We absolutely loved working with Munnie at Hyegraph!!! She was so helpful, understood what our style was, and was so timely and responsive with requests. We will absolutely be using them for any future stationary needs!! :)

Working with Jacques and Munnie at Hyegraph was so easy although it's best to meet with Jacques with a few general ideas in your head. There was every conceivable paper, pattern, color, and font and they can alter anything to your specifications And Jacques knows every combination. Munnie truly designed and helped with the wording on each and everything needed for my granddaughter's wedding from invitations and all the paraphernalia needed for those to thank you notes and menus and programs. My granddaughter and her now husband loved the design at the top so much that they had cuff links made for him and bracelets for each of them. Who would have guessed that a design from Hyegraph would become a symbol for the rest of their lives together. Right after we chose our wedding venue, the only people I wanted to make our wedding invitations was Hyegraph. Living in SF for many years, I've admired their beautiful work from afar. From our very first meeting, Munnie was patient and provided excellent suggestions to help us fine-tune exactly what we were looking for as we looked through and discussed almost every possible option. We chose gorgeous custom letterpress invitations and thank you cards and custom envelopes from Smitten on Paper. We are overjoyed with how stunning the final invitations looked. They really are works of art! Additionally, Munnie and Jacques are both passionate about what they do and provided terrific advice and suggestions for minor tweaks and edits. They were also always available for us and very responsive and helpful over email. It made working with them such a pleasant experience. We used Hyegraph for the invitations to our wedding this October. The design options, flexibility (alternative designs, color schemes, budgetary considerations, etc), and customer service were second to none. We did all of our wedding printed materials with Hyegraph. Munnie helped bring our vision to life with Stephanie Fishwick invitations that we had picked out. Jacques & Munnie were amazing!!!! I am truly grateful for them both. Their creativity and responsiveness are unsurpassed. Believe it or not, I ended up ordering my daughter's wedding invitations from them all the way from Upstate NY. I had found a Crane paper I loved working with someone locally whose responsiveness was awful. No sense of urgency. We were coming down to the wire for printing and she would take 7-10 days for each revision. I got so frustrated I searched for the invitation online and thankfully Hyegraph came up. As soon as I spoke with Jacques I was instantly relieved. He assured me that he could work with Crane and get the design finalized and to print on time. Then Munnie took over. Rapid fire revisions and finalized invitations in 7 days. Today we are 2 months out from the wedding and the invitations went out beautifully addressed by Hyegraph. They eliminated all the stress I was feeling about the invitations and delivered a beautiful product. I can't thank them enough.

I cannot recommend Hyegraph and Munnie Tran enough! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We ordered our wedding invitation suite and thank you cards from Hyegraph and I had a custom design in mind that Munnie helped bring to life as well as gave thoughtful suggestions and design ideas that made them even more beautiful than I was thinking of. More importantly when going through the crazy wedding planning process, Munnie was patient, very responsive, and so reassuring when I had any (and many) doubts. Even when almost a week before the wedding I wanted to do a custom cocktail napkin design, she made it happen so flawlessly. My only regret is that we didn't do our save the dates, welcome bag cards and other day-of materials through Hyegraph. Yes, there are many online options for your invite and stationary needs. But there is something to be said about doing some things in person and creating yet another wonderful experience surrounding your wedding day. Truly, you won't regret having that experience with Hyegraph!

When deciding on our wedding invitations, we knew we wanted to include both English and Armenian language invitations. We came across a few options, but Hyegraph seemed to have the best reviews, and rightfully so! We were initially hesitant, as we live in Los Angeles and their business is based out of San Francisco. However, after speaking with Jacques, it was clear he would patiently work with us via email and phone calls until we could find the perfect invitation that we envisioned within our budget. He gave us a list of options with notes regarding pricing, materials, and how each option reflected our ideas. He was knowledgeable, professional, always prompt in his responses, and flexible with our requests. The final product of our invitations and RSVP cards turned out beautifully - they were elegant, high quality, and just as we expected. Working with Jacques and Munnie was a breeze, and we will surely consider them again for any future invitation needs!

Where do I begin! Jacques was a wonderful partner to me in planning my wedding. Not only was he able to execute everything in a timely manner with such a calming presence, he was also very instrumental in helping me to understand all the different elements that go into creating name cards, seating arrangements, table numbers etc. Without Jacques I think I would have become totally overwhelmed. He handled it all and it showed in the final results. There were no spelling errors, no inconsistencies, no lack of style and elegance to the elements of our invitations etc. I can't tell you how much I leaned on him for help, and his turnaround times were incredibly quick. If you're thinking of doing this on your own, or through an online portal, DON'T! It will become more stressful when you're close to your wedding date and you'll want a professional to help you manage it. Hire Hyegraph, because Jacques will take care of it and he'll do it with calm kindness too.

