Husar's House of Fine Diamonds

After a frustrating experience with Kessler's, we went to Husar's for our wedding bands when I heard they were going to be having a sale. The customer service was fantastic and they were very courteous even though we definitely took our time with deciding! Pricing seemed decent, though I don't have alot to compare it to. My ring took more than twice as long than they originally said it would, which was stressful as we kept creeping towards our wedding date. It was finally ready about two weeks before our wedding (and 6 weeks later than we were originally told to expect it) We picked our rings up and they were perfect, came in a beautiful box and it was torture to have to wait to wear it. However, about a week after our wedding, I noticed suddenly at dinner that one of the diamonds was missing from my eternity band. I called Husar's the next with my whole diatribe planned but they almost immediately and very simply said to just bring the ring in and it would be taken care of. I was so relieved that we wouldn't have to fight them on it! This was right before the July 4th weekend so I knew it'd be some time before we could get it in (its a 40 minute drive for us.) Problem is that two days later, I noticed that a second diamond had fallen out. Three days later, there goes the third! This time I literally picked it up from the shelf I keep it on and saw the third one lying there. I have an office job and never wear it doing any household tasks or vigorous activity so I know it wasn't me... We took it in this week and will hopefully have it back next week but will have to see if this becomes a recurring problem with the quality of the design. I pray not because I love my band and its style but this is simply too much stress and work for only having worn it two weeks! ***UPDATE-My husband called to see what the status was on the ring and they had him speak with Mary Husar, one of the owners, who was incredible. She offered an entire new ring of the same design at no cost to us and would let us keep the original ring while the new one was made. Otherwise, now that the original has been repaired, I could see how it goes over the next few months and if it continues to have problems, get a new one made at that time. We are beyond blown away. Decided to see how it goes with the original ring. They had it shipped overnight to us (again, at no cost!) after we mentioned it was a bit of a drive for us. My husband also asked about what would happen if we have the same problem years from now, etc, to which she said her name was on the inside of that ring and she would stand by it forever. We'll still be insuring it but it has been wonderful to work with them and know that we don't have to worry!

Easy to work with and stay within budget. Found the perfect rings for both myself and the groom!

Quality, service, and value I give a ten! I literally get compliments on my ring daily. We were able to put our own spin on our ring and that was the best part! Out of all the ring places we went to no other place said, "yeah we can change that, we'll just re-make the ring." We were able to make it our own and that makes it even more special. Everyone there is so helpful and kind. It was such an amazing experience!

The best diamond quality. Very helpful, knowledgable, NOT PUSHY the educate you on diamonds and what to look for. Do NOT go to a mall store.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my ring. My fiance/husband picked it out himself with the assistance of Amanda at Husars. I have strangers (bank tellers, waitresses, gas station attendants) compliment me on the ring (white gold, filagree, solitaire diamond, antique setting). We (he) also went back and bought my pearl necklace and earrings for our wedding day. And I went back and purchased his wedding band and tie tack from Husars. We live in the Milwaukee area but Husars is WELL WORTH THE DRIVE.

The staff is very friendly, the selection is great, and they have great deals and sales.
