n to boho to traditional. I chose to work with a senior bridal stylist, and I loved it. Bridget was so knowledgeable, affirming, and efficient. I was in good hands the entire time. My family and friends who came with me were impressed by Bridget.

The ordering process was easy. It was also super easy to return the dress for proper preservation. I would recommend this store to anyone!

had some dresses picked out based on my preferences I listed before coming in and while they were all amazing, they weren’t “the one”. I asked if they had any black dresses and she quickly brought me two, I tried on the first one and ABSOLUTELY fell in love! it was everything i asked for and more. Everyone I worked with the was great with communication and really made me feel like the moment was about me. I cannot recommend them enough!

I tried on at least 8 more dresses to make sure, but none of them held a candle to the first one. I highly recommend at least making an appointment here if you are looking for your wedding dress.

azing to work with! I remember trying on a few dresses and thinking that they were all good but none were ‘the one’. Brittany was very kind and patient and asked me what I was looking for that the dresses I tried on did not have. Even though our time slot was up, she asked me to wait and she ran to the racks to get two more dresses for me to try on. One of the two dresses turned out to be ‘the one’! Throughout the process, Brittany was very proactive about helping me to find matching accessories such as a veil and even recommended hair clips and earrings. She even gave me detailed instructions on what to expect from alterations and how to store the dress before the wedding day. I could tell that she is passionate about her craft and really enjoys helping brides find their dream dress and look good on their big day. When Brittany wasn’t around, other stylists stepped in to help me with fittings and pick up. I am so grateful to the entire team at I Do Bridal for helping me to look and feel like a princess on my wedding day! For brides looking for your dream gown, I would highly recommend I Do Bridal for their excellent selection, professionalism and expertise.

She had really listened to me about my insecurities when we had spoken on the phone and didn't pick anything that wasn't in my budget or comfort level. My mom can be difficult sometimes and she was tired and frustrated from the previous stores we went to and not in the best mood. Within the first few dresses all that melted away and Cait joked around with us and put us at ease. She found me the perfect dress and put no pressure on me whatsoever to buy it that day. She walked away and gave us time to talk alone which helped with my anxiety about the decision. I got to take the dress home with me that day! I feel so comfortable in my dress and I am so grateful for Cait and that special moment that she created for my mom and I. It is something I will always cherish and did not expect to happen. ded up with after making an appointment at their yearly clearance event. A pushy sales associate(Cait) convinced me if I didn't like the dress, they would work something out with me.(Against my better judgment with their strict no returns policy) I called the store within 12 hours of purchase after not being able to sleep that night, knowing this dress was not the one and that I felt taken advatange of. I tried to work out something with the owner who told me to resell the dress and that she would send me stock photos to help me do so. I never received the stock photos. I reached back out unhappy with the "customer service" I had received so far and I spoke to another employee(unknown name) that said I could change my tip amount if I was unhappy. I said I would do that because at least something was coming back to me. The sales associate said they had to send the request to the owner to change a tip amount. The owner reached out to me via email and said she would only change my tip to $0.00 if I signed a Non-disclosure agreement, that enforced me to not leave negative reviews about the store or say anything "negative" about the store on social media etc. I declined to sign that because of the terrible customer service I had received and that my main problem was never even resolved.(I don't like the dress I spent 2k on and received no assistance in making anything better after being told they would do something). The store owner then accused me of extortion? and has stopped replying to me. As you can see by what happened to me the store owner will go to great lengths to not provide customer service or any assistance at all. Because they do have a no returns policy I was unable to dispute this with my bank even though the sales associate said they would help me if I didn't love it. In hind-site I should have gone by what was in writing. If you google this store on Reddit, its been picketed before by other upset brides/families who went through awful customer service and being treated like crap by the owner. I would say if you know exactly what you want at this store go for it, but if you aren't sure, I would not recommend coming here. There are many other bridal shops in Seattle that have provided me an excellent experience thankfully after this awful event. The entire staff/seamstress will tell you how great the dress is and how perfect it is for you. They are really nice when you are about to spend money. Once there is a problem there is no help. I haven't dealt with such bad customer service in a long time and it's really crappy that it happened to me for my wedding dress and at such a steep amount. Lesson learned!

