Amber Fraser from the Omni Houston Hotel Westside went above and beyond to make sure that the planning process was as easy and stress free as possible from start to finish. She was...
always available to assist me with questions and even made sure that the vendors they entrust with their business were up to par (cake and linens were included in our package). She was attentive, understanding and in complete control of the entire event. The day of we received compliment after compliment about how professional, attentive, polite and effective she was as the event coordinator. The location (especially the landscaping inside/out) are incredible and truly made our photos/video extra special. I highly recommend Amber and this venue for your special event!
They gave us great rates and our guests had no probelms checking in or with there reservations!
The OMNI should remember me and the fact that they spent the weekend of my wedding working diligently to ruin everything that I had worked so hard to pull together! In case they fo...
rget I have sent them and their holding company a four page long letter outliing the issues I and my guest shared and their unbelievably rude staff including a manager who shook his finger in my face, made me cry, then threatened to have me removed from the lobby after they have lost my bridesmaids dresses and have had me waitingto get into my wedding suite to get ready for 9 hours! This was only part of the horror their staff inflicted on my guests! This review has less to do with the venue or site and much more to do with the horrible staff and management that run and ruin it! I bring myself to say that they ruined my wedding because I have married the most amazing man in the world, but they sure came close! The knot.com should receive a copy of the letter which I forwarded to them outlining the issues so they can advise other brides!

e months. The new planner was not as thorough as I would have liked and I had to go over details multiple times.
The beauty of the inside with reflecting ponds and the awesome service.;It is more economic to get your own chair covers than the ones the reception venue offers.
The hotel was extremely accommodating in terms of the rooms that we needed and the set up of each of them the food was excellent and all our needs were taken care of.
