Hy's Limousine Worldwide

I'm going to give one star because mostly people who give no stars are just angry and I'm not angry I'm just disappointed. So I requested a quote online because I was trying to get a quick price....I thought It was a good price but I needed to check with my friends.... once I confirmed with my friends I called to book. After multiple attempts because "can you hold please" (means I'm going to hang up call back if you dare) I spoke with someone who gave me a quote for $780 dollars more than the online quote I had received. Figuring I must have called the wrong number took the quote thanked them and hung up ...I then went back online and took a picture of the exact quote (vehicle, location destination etc.) On my second "round of calls" you'll see when/if you call I spoke with a pleasant lady who gave me a quote for $810 dollars more than my online quote but this time knowing I had the right number I questioned the quote and I was told that it wasn't possible so I would have to wait on the phone while she confirmed that my quote was correct. I was then told that the quote online was wrong and wouldn't be honored .... I then asked if she could speak with a manager to try and reach a resolution but instead I'm writing this post because It wasn't worth spending valuable time to not honor an online quote......so If you use this company please take a picture or get in writing your contact because if not your event could be in jeopardy....

I used Hy's Limo for my wedding and everything went perfectly! The price was reasonable and the limo was early for each of the day's events. Truly enjoyed the entire experience.

We used Hys Limousine for our wedding and they were fantastic. Very competitive rates and top notch service. Jeremy was our driver and he did an exceptional job. He was professional, courteous and very patient. We ended up having more people stay at our hotel than expected and Jeremy made sure that everyone made it to our wedding on time. He also made multiple trips after our wedding to make sure everyone made it back safely, while always remaining professional. I would recommend Hys Limo to anyone in need of a transportation service. We used Hy's Limousine for the morning we left for our honeymoon and they were amazing. They were on time and were easy to work with. The limo was clean and the ride was quick. Definitely worth using for any type of event

I was a little concerned about the traffic on a Friday night. I called a to see if they would be able to start a bit early. Jeremy picked up the guys on time and got them to church before expected, pick up myself and the girls- he helped with baggage and made sure everyone got on the bus ok. After the wedding on our way to the reception he got us there before our schedule again! He was wonderful to work with! I would use them again in the future!

They were on time and really let our crazy group have fun and was so professional and flexible with all the different stops we made. We could hook up our phones and listen to music and dance and drink!

Easy to book, easy to confirm, and no problems the day of. The driver was very accommodating and on time. The limo bus included champagne and water. Not much more we could ask for! Thanks!!

We were looking for a company to just do a drop off at our venue, and we found Cosmopolitain Limo, one of the few companies around us that would do just a one way drop off. We were notified by Cosmopolitan that they were bought out by Hy's. We thought we had nothing to worry about because they were such a well known limo company, however that was not the case. Knowing that I was getting ready at my parent's house and their address isn't always in a GPS or online directions, we gave our contact typed up directions and gave a number to reach us when we made our final payment. She told us she would put them with everything so the driver would get them. The day of the wedding, the driver was a half hour late! I got an email from them 15 minutes prior to my pickup time with the driver's name and number. I had my dad on the phone with him and I was on the phone with the company and the guy I spoke to wasn't very nice about it, and ofcourse put the blame on us. Thanfully the driver was nice and got us there as quickly as he could taking the fast lane all the way.

Party bus was clean and in great shape. Our driver was excellent, even in the snow. Showed up earlier than on time and helped out a lot!

Overall great expereince and really great price. The driver forgot to turn on the AC when he first picked everyone up, but once that got going the party could start.

Very happy with the service we received from hys limousine. They were easy to book with and very friendly and helpful. They had a huge variety of limo's and party buses to choose from too!! The day of the wedding the driver was fun, professional, personable. I would def. recommend them to anyone.

Great value!! Had the driver make three trips to the church since we were so close- he arrived on time and was incredibly professional. Everything went so smoothly. Worth every cent!

Hy's was very helpful with my ever changing timeframe and showed up on time. I couldn't have asked for more from a limo company.

Didn't know where to go the day of my wedding! 1 out of 3 Drivers was normal! Spent alot of time on the phone and went there explaining our day and what types of limos we wanted. Pre-paided was promised the world. Day of TERRIBLE. They didn't care about us alot, worst service. Please really save yourself. It would of been better if I drove myself!!

I got the big party bus for my wedding, and it worked out great! The driver was very nice, and the bus was beautiful! Very new, clean and perfect for what we needed it for! From my house, to the church, and then to the reception hall. My friend actually used the same bus, and I was a bridesmaid, and we had the same experience. I also did research on other companies, and this happened to be the best price I found in CT! I would definatley recommend them!

We ordered a 25 person limo bus and it was great. Our bridal party and their dates were able to fit comfortably. Limo was clean and fully stocked with champagne. The driver was very prompt and very helpful to the bridal party.

the limo was clean.;the driver was late and rude. he didnt know how to get to our reception site. and he tried to get money from my mom even thought tip is already included in price.