She made excellent recommendations and was super warm and bubbly throughout the entire process. I brought my mom with me to my dress appointment (limited to only 1 guest due to COVID at the time), and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. I'd highly recommend taking a look at dresses here!

I ended up finding a designer I really loved, and my stylist Cait helped me find and compare dresses in their line. Cait is phenomenal - she was so kind, made me feel comfortable, was incredibly knowledgeable (she offered advice on possible alterations I could make), and made the experience fun. I was so nervous about finding a dress and being the center of attention, but Cait put me at ease and was very reassuring. Thank you to all the staff, I highly recommend I Do Bridal.

I know, I know – but I’d only gone out once and I wanted to play dress-up for another day (it was in the depth of COVID, so I missed out on a lot of genuine celebration…). So, off I went to neighborhood boutique and tried on other dresses. I found my exact dress (in a different color, but same model), and I was thrilled to experience that elation that comes from knowing you picked your perfect dress when I put it back on. Perfect. …Well, almost. It was in a different color, and my heart skipped a beat – would it be possible to simply change the color of the dress? I called up I Do Bridal immediately - at 3:00 PM PDT on a Friday - to ask. One of their ladies was still in the boutique, and she said, “Well, the designer is in New York, which is three hours ahead, so I can call to see, but no guarantees anyone will even be in the shop.” I waited breathlessly and hoped for the best. My phone rang. I answered to the I Do Bridal associate saying, “We’re a ‘go’ - be ready to sign what’s about to pop into your email – there was one person in the office in New York still working, and she said your dress’ under-color fabric hasn’t been cut yet. She’s willing to adjust the order right now before she goes home!” I have never signed any paperwork more quickly in my life. Thanks to this boutique’s prompt and professional communication – I got my dream dress!

I went to Samila Bridal in West Seattle where there was way less pressure and found the dress of my dreams after they let me try on half the store to make sure I saw all the options.

After a quick conversation about the type of dresses I liked (there were a lot) and how indecisive I am, and a quick perusal through my Pinterest board, she went off and picked my first round of dresses. Low and behold, the first dress I tried on was the winner. I had pinned it 3 different times unknowingly on my Pinterest board and Jennifer mentioned they had it in the shop! After that, every dress I tried on compared to the first one. I tried on a variety of dresses. Jennifer was patient and so helpful with her perspective when I tried on dresses after “the one.” She did so in a way, that made me feel so comfortable and reinforced my decision. I did have an appointment at another dress shop the same day and I Do Bridal allowed me to book additional appointment for later that afternoon to have my say yes to the dress moment, if I didn’t find something I liked better. After a disappointing experience at the other bridal dress shop, with every dress comparing to the first one I tried on that day, we eagerly came back to have my say yes to the dress moment. I highly recommend visiting I Do Bridal to find a wedding dress.

When I tried on a dress and gave feedback “I love the bottom of this, but wish it was XYZ top” or “I prefer this material but with this” she somehow would come back with exactly what I requested. It’s like they have a secret vault of every dress out there. Lauren knew the inventory like the back of her hand, checked on customizing and really just all around provided excellent service. I ended up saying yes to the dress at I Do Bridal and can’t wait for it to arrive!!! Thank you thank you Lauren for being so patient with me!!

