Wonderful Venue and Team! My husband and I got married at The Hummingbird House in November of 2023. Our wedding was everything we could have ever hoped for! We toured the place with the owner Danny and he was so kind and personable. When we booked the venue we did got their planning package and I cannot recommend it enough. We feel so lucky to have had Kelsey help us plan our wedding! She was incredible! I had attended very few weddings and felt very intimidated by planning a wedding. She answered all our questions and gave great suggestions. Kelsey was also super sweet! I was sad to say good bye to her at the end of our wedding! I really cannot imagine our day with her help. My husband and I felt that Kelsey and Danny both truly cared we had a memorable wedding day and were happy for us. On our actual wedding day it rained all day. Kelsey was so sweet and worked so hard to help keep the plan that we had agreed on. Thankfully it stopped raining right before we went to plan B! Our wedding was beautiful and we will always cherish it. I cannot thank the Hummingbird House enough for helping us have a beautiful start to our marriage!

Hosting our wedding at Hummingbird House was an absolute dream! Danny & Francesca were phenomenal. Every single question or request was answered promptly and with so much care. Danny never made me feel like a crazy bride for my abundance of questions and worries. lol The venue was GORGEOUS and our guests had the best time. I couldn’t imagine hosting our wedding anywhere else. Hummingbird House is truly a hidden gem with so much natural beauty and greenery throughout that makes you feel like you’ve been transported to a tropical lush paradise. Hummingbird House is a true gem of a venue! The garden looked gorgeous even during a hot, dry summer. Lots of shade and the indoor reception area had amazing A/C to keep our guests comfortable. Both bride/groom suites are gorgeous, and everywhere you turn is the perfect backdrop for photos. Especially the LOVE planters out front! Danny, the owner/operator, is very friendly and accommodating. We heard from so many guests that this was the most beautiful wedding venue they've ever been to, and we have to agree :)

We wanted a disco garden party, and boy did we get it. And truly that is all thanks to the beauty of the Hummingbird House and the design plan of Danny Hatt. Danny was always responsive via email, no matter who trivial a question was. He kept the day running smoothly, checking in with me as we got ready to make sure I was doing well. We just got our photos back and in reliving the day through them, we’re so incredibly happy we chose the Hummingbird House!

Your wedding venue search is OVER! I toured at least 9 wedding venues in the Austin area but didn't even need to see the entire property of The Hummingbird House before I knew we'd finally found our venue. The gardens are truly breathtakingly beautiful. The trees offer great shade during cocktail hour and the reception hall is air-conditioned and gorgeous, which could also act as a nice "Plan B". Because of the stunning gardens, we felt like we saved a lot of money in the floral budget because of how naturally beautiful the venue was. It is so secluded, quaint and quiet. We felt like the whole world around us paused just for our wedding. The bridal suite and groom suite were very clean, organized, and the perfect size for both groups. It is such a special and charming place. What adds to it being so charming and special are the owners. While we didn't get to meet Danny's partner, we had several vendors talk very highly about the two. Danny was an absolute blessing. From the moment we met during our venue tour, to the grand exit on our wedding day, he was there for us ensuring we were taken care of. We hired him for the wedding planning service and decor set up which was the best decision we made. I can assure you that the service and personal touch that Danny offers is not found at any other local venue. He went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfection. As the bride, I was able to have an stress-free wedding day, trusting that Danny was taking care of everything. We feel honored to have been able to make our lifelong promise in such a beautiful space.