We worked with Hyegraph for our wedding invitations and wedding table place cards. We really enjoyed working with Munnie - she helped us to understand all of the different options we had for invitations and where we could make customizations to optimize cost. The fact that we could chat in person with their team in SF while also getting a reasonable price for our invitations was amazing. Munnie and Jacques were very responsive, helpful and flexible - we gave them multiple lists and had to make last minute changes and this never caused an issue. We were very happy with the finished product for both the invitations and place cards. We also got numerous compliments from our guests on the invitations!

I loved working with the Hyegraph team. I had a unique scenario in that I was getting married on the east coast, but planning from the west. Munnie and her team made it very easy for me to get my invitations on the west coast and mail them from here, so I didn't have to deal with shipping to the east coast and cutting the timing too close. Also, I went into the shop with a full design, as opposed to creating one there, yet Munnie helped me to make sure everything would look perfectly and just how I had wanted our invitation suite to turn out. She can work with you to come up with color and paper options that will be as economical or extravagant as you'd like. Thank you Munnie and the Hyegraph team!

When I came to Hyegraph, I was at my wit's end. I was feeling completely defeated by the process of creating my wedding invitations. I was afraid that I would be going to one more meeting with generic options that cost a fortune. Luckily for me, a friend of mind recommended Munnie at Hyegraph! Munnie gave a perfect consultation. She clearly sensed that this was a tense process for me. She stepped back and gave my fiance and myself a lot of space to look everything over. She gave advice here and there and answered questions, but mostly she let us sit with the materials and talk things over. As we looked through book after book, I started to feel more dejected than ever. I had all but given up on the idea of finding something that would really represent us. This is where Munnie really shined. She stepped in and listened to what I was really hoping for. She came up with the amazing idea of us using our own image on the invitations. My fiance decided to use a painting we had been given as a wedding gift, something beautiful and deeply personal to us. A graphic artist at Hyegraph cropped the photo to create the different components of the invitiation - the invite, rsvp card, details card, and so on. Munnie walked us through the process of getting the wording and images just right. Later when we needed more wedding invitations, Munnie did her best to get what we needed quickly. I am so relieved that a friend recommended Hyegraph to me when I was at the end of my rope. Thank you Hyegraph for your contribution to my special event!

Munny was an amazing person to work with. She made the process very easy, and was very patient with me. I went to the store several times to look at invitations, and she was always so kind to write quotes for any invitations I liked that day. There are A LOT of binders to look through, so having a generalized idea of what you want could help point her in the right direction as far as binders to pull when looking at samples. Then as you have a better idea, then you can really narrow down the binders when questions of colors available, fonts, phrases, etc. come into play. When it came time for the actual decision making, she was very open to any questions, offered her suggestions, and was always trying to accommodate our requests as best she could. The end result, was a personalized invitation with our colors that everyone appreciated and loved, especially my husband and I. To be more cost effective, I chose to have the invitations un-assembled. But that was ok - it was a fun DIY project! The cost was very reasonable for what we were looking for, and again, the final product was beautiful. Munny is a wonderful person to work with, and I would definitely point any bride in her direction.

Hyegraph has a lot of sample invitation books to choose from. They are so helpful in selecting the perect invite for your wedding (or any event). They are full service with caligraphy printing for your evelopes too. They are very detail oriented and really want to get your invites just right for you. Highly recommend Hyegraph.

Everything really came out so beautifully...from the invitations to the Table Cards and place cards. Jaques was so responsive and nice to work with. My mom and I both truly enjoyed the experience with Jacques and Hyegraph. I would definitely recomend them to anyone that asked.

Picking out wedding invitations can be overwhelming. Thankfully, my cousin recommended Jacques at Hyegraph to me, and I can see why. He has been, hands-down, the BEST wedding vendor I have been working with. None have been as responsive (he emails back lightning fast), thorough (he has emailed me friendly reminders making sure I was on track to give him my guest list for calligraphy printing), and best of all--friendly! He has been helpful with suggesting different styles of papers as needed, and has never been pushy. Not only did I order invitations from him, he also did a beautiful calligraphy printing job on the invitations. Working with Hyegraph has been a very easy process. We simply showed up, looked through his extensive collection of invitation sample binders. Then we chose the style we liked and placed the order. Jacques suggested we order a few extra invitations just in case, and boy, am I glad we did.....! I was getting ready to leave for two weeks of international travel and decided to stuff and stamp all of my invitations in one sitting so that I could mail them a week before I left. Somehow, I did not notice that I hadn't affixed postage to one of the envelopes and off to the Post Office it went, only to be returned to me the very next day. You can imagine my anxiety, as I was now mere days away from leaving. Jacques quickly printed a new envelope by the next business day. Not only did he print it so quickly, but when I had dropped off the envelope, he saw the stamps in my box and offered to mail the invitation for me! This saved me from having to take time out of my work to make a trip back to the store for pick up. Now that's service! It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jacques at Hyegraph and I highly recommend Hyegraph for your wedding invitations and calligraphy printing. Leave it to a professional, folks! Don't try it at home. We will definitely be back in a few weeks when it is time to print our reception table place cards!
