We loved our wedding at the Hyatt Lost Pines and so did our guests! If you are looking for a venue that will be more of a weekend getaway, look no further. LA and Mereya were so great to work with and so patient with us during the planning process. When we had potential weather issues, they were right on top of things making sure we felt that we were getting everything we wanted for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding itself. Our guests did not stop gushing about the grounds, the pool, and how much fun they had! Also, a big plus that the food was absolutely delicious! The Hyatt fulfilled our dream to have a fun-filled weekend and not just 1 evening of fun. The wedding was absolutely beautiful at the LBJ Pavilion!
We LOVED having our wedding at the Hyatt Lost Pines!! Kristin Prindle, our wedding coordinator at Hyatt, communicated with us throughout the year long planning process and detailed every single thing out for us to help answer our questions. The 2 day, 3 event wedding weekend went so smoothly and although our wedding was a month ago - we are STILL getting s omany compliments from family and friends about how impressive the venue was in handling everything from moving the ceremony indoors due to a chance of rain, to the amazing bar setup, to an easy check in process for guests. Would highly recommend this venue!
Our wedding would have been incredible no matter what because I got marry my soul mate and best friend, but because we chose Hyatt Lost Pines as our venue our wedding was absolute dream. Every single experience from touring the venue for the first time to actual wedding and reception involved incredible service and staff as as friendly and excited for us as you can find. We were convinced we had already found our venue but just wanted to tour Lost Pines to see what it was like. We decided Lost Pines was for us while still touring on the golf cart! There are so many options for Wedding and Ceremony sites that could suit any personality/ and or guest list size. We still maintained the intimate, rustic feel we wanted but also got the wonderful services that come with booking at a larger hotel venue such as set-up and tear down and numerous activities and amenities that guests could enjoy during the weekend. The consideration and professionalism of the staff of Lost Pines as well as the Clearly Classy wedding coordinators you'll work closely with could not be matched. Their hard work allowed myself, my husband, and our families to actually enjoy our wedding and not get caught up and stressed over planning and details. Thank you!
Our wedding guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves not only at the wedding but also at all of the other on-site events we were able to plan before and after the wedding!!! The staff at Hyatt Lost Pines is unbelievable and took great care of us!!! I would highly recommend Hyatt Lost Pines for weddings and other special events!!!
Kristin Prindle is amazing! She was my wedding coordinator and did an amazing job! From the time we booked our wedding date to our wedding day she was fantastic.
The resort itself is beautiful and a wonderful place for friends and family to gather for an amazing celebration. With any large resort, there will be things that happen that are unexpected. Hyatt dos a great job of rectifying Thise situations, but I really think a few of them could have been prevented to begin with with a little bit more communication through departments. Overall our wedding was pretty close to perfect and I loved Lost Pines as my venue 😀
Very professional staff. Everything was better than I could have imagined. Kristin Prindle was an amazing coordinator at the Hyatt. If you decide to get married their, ask for her as your coordinator.
We couldn't have chosen a better place to have our wedding than at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa! The staff was flawless and our wedding was absolutely perfect! As the bride, I was so relaxed the day of, because everything was taken care of for me. The resort is gorgeous, and our guests still talk about what a fun weekend they had.
I wish there were more stars for the Hyatt. Their staff was amazing from beginning to end. Kristin Prindle did an outstanding job helping us plan the entire event at the Hyatt. The hotel itself is wonderful and a great place to host a wedding weekend. We did the bridesmaids luncheon there and the food was outstanding. The wedding location had to be changed 3 days prior and Kristin was so accommodating and helpful. We went from outside in the amphitheater (flooding) to the LBJ Pavillion with the reception in the Baron's Ballroom. At the time of the wedding it was raining and the staff used shuttles to get the guests to the Pavillion. The rain stopped when the ceremony started and it was beautiful. They transformed the ballroom into something spectacular. Graham, the AV guy was so flexible on adding and changing lighting and working with our outside vendors. Mimi was our banquet coordinator for the weekend and she was wonderful. So kind and helpful. We had breakfast brought in Saturday morning for the bridesmaids and the lady who set it up was great. She did such a good job and brought more coffee several times, then came and cleaned it all up in a timely manner.
I cannot say enough about the Hyatt Lost Pines or the staff, from the top to the bottom. If it's in your budget, look there. Just ask about service charges and taxes. Be sure to include that in your budget.
The property is gorgeous. The catering and front desk staff were amazing. Everyone loved Boo Boo the alpaca who made an appearance at cocktail hour!