My husband and I got married at Hummingbird House last December and it was the most PERFECT day. We were fairly overwhelmed when it came to wedding planning/venue shopping, but when we found Hummingbird House and Danny (who we also hired as our planner and helped us pick out all our vendors) we knew we had found 'the one'. The venue itself is breathtaking with its luscious gardens and twinkle lights strung between the trees, as well as the elegant white tented indoor reception space giving reprieve from unpredictable Texas summers/winters. Day of the wedding, Danny and his assistant had such a calm and cheerful demeanor and handled all of decor setup. We basically dropped off all our decor items in boxes the night before and they handled all of the setup as well as packing them back up for pickup the morning after. Danny and his assistant even rolled up their sleeves to help bustle my dress in between ceremony and reception (I had MANY buttons on my bustle that required four people to manage, it remains such a funny and unique memory of the day). HH could not have been more perfect! From within minutes of our tour, my now husband and I knew it would be the place. It is private, spacious, has amazing accommodations including grooms suite and bridal house, and the gardens are so beautiful, they don't require anything extra to still be incredible. We had a very minimalistic style which fit perfectly since this venue is so gorgeous on its own.

We just had our wedding at Hummingbird House and it was absolutely wonderful. Perfect option for a lower-cost DIY wedding. The buildings don't have a ton of amenities, but that was fine for our group. The grounds were absolutely beautiful (despite several rainstorms the day of and the days leading up to the wedding [as well as the huge plant-killing freezes Austin has experienced the last few years]) and Danny and his team were great to work with. Also, would not hesitate to hire Danny again for the wedding coordination support. He made several calls throughout the night that improved the flow compared to what we originally planned.

This venue is phenomenal. I got married here in March 2023 and could not be happier with how everything went. First of all, the space itself is gorgeous especially if you love plants/flowers. There are SO many areas of the venue that are perfect for photos! As soon as my husband and I toured the venue we were immediately smitten and knew this was it. Second, Danny (owner and our 30 day coordinator) was amazing! From the first message we sent through The Knot, to organizing and planning the wedding, to the actual day-of coordination, he was extremely responsive, professional, organized, and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend doing at least the 30-day coordination as it took all of the stress away the day of and allowed us to enjoy our day. I could not recommend this venue enough; you will not regret getting married here!

I'm so thankful I had my wedding at the Hummingbird House! Danny was an amazing coordinator and point-of-contact the whole time we worked together. He was so kind, calm, and fun and really helped me in every way he could. We planned our wedding quickly, and even despite the quick turn-around he was a dream come true! The venue was gorgeous as well, even during the off-season! The grounds provided great photo opportunities and we were so cozy in the tent. It served us so well and our guests loved it! Nothing but praise and thanks for Danny and the Hummingbird House!

Best place ever! My husband and I got married in December 2021 and had the best experience! Danny was amazing from start to finish! He was always available for questions and guidance. The place is beautiful and welcoming and if I could do it all over again I would!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

This venue was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We received endless compliments from our guests regarding how beautiful the venue was. We hired Danny as our day of coordinator which was by far the THE BEST decision we made. We showed up the morning of our wedding with boxes of decor and Danny handled everything. We were able to enjoy time with our bridal party before the wedding and had zero stress. I was amazed by how seamless the whole day/night was. Danny was professional and great to work with through the entire wedding planning process.

We got married at Hummingbird House in the fall and it was the perfect venue! From the impeccable landscaping to its beautiful night time vibe, the entire location is pristine. I cannot finish this review without mentioning just how amazing the staff is. Out of all the businesses we looked into and met with while planning the wedding, Danny was THE BEST person we had the pleasure of working with. He makes the monumental task of organizing a wedding seem effortless, and always made sure we were planning a day that would be fun and memorable for us and our guests.

I can't say enough good things about Hummingbird House. First of all, the venue is absolutely beautiful, both during the day and at night with all of the string lights, it's just dreamy!You really don't a whole lot of decor in the outside space. I got endless compliments from guests on how stunning the venue was. Second, they offer several items for rent which was super convenient! Third, Danny was excellent to work with. He is so sweet and very responsive to emails which I really appreciated. You won't regret booking your wedding here!

