Huntsville Event Planner

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with the Huntsville Event Planner. We hired them for the month of coordinating which included monthly meetings leading up to the month of our wedding. Our meetings with Tracy leading up to the wedding went well and were helpful; however, the month of coordinating did not go well. It was never made very clear to us what we needed to do to hand things over to them. It was difficult to schedule time in the last month, and they tried to cancel meetings when they were tired from other weddings. Our timeline and ceremony processional were wrong multiple times even after fixing them together (processional was still wrong at the rehearsal which led to my mother being very upset). We have heard from a few vendors that they were not happy with the communication. We had to step in and speak with our rental company when things had not been communicated to us correctly from Tracy the week of the wedding. Our band started very late because they were eating dinner one hour after they were supposed to. Some of this is on the caterer, but I feel like it should have been handled much quicker and without me knowing. This was very unfortunate as the band was the thing we were most excited about. In the end, we did not feel like we were listened to or what was important to us in our wedding was taken to heart. I really don’t enjoy leaving negative comments, but wanted our experience to help others in making decisions. Our wedding was outdoors with a lot of moving pieces so I awknowledge it there was a lot to coordinate. But I don’t feel like they were up for the task, so if anyone has a similiar plan you may want to look elsewhere.
