Founded in 2014 by Bryan Wilson, the business has delighted in providing those celebrating milestone moments with delicious meals. By combining their passion for high-quality food and attention to detail, they aim to help couples host unforgettable celebrations.
To simplify the planning process, Hudson’s Edge offers a number of comprehensive service packages and event coordination. After you say “I do,” you and your loved ones can create lifelong memories together at the dinner table. Enjoy appetizer selections that include prosciutto and fig canapes, melon ball skewers, mushroom and feta tarts and our signature favorite - candied bacon. For dinner, you and your guests can enjoy options such as prime ribeye, grilled Atlantic salmon, herb-roasted chicken, and mushroom-stuffed ravioli. Then our homemade desserts like chocolate ganache tarts, lemon buttermilk cupcakes, and raspberry shortbread bars are the sweet conclusion to your perfect day.

So after attending another tasting, we put our menu together based on the two tastings and our gut feelings for things we wanted and couldn’t/didn’t try.
The food at the tastings were good. The food the day of the wedding was tremendous. We received so many compliments on the food. Hudson’s Edge staff was amazing the day of- after the ceremony, my newly minted wife and I sat down to just take a moment and let the gravity of the situation mellow out and the staff brought us happy hour apps so we could eat in private. The rest of the night was just as smooth and thoughtful. They accommodated our schedule and guests with punctuality and compassion all night. It was an incredible effort!

were able to get our tables and chairs set up, bartending, day of coordinator, food and the majority of our deserts. They were backbone of the whole event.
When we were still exploring caterers they open house gave us a lot of confidence that they're food was going to be great. Overall the cost was also very reasonable for what we got. During the big day we got a lot of compliments on the food. They also packed up left overs for us which we happily enjoyed the days following the wedding.
Our venue for all intents and purpose was just the space. We got their day of coordinator package and worked with

My family cares a lot about food and can be difficult at times and Christyn handled all requests very professionally and made accommodations so everyone was happy. My mom is Chinese and was able to bring in spring rolls as appetizers for Hudson Edge to warm up and pass out as apps, which meant a great deal to her to be able to incorporate some of her background into the wedding. Not only does Hudson Edge provide great staff, the food was fenominal. One of our guests owns her own catering company and said, "I have been to countless weddings and this I am not even kidding you, is the best wedding food I have ever had at a wedding." All guests were raving about the food, which really was an important aspect of our day. I could not recommend Hudson Edge enough!

Christyn and our wedding planner communicated tremendously making sure all the details of the day were ironed out. On the day of we got so many compliments about the food, especially the candied bacon on a stick. Overall, everything was delicious, and I would highly recommended Hudson's Edge for your catering needs.

to top it off, we went with the day-of coordinator package to help ease some stress. I could not have imagined my wedding without Jessi. She made sure we were well taken care of the entire day without a single concern in the world. She is pure magic, and I would HIGHLY recommend going with the wedding coordination package if you are on the fence. Mitigating that stress is worth it tenfold.

We booked Hudson's Edge for our October 2023 wedding and absolutely loved them!! We got to attend one of their tasting events several months before the wedding and select our menu....
Throughout the planning process, they were incredibly communicative and easy to work with. Christyn did a great job answering all our questions and making sure our day was perfect! The servers did a great job, and of course the food was DELICIOUS! We got many compliments from our guests about the service and the meal. Thanks again, Hudson's Edge!

tially to discuss what type of food we wanted and Christyn made sure to help keep everything within our budget. Christyn was so sweet and so easy to work with. They have tastings on Wednesdays to try the food. The food on our wedding day was even better than I remember at a tasting. The staff was so nice and help our guests get through the buffet line in a timely manner. They were so attentive and truly could not recommend more.