We could go on and on about Hummingbird House. :) It's an absolutely stunning venue and was exactly what we were looking for. The grounds are so well taken care of, with lush greenery and beautiful flowers that fit every season. Danny is also AMAZING. He was so helpful every step of the way, including when we had to push back our original 2020 date and he made everything very easy for us. We were also very grateful to have him as our day-of coordinator and we felt completely at ease on our special day knowing he was leading the charge. This venue gives off the happiest of vibes and we couldn't recommend it more. Thank you, Danny!

A magical place to match a magical day! I was so happy that we selected Hummingbird House as our wedding venue. Danny was so friendly, and helped us pick the perfect date for our wedding. He was quick to respond, and let us come to the venue to do walkthroughs a couple of times. The venue is so beautiful and they do a great job of making sure everything looks nice. My wedding pictures are amazing, and I give this venue five stars for anyone considering of picking them for your big day.

This venue is nothing but gorgeous during the day AND at night. I just had a September wedding and it was HOT but the grounds were beyond beautiful! They do much a good job and I don't think you can take a bad photo there. I really enjoyed everything being at one location from spacious parking to a bridal suite, ceremony and reception. It was the perfect venue for us and all our guests were in love. Definitely a secret garden.

My husband and I had scheduled appointments to view five venues for our wedding in July, and Hummingbird House was by far the best of them all! Danny was absolutely phenomenal! He was amazing at coordinating our wedding day from beginning to end. It was seamlessly planned and very well executed. We cannot thank him enough for all he did to make our day so memorable and special! ❤️ We highly recommend Danny and Hummingbird House for any special event!

The perfect location. The perfect coordinator. Danny is the most professional and knowledgeable coordinator! He is wonderful at getting back to you quickly and thinking of everything you forgot to think about. He puts his heart and soul into Hummingbird House and the venue is just the most beautiful place. I can’t say enough good things. We had the perfect day here and Danny made it happen. We would book it again in a heartbeat.

Love, love, love this venue and Danny. Danny is the goat (greatest of all time). He was so helpful in planning the wedding and so thoughtful about every detail like getting a glass to go around our unity candle bc it always gets blown out by the wind, and having food in the bridal suite for me and the groom to have a quick moment to stuff our face before the reception and appreciate what just happened. Also my parents were very excited about the wedding and had a billion questions all of which Danny helped with. The venue itself is also gorgeous. The gazebo, plants and love sign really made the perfect setting to get married. Also the glass air conditioned tent was so clutch for the reception. Cannot say enough about this venue or Danny, but I’m so glad we chose this venue!

Hummingbird house was a magical location for our wedding. Everything about it was perfect, from the blooming flowers to the tall shade trees to the glass reception hall. We loved that we could bring in our own vendors to keep the price low and that they had a ton of decorations that could be rented directly from them. The staff at Hummingbird House was helpful, responsive, and so easy to work with. If you’re looking for a garden wedding, this is your venue!

This place is absolute magic. We knew it the moment we walked in that it was the venue for us. The gardens are beautiful year-round (we had a late October wedding and it was still lush and green). The ceremony area is stunning and spacious. The reception tent is spectacular - the open windows to the woods provide so much atmosphere! But, most of all, Danny was AMAZING. He walked us through every detail, listened to our vision, and ran with it. I didn't have to worry or lift a single finger from 2pm on our wedding day until 11am the next day. You are fooling yourself if you don't get the coordinator package. EVERYTHING was taken care of - I showed up with boxes of decor and Danny did the rest. He set up everything, tore it down, and loaded it in my dad's truck so all we had to do was show up the next morning and drive away. INCREDIBLE. I've been to so many weddings where we have to set up the morning of, tear down the night of, etc. And every time I think to myself "I'm SO glad we had Danny...." He made sure both moms were happy also - which was a huge relief lol! Danny is a true professional, but also incredibly kind and generous. We felt like family! A huge part of our happiness and enjoyment of the day was in thanks to Danny and Hummingbird House - I cannot recommend them enough.

