This can include incorporating a dance floor and risers, all of which are fully mobile and can be set up wherever you want. Catering can be taken care of by the hotel's own culinary team. These professionals will design a custom menu to match the tone of your wedding, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Renovations: Lake access and lake activities will not be available as of Apil 2024. Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino will be enhancing the guest experience by updating our lakeside Cottages accommodations and lakeside restaurant Lone Eagle Grille. Enhancement work is expected to start April 2024, and anticipated through April 2026. During this time, these accommodations, amenities and access to Lake Tahoe, the beach and the pier will not be available, along with all related lake activities. This also includes all Lakeside meeting and event space (Cottage Green, Lakeside Ballroom, Pier and Beach).