When the dress came in it was way too small couldn't zip it by 2 in the bust was 3 sizes too big had beads falling off the shoulder strap. But not wanting to leave without the dress and the ladies assuring me it could be fixed i took it. I took it to get alterations and got it altered but it still wasn't the same or even close. After I picked it up called and talked with owner it was clear they didn't want to help any further. So ya I wouldn't recommend this place

Kiana took the time to make me feel extra special and even accessorized my final look. I ended up purchasing a gown and earrings that Kiana had selected and even went with the alterations store that she highly recommended (which did stunning work I must say!!). Overall, I Do Bridal was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding dress process; they communicated efficiently (even notified me via email+phone when my dress arrived in store ahead of time), were kind and supportive, and even celebrated with my mom and I, offering us champagne when we found the perfect dress. I cannot thank everyone at I Do Bridal enough! Thank you for making my day extra special!

I did find a dress I loved at I Do, but I felt I needed to try some other options first. Lauren did not try to push me into buying the dress and wished me sincere luck. I then went to a few other bridal shops, none of which held a candle to Lauren and I Do Bridal. And as I went to other shops, I realized the dress from I Do was the one. Lauren got me right in to say yes to the dress, we had a champagne toast, and it was one of the most joyous days of my life spent with my mom, best friend, and Lauren. Once again Robin checked in on us and was so supportive and helpful. I cannot thank Lauren and Robin at I Do Bridal enough.

y get my measurements and they made it so easy! I came back later on to pick out a veil and they let me try on my dress so we could find the perfect matching veil. What I liked most, was that they gave their honest opinions about how certain dresses looked on me, and how they looked with my veil. That way I was sure that I was picking the right dress and they weren't just telling me that I looked "perfect" in everything I put on. Would definitely recommend!

Although I was there by myself, the staff at IDB still made it a fun experience for me, and even helped to FaceTime my mom in when I had chosen the dress I loved. Jen and her team are so sweet and helpful; out of all of the stores I went to, the best stylists I worked with were at I Do Bridal. They had great tips for me as I tried to figure out which kind of dress I was looking for. When I found another dress that I liked elsewhere but it exceeded my budget (why consultants at other stores put you in dresses you can't afford, I still can't figure out!), the IDB team found me a practically identical dress at their store that was within my budget! I can't thank them enough for their help, and since I worked with them, I have sent several of my friends to their store and they've bought their dresses there, too! I came in a little nervous because I'd had some negative experiences at another salon, and the staff at I Do Bridal really helped me get over that and made me feel amazing (and, well, like a bride). The consultant I worked with really helped me find a dress that fit my personality and my body shape. I ended up finding my dream dress here, and bought my accessories as well. They don't do alterations, but they had a great list of recommended places that I ended up choosing someone from. My dress and accessories arrived in plenty of time, and I didn't have to break the bank for my dream dress. Thank you, I Do Bridal, for the amazing experience.

but definitely "get it" looking back. We had more room and I didn't feel rushed at all. Tiffany worked with me and did an incredible job. I was one of those indecisive brides, but Tiffany really helped me take ownership over my decision and in the end I did find the perfect dress for me within my budget. Tiffany never showed me dresses outside of my budget nor things that were wildly different from what I wanted, which I appreciated as my "last stop" of wedding dress shopping weekend. My dress came a couple of months early and was given to me in a really nice bag. I had a great experience at I Do Bridal and would recommend them to anyone.

It was recommended I come back for a Maggie Sottero pop-up, which I did with just my daughters and FOUND MY DRESS! The discount was amazing and the experience with every person at the shop was top notch. After a terrible experience looking for bridesmaid dresses at David's, we came back and were able to find both bridesmaid dresses in under an hour. All of our dresses came in earlier than quoted and everything was exactly as we expected. So, so happy!

my to help select some dresses and then pulled a few additional styles since I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. They were very professional and weren’t pushing me to buy a dress. They were even having a big “one day sale” the day I came in and I thought I would feel pressure to buy one right then. But they were great to not show me a dress over my price limit and didn’t pressure me to purchase one that day. The dress I fell in love with was within my price range and fortunately stayed that way outside of the sale!! I was so happy to have shopped there for my gown and those who helped me were great.