This wedding venue is the best in Austin. It feels like a breath of fresh air upon walking in and feels like a floral oasis. It is absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way. I loved that there was so much space for guests to venture out into during the reception and how it didn’t confine guests to one space. The ceremony area is so gorgeous that we didn’t add many extra decorations. The AC in the reception area is the best touch during a summer wedding in Texas. Danny was our on-site manager and was the best and most fun to work with. He always met us with high energy, helpful suggestions and solutions. He was professional at all times and made our wedding vision come true. I would not change a thing about our special day being held at Hummingbird House.

Danny and staff were very helpful throughout the planning for our wedding and reception. We love the venue and the guests were very complimentary of the beautiful landscaping.

Everything about Hummingbird House was a dream come true!!! I am still hearing from people two weeks later about how beautiful this venue is and how they have never seen anything like it! Along with that, Danny was an absolute joy to work with!! He was incredibly responsive throughout the planning process and for every little thing I asked for, it was right where I wanted it to be. For everything I forgot (including pens for the guest book 😬) Danny was all over it. I’m so happy we chose Hummingbird and given the opportunity I would choose HH over and over again! The lush garden along with the gorgeous indoor reception space with windows top to bottom was exactly what a bride like me needed. I know the trend is barns but if you’re like me and don’t see the appeal of barns, check out Hummingbird! It has a couple of chandeliers with tent shaped draped with windows top to bottom. It was all a dream! I just want to go back and relive it!

Danny was a dream! Totally keyed in throughout the entire process, 100% present and always there during the planning months as if we were the only couple he had on his plate. And especially wonderful the day of! The venue was absolutely gorgeous and they were very accommodating when we needed some extra time last minute and come in earlier to get ready. If you’re looking for a gorgeous photo backdrop, this is the place for you- every inch of the grounds is covered in beautiful florals, lush greenery, and charming antiques. 10/10!

Beautiful setting! Amazing venue! Great place for photos! The coordinator rocks! They are super friendly and so easy to work with. All our guests were impressed with beauty of it all. Our aunt said it was like a magical secret garden.

This is an amazingly beautiful venue with tons of photo ops. It has everything you need for the ceremony and reception all in one space. The bridal suite has a separate room with mirrors, so you can have your hair and makeup done on site. The plants are redone every spring and are gorgeous. Separate grooms quarters, and plenty of parking.

You guys. This place is magical. Hummingbird House was the second place we toured and driving down the driveway, I knew this was the place, before I got to the parking area. Even when Courtney gave us a tour, I started crying because it was so perfect. Leading up to the day, Courtney was a great communicator, mostly on email. I'd have tons of random questions and she knew how to answer them (she knew what I was asking, even if I wasn't very clear!). Her energy and smarts are both amazing and great to deal with. Our caterer had worked at and with the Hummingbird House, which was a relief as well. I know they did a lot of communicating without us, and I'm very okay with that. We got so many compliments on the venue. It really is just perfect. The bridal suite was a great place for me and m'ladies to get ready, and the groom got to have a great set up as well, which was later used as the babysitting room. As a bride, I was glad I still had access to the bridal suite for bathroom breaks and even a little quiet time before the dancing started. We did most of our getting ready at a friend's house, but this set up was so great to have. Yeah, the place is not cheap (but really, what is when the word "wedding" is in front of it?), but I can't stress enough how beautiful and magical the place is.

Everyone was blown away by this wedding venue! It’s so beautiful and you will feel like you are outside of Texas with all of the lush flowers and trees! Gorgeous for photos! The best perk of all is the onsite coordinator, Courtney! You have to hire her. Her entire focus is on the bride and groom. She will do whatever it takes to make you happy! She is so detailed, will manage the vendors and respond to questions immediately. You would seriously be making a mistake if you don’t hire her!

