% amazing from the very beginning! We started pretty early in terms of getting ideas together, I was a mom to a new born and I wanted to be on the ball. She understood me from the very beginning! We never met in person, but every conversation we had via phone or email was incredible. She made every part of the process so simple. I wanted a very specific design for my invitations. I was referred to Heather by a friend, and let me tell you I am so thankful for that! Heather is a jack of all trades! She came recommended to me by a friend and she made the wedding day FLAWLESS on my end as the bride. I first inquired about her for her day-of- coordination. Quickly I found that she does amazing work on stationary. She designed our “Save the Dates”, Shower invitations, and Wedding invitations which we got compliments on all of them! She was very patient with all of my changes and her prices were very fair! She attended our rehearsal and helped with the flow of things as well as made herself known as the point of contact for the wedding to immediate family and bridal party! On the day of the wedding she showed up early and made sure all the vendors were attended to and helped with anything they needed. She also was the glue between the church and the venue and helped put out fires that happened that day, that I didn’t even realize happened! She made it possible! She asked questions and always followed up with me to make sure it was what I was envisioning. She got it perfect! SO HAPPY WE FOUND HER! We weren't able to use Heather for her paper goods because we found her after already ordering our invitations, but we did use her for her coordinator services, and I am so glad we did. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her. She was so involved from the day we met her, and she was able to leave me stress free for our wedding day; something I didn't think was possible. She did a wonderful job setting up all of our decorations and coordinating with all the vendors. We almost didn't get a coordinator but she was probably one of the most crucial vendors for our wedding day. Heather is fabulous!!! I started working with Heather after using another company for my base wedding invitations. The initial invites didn’t turn out like I wanted so I wanted to add a details card and a belly band to make them prettier. I found Heather on The Knot and am SO happy I reached out to her. Heather did our wedding invitations and programs and she did a phenomenal job! She took all the ideas I had and wrapped it up into a perfect invitation. She then sent me a sample of the invitation and was helpful and patient when I wanted to make minor changes.