Having my wedding at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa was the best decision I’ve ever made. I had shopped other venues in the area, but nothing compares to the scenery/service/accommodations we received the weekend of our wedding. As an anxious bride I found comfort in the fact that I could walk the resort on my own time, exploring the property with my fiancé – detailing in my mind everything I wanted to accomplish on my wedding weekend. Unlike most standard wedding venues, Hyatt Lost Pines has a ton of options for ceremony & reception space, it was fun picking our 2 favorite spots! My wedding specialist Erin Heekin was AH-MAZ-ING. From the most daunting tasks, to my 10 emails a day –asking little questions as they flooded my mind – Erin was very attentive and my go-to-gal for practically everything! She was truly there for me every step of the way. She coordinated with my other vendors in advance to insure a seamless day of. The day of our wedding I had the pleasure of meeting Caitlyn who works side by side with Erin - she was just as fabulous. I didn’t get the opportunity to get to know her beforehand but she was very personable & helpful! She jumped right in the mix & was my voice when things needed to be said. They knew what I wanted/needed before I did. Everything from the centerpieces to the service was a 10. We still receive compliments about the resort in regards to our food, venue and décor. My wedding went off without a hitch! (You see what I did there? ha-ha!) & I have them to thank for everything! If I could do it all over again (& I would) I wouldn’t change a thing! If you are even, for a second considering the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa for your wedding please reach out to these lovely ladies and give them a chance to AWE you.
We spent a weekend touring Austin for the perfect venue. The moment we drove up the entrance to the Lost Pines my family and husband knew immediately this was it. The service was exceptional, the resort was just one surprise after another, and the food was excellent. There are a lot of beautiful places, but the Lost Pines is certainly a statement. Our families coming in from out of town loved it since they didn't have to worry about driving, coordinating activities, etc. It was great having them in the same place all weekend. I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone getting married. We are still talking about it and we've been married almost a year!
My husband and I were immediately taken back by the beauty of the Lost Pines. Everyone at the venue was extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home. Seated on the Colorado River, and being Colorado natives ourselves, this venue was an instant yes! The staff set up everything beautifully and had so many great options to choose from, including food. We still get compliments about how wonderful the food was. The only thing I would say to be cautious of is your room block. That was the biggest headache of all and required way too many phone calls and e-mails to get everything sorted out. Other than that, the actual wedding day was perfect and in the end all of our guests had a wonderful time and said the hotel was perfect!
3 years ago today I was standing on the Riversong Lawn at the Hyatt Lost Pines marrying my best friend and (now) husband. This was absolutely the best day of my life, and it was all made possible by the incredible staff at the Hyatt Lost Pines. The resort is spectacular within itself, and then when the wedding glamor and attention to detail was added, the Hyatt Lost Pines surpassed my wildest dreams and expectations. I loved how the Hyatt provided me with a "wedding planner" onsite that I could call up at any time of the day or night (and often did!) with questions or thoughts about my wedding. They were accommodating and friendly and I always felt extremely well taken care of. The Friday night rehearsal dinner under the outdoor pavilion, to the wedding on the Riversong lawn, and reception in the Lost Pines ballroom-- everything was beautiful and more than I could have ever imagined. One of my favorite things about Lost Pines is that although it's only a short drive from downtown Austin, it feels like a "destination" wedding. Most of my guests lived in Austin, but chose to stay at Lost Pines for the night because it was such a fun experience. This was an AMAZING weekend all around and I would do it 1,000 times over again if I had the chance! Thank you Hyatt Lost Pines!
Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is exceptionally beautiful, we are so happy we chose this as our venue. Our families were excited to come Lost Pines to stay. The landscape is beautifully manicured but still so natural. Katherine Zimmerman was so helpful in our planning phase and the day of. She made sure everything was taken care of down to the last detail. They have their own AV team on site who transformed our reception area. The food was phenomenal as well as the banquet staff. We still get comments on how beautiful our wedding was.
The service, the setting, the comfort, the entertainment options for the whole family: my wedding was FABULOUS!I had the first wedding they ever hosted in their Hummingbird Garden. The food was incredible for my wedding dinner and the entire weekend at their restaurants. This place is an oasis on the Colorado River, with so much to do! If setting and comfort are priorities for your wedding, this is the place to get married! My whole family were treated like royalty. Everything was taken care of. Best massage with my MOH at the spa. Jogging every morning on the golf course: AMAZING.
We had the wedding of our dreams at the Hyatt Lost Pines. Beautiful venue, very accommodating staff. The Hyatt wedding coordinator was disorganized and not very responsive (the only reason for 4 stars), but she is no longer with the Hyatt so I highly recommend checking out this venue. We had many guests from out of town and it had a great destination feel.
This the most elegant and peaceful ranch in the hill country. The views are stunning and the ammenities are above and beyond. The ranch is peaceful and private.
My parents reserved a room for myself and my husband for a couple days after the wedding. Everything was wonderful. They gave us a free room upgrade & a complimentary bottle of champagne. The food was good, the pool was fun, drinks were tasty & refreshing. We had a relaxing and very enjoyable stay.
Wow!! What an amazing venue and amazing staff to boot. Everything was perfect and we didn't have to lift a finger.