Get married at Hummingbird House! I’ll be honest it was not my first choice when looking at venues. When we stepped foot on the grounds I immediately knew it was the place for my fiancé (now husband) and I to get married. Not only are the gardens absolutely stunning, but the sounds of nature (water fountains running, birds chirping, wind rustling the trees, the smell of the flowers) make you feel like you’re in a fairytale. Speaking of fairytales, our coordinator Courtney was like a fairy godmother (but much younger ;)) Anything we needed, she was there to help out. From the get-go she was so attentive and responded to all of my messages so quickly! On the day of the wedding, she was AMAZING! Even my guests came up to me to compliment how smoothly Courtney made things run. My family and I absolutely adore her!! Thank you Courtney for being so awesome!!

We had our wedding at the Hummingbird House on March 15th and couldn't have been happier with the venue. Our guests were extremely impressed with how beautiful the venue is and how many locations within it were ideal for pictures. Danny is amazing and was very easy to work with during the booking process and Courtney was ridiculously helpful in the lead-up to the wedding and on the actual day. The location is great and they'll even let the guests leave their vehicle at the venue overnight if they've had one too many. I highly recommend Hummingbird House for your wedding!

Oh my god. I cannot rave enough about this venue and the people that keep it alive. It was the most beautiful place we had seen around, and it matched our bohemian theme so perfectly. The grounds were so lush and green, even in early March with record low temperatures. One of our favorite parts of the entire package was bad was an add-on package.. rather, our coordinator, Courtney. Oh, she was superwoman. She was our right hand from start to finish on our perfect day, and because of it, we were able to enjoy the commaderie around us. We were so in the moment because of her behind-the-scenes ninja skills. Seriously, this place is perfect. The manager Danny and Courtney are perfect. I will always recommend.

This venue was the first and last venue my husband and I looked at, and we couldn't have been more happy with our wedding day! Everything was perfect, the venue was beautiful. Most of all, Courtney was a dream coordinator - we couldn't have made any of this happen without her!

The venue itself is gorgeous! All our guests said it was one of the best venues they had ever been to for a wedding. The place is really set up for a seamless transition from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception and send off. Everything was close enough for my wheelchair-bound grandmas to manage, but spacious enough to never feel cramped. We had about 125 guests. The actual best part is Courtney. She’s super helpful and knowledgeable. Danny was also very helpful when we toured during an open house. The venue is moderately priced, and a bargain for having such a seamless day.

If you're looking for a wedding venue in Austin, TX look no further, Hummingbird House is it! The moment we walked onto the venue my husband and I knew right away this is where we were going to get married. I remember getting into the car tearing up because I knew it was beyond perfect. The grounds make you feel like you are at a tropical oasis in the middle of Texas. Courtney and Danny were another reason we chose the venue, we clicked right away and knew we wanted to work with them. Not only was Courtney extremely helpful, organized and accommodating, she was so much fun to work with and we were so sad when the entire planning process was over with because she made it so easy and fun :) Also, every guest that walked onto the venue could not believe how gorgeous the grounds were. It was everything we could have imagined and more. You would be crazy to look any further, I can promise you that!

We got married at the Hummingbird House late September. What a magical wedding venue! When we started searching for venues, this was the only one that looked much better than its photos!To start with it has both indoor and outdoor options which you Truely appreciate when forecast starts showing rain. We lucked out and it didn’t rain on our wedding day. But Hummingbird House staff made both options available in case if ceremony needed to be inside. We had the ceremony and cocktail outside, the reception was inside the pavilion. The bridal suite is absolutely amazing and groom’s suite is spacious as well. There is plenty of parking for your guests and if people prefer ride share, they can find a ride in less than 5-10 mins. All our guests complimented on how gorgeous our wedding venue was. Danny and Courtney are great people to work with too. We absolutely recommend it to couple who want a fancy indoor/outdoor wedding.

Have to give you HUGE thank you to the entire team at HH. The venue itself is absolutely perfect and so well taken care of. It’s such a hidden gem and I can’t believe we were lucky enough to have our wedding here. Courtney was such a joy to work with, and she literally made our whole day go perfect. Hiring her as the day of coordinator to work with all of the vendors was the best decision we could have made. She was Wonder Woman for us! Thank you all again for making it such a special day. If you need the perfect wedding venue, look no further! It really is a magical place.

It's hard to put into words the appreciation I have for Courtney and Danny and the Hummingbird House! From the first meeting, I instantly felt in such great hands. They are so incredibly kind and funny and FUN! The team brings such a positive energy to an already amazing place. The venue speaks for itself - we visited in January for our November 2017 wedding, and the gardens were still lush with greenery and the grounds were just beautiful even in the middle of winter. You feel like this space was made for you and your family and friends! On the first visit Danny also included contact information for local vendors that they have worked with in the past that they love. So helpful since we were planning from out of town! In the weeks leading up to our wedding Courtney helped iron out the details and coordinate with the vendors for setup and timeline. We met the week before at the venue so that the day of the rehearsal and wedding went off without a hitch! Day-of, she helped as our coordinator to greet vendors, make sure everything was setup beautifully and remind us where we needed to be and when so we could focus on our friends and family! Our guests have raved about how beautiful the gardens and pavilion were. Hummingbird House creates the best environment for a wedding, with something for everyone. The ceremony space is gorgeous and doesn't need decoration, the pavilion is fun throughout the reception for those that want to dance, and the lawn provides a fun place for people to catch up in a quieter setting or play lawn games. Our wedding day is one we will never forget! Can't thank y'all enough.

We cannot rave enough about Hummingbird House!!! Everything from the gorgeous gardens to the above and beyond customer service made our wedding day (April 2018) so magical! From the very beginning stages of planning through our sparkler exit, Courtney was there to ensure everything was as stress free as possible. I cannot even begin to explain how helpful she was. There are so many behind the scenes details that she took care of to ensure a smooth and amazing wedding day! We are eternally grateful! <3 Let's not forget to mention how seriously in awe our guests were at the venue itself. Flowers EVERYWHERE you look! The LOVE wall was the perfect place for our "first look" photos. The gazebo was covered in beautiful greenery and fragrant white flowers (a smell that will always remind me of our wedding day), and seriously everywhere you look is a photo op waiting to happen! <3 <3 BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!!! <3 <3

The Hummingbird House was honestly the most special and amazing venue we could have ever asked for. It was the first and ONLY venue we looked at and we fell in love instantly. Danny is so incredibly nice and wonderful. They also provide a coordinator to you day of FOR FREE which is amazing, but even better than that, Courtney is wonderful and makes the whole day feel so special. She came up to me and my husband during the wedding to help us with every event that happened and even caught fireflies with us while they were out. There was so much space for everyone and we had to do very little decorating due to how incredibly beautiful the venue is naturally. Also, they’re insanely dog friendly which was a HUGE plus for us! Plus, it’s a wildlife habitat, so don’t be surprised if you see tons of beautiful butterflies flying around. Honestly, I can’t gush enough about this amazing venue and I just wish I was getting married again so that I could do all of it over again! Thank you so much Danny and Courtney for making our dreams come true!

We knew the Hummingbird House was "the one" when venue searching and our April wedding day was even more perfect than we could be imagined. First, Courtney (the onsite coordinator) was extremely helpful and made it possible for us to enjoy the day without interruption. If there was a problem - we didn't know about it! All of our guests were impressed with the beautiful gardens, and I am still blown away by the amazing spacious bridal and grooms suites. Second, this is the type of venue that provides everything you need (including optional decorations you can purchase, chairs, tables, lighting etc.) which makes the entire process so much easier. They don't provide onsite catering but they have a list of awesome preferred vendors who really do a great job. We chose Maudies and they provided exceptional food and service! The venue also provides really helpful planning sheets to help the bride and groom figure out what they need to coordinate ahead of the event which was a lifesaver for us when it all seemed very overwhelming. These guys really know their stuff when it comes to weddings and they are kind and helpful to everyone who visits. I'm so grateful we shared our wedding day with the Hummingbird House and I can't wait to hopefully go back someday for another visit!

I cannot be more impressed with this venue and the staff here! I went to at least 10 other wedding venues before I chanced across this one, and I knew right away it was perfect! I have so many good things to say about the venue, but I'll just cover a few highlights. The venue itself is hidden and off a small road, so not lots of traffic or noise. It has a very large variety of beautiful well-maintained plants, making the photo opportunity spectacular around the entire venue (the plant walls are awesome!). The bridal suite is amazingly spacious and well lit with multiple rooms, a bathroom including a shower, and a big open-space area (it was a originally a house). The groom's suite is on the back of the property with a nice large room and bathroom, which is plenty of space for the guys. Both areas are updated and well decorated. The grounds of the venue are gorgeous, they just renovated the walkway to make it more accessible in heels (although still made of large beautiful rocks to keep the natural look), and the flow of the pathway from all areas works well. The ceremony area is an intimate open-air space in a beautiful setting. The built-in bar area is large enough so people aren't crowded in lines during cocktail hour, and makes it easy for your bartender as well! The reception hall is gorgeous with large glass walls and a canopy-type tent feel as the ceiling, making for excellent natural and dance party lighting. It's one big open room, but the tables are arranged however you want (we had the dance floor in the middle) and it held our 150 guests comfortably! It can also be heated or air-conditioned. There is a small side yard if you want to bring yard games, but totally not necessary. The price of the venue is a steal (I did my wedding on a Friday in March) and paid in cash which makes it cheaper! You also get a $500 credit towards decorations and services they offer, which helped me immensely! They provide all the tables and chairs, and setup of the tables and chairs (not decor) beforehand as well. The one knock I would have on the venue is they do not have an ice machine specifically for the bartender (and I did have the option of paying her more to bring some), so I had about 10 coolers full of ice I transported in the bed of my brother's truck. Just something to think about! Courtney and Danny are very easy and friendly to work with. I mostly worked with Courtney as she was also my day-of coordinator (part of their venue package), and although I did not get to actually see her much the day of, she was helping out my family members, wedding party, and vendors around the wedding venue, directing and keeping everyone on the timeline. She was very friendly, calm, and flexible which was great when I was freaking out that we were going to need to change the timeline last minute. Her communication leading up to the wedding was excellent and frequent; I bombarded her with millions of random questions beforehand, and she always responded in a timely manner. She also created a timeline and met with me beforehand to run through all the logistics, and was in contact with all my vendors before and during the wedding. Overall, my wedding flowed very smoothly and I am extremely impressed with everything this venue has to offer and could not be happier! I will say you need to see it in person, as I do not believe the pictures do it any sort of justice. I would without doubt recommend the Hummingbird House and the staff!

Hummingbird House was the perfect venue for our December wedding! Yes, even in December the gardens were magical! Courtney and Danny were very easy to work with, and answered all my emails quickly. My wedding was perfect thanks to Courtney being there the day of coordinating all of it! I never had to worry or stress. She had it all taken care of! Our guests loved the grounds and reception area. 120 people fit perfectly with plenty of room to dance! I would definitely recommend Hummingbird House to anyone looking in the Austin area!

We looked at countless wedding venues in and around Austin, but each venue we visited was missing something. When we finally visited Hummingbird House we knew immediately it was going to be the venue for our big day. The venue itself is absolutely magical, from all the exotic flora and fauna, to the pool and the little architectural touches around the property. The plants at Hummingbird House are beautiful and there are so many of them you don’t really need to get as many flowers for your big day as you would have at most other venues. Standing on the wedding grounds you are surrounded by so much breathtaking nature. The staff were amazingly friendly and a true delight to work with. Courtney and Danny really went out of their way to take care of us. Our big day went off without a hitch and we couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for the pictures or setting for the big celebration with family and friends. If you’re on the fence or just trying to figure out where you want to get married, visit Hummingbird House and experience the magic for yourself!

We just got married here 1 month ago, and it was honestly magical. Not only is the venue beautiful during the day and night - but it also comes with great people, Danny and Courtney. They were super accommodating and sweet. All my guests were in awe of the garden, and my husband and I were over the moon with how everything turned out. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful place to celebrate our love.

Beautiful venue!! So gorgeous. I only gave 4 stars because they completely dropped the ball on our paid-for upgrades that affected the wedding aesthetically. They did refund us the money to make things right, so that was appreciated. I still recommend the HH for its perfection for a romantic garden wedding.

We loved our wedding at the Hummingbird House! The landscape is absolutely beautiful which allowed us to not have too much extra decor. So many awesome places to take beautiful pictures! It was perfect to have an outdoor ceremony and then move inside for the reception. The glasshouse makes you feel like you're outside the whole time! We also used Courtney for day-of coordination and she did an amazing job! She makes sure everthing runs smoothly and everyone is where they need to be throughout the night. She also helped us put together our timeline and coordinated with our vendors on arrival time, etc. They have an awesome brides room to get ready in with plenty of space for everyone to move around/get ready. The grooms room has couches and a foosball table to perfect place for the guys to chill before the ceremony. Thank you so much to the HH and Courntey for making our day so special!

Hummingbird House was our first venue to tour and we wish it had been our last. We went to one other venue appointment because we did not want to be rude and cancel an hour before. That second place never stood a chance. Hummingbird House was our venue from the moment we got into the Bridal Suite and met Danny. I remember emailing him from the parking lot of that last venue asking him to send us the contract. We couldn't dare let anyone grab our date by wasting more time with other places. Even our puppy Vladimir loved it! We may be five months behind in our review, but my husband, Kai, and I had a better day than we could have ever imagined for our wedding. The weather was amazing, (I'm giving Courtney that credit) the venue was set up and arranged perfectly, and we never missed the important moments of our wedding thank to Courtney's ninja-like day of coordinating skills. She knew just when to be there to help us and when to let us sit back and soak it all in. Thank you to the amazing team. As a coordinator myself, I don't know how they do this with the small staff that they have. Goes to show that it's not about the number of staff members, rather, it's about the quality and heart of the people who work there. They do the work of 10 people on a daily basis and are in the business of ensuring perfection for their clients. First of all, this wedding venue was absolutely beautiful. It is a fairytale brought to life! Everything was green and gorgeous on our wedding day! The people that work there are fantastic too! They are accommodating and so easy to work with. And the day of coordinator helped us keep everything on track and I didn't have to worry about anything as the bride! Any thing I needed the coordinator was there to help me with from any question I had to giving me mouth wash before I walked down the aisle! The hummingbird house made the whole planning process go way smoother. We couldn't love the hummingbird house any more!

From the moment we toured the venue until the day of our wedding, both Danny and Courtney took such great care of us. From the scheduling to the decor, Courtney went above and beyond my expectations! Not to mention, they are constantly looking for ways to update and improve the venue (not that it needs it), it's natural beauty is enough, but the light enhancements and living garden walls truly provide a romantic outdoor wedding feel. I couldn't have imagined our wedding at any other venue!

The Hummingbird House! The beautiful signature background surrounded the best day of our lives! 1st and a very important point I want to make is I TRUSTED THEM COMPLETELY during our planning! Courtney and Danny were our hosts beyond measure. Everything we wanted and needed was accommodated with speed, honesty and assurance. The grounds surround you with enchantment! (and saved me in floral expenses) In the bridal suite, your could hear only chatter and laughter. (+ popping bottles of presecco) The grooms room (aka as my brides room) had all the things that tried to settle her nerves. My vendors had no problems and everything went smoothly. They never left me waiting for answers. Whether it be emails, texts or calls, they were there and got right back with us. Whew!!! That sums that up! Of course, I will never forget this amazing place. I am forever grateful! They have set quite the standard of throwing the best party ever!
