My husband and I absolutely loved having Bryana as our day of coordinator! She was very helpful, thorough, enthusiastic, and made lots of great suggestions. We planned on doing an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, so when it started to rain and we started to stress, she made sure everything was brought indoors and that it all looked beautiful. She made our wedding day go by so smoothly and was great at keeping our vendors in check. Her prices were also extremely affordable and good for the value of services she provides. Overall, we highly recommend her if you’re looking for a wedding planner :)
As a Type A bride, I thought I could plan our wedding on my own. About a month after getting engaged and starting to organize everything, I decided to hire a wedding coordinator. I found Bryana, we had an introduction call, and right away, I knew she was the right fit! She helped find us the perfect venue, with everything we ever wanted in it! She was so excellent at making sure I didn't miss any detail of our day. She was friendly, responsive, helpful, and just overall amazing! We truly could not have asked for a better person to help us with our big day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Bryana was wonderful to work with. I felt like she really took time to understand who we are as a couple and to make sure not only that the wedding ran smoothly, but also that we had fun and enjoyed our special day together. True to the business name, she remembered and took care of every detail! We could not have done it without her.
We loved working with Bryana! We hired her as our day of coordinator and she was WONDERFUL. She’s an absolute pro and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. She really took the time to get to know us and made our wedding day a dream. If you want your wedding to go smoothly, book her asap!
Bryana is not only 5 star but also 5 diamond! She goes above and beyond to make wedding dreams come true! Her attention to detail is amazing! Very professional! I definitely dropped the ball of some things and she was right there to pick it up without missing a beat. Her assistant Jaime was a godsend as well! I really don’t know what I would have done with out the both of them!! It’s the best money I’ve ever spent! If I had any advice it’s hire her for EVERYTHING not just the day of stuff! That was my one mistake! You will not be disappointed!!
Bryana was great! Leading into the ceremony she made sure to get all the little details about how we wanted to conduct the Nikah ceremony based on our background.
In the days right before the ceremony she kept all our vendors on track and helped us spot and solve issues as soon as they came up. For example, we had an issue come up where we hadn't ordered some linens and she immediately contacted our rental vendor and went out of her way to pick them up for us.
During our wedding day we did not have to think at all about who was where and what needed to happen next, she was on top of all of it and made sure we had everything we needed.
Bryana was excellent and we can’t recommend her highly enough to be your wedding coordinator. She thought of every detail we did not and made our day so magical. She was so organized and calm which allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the day. Bryana also was very involved in making sure every guest was taken care of. She went table to table and helped guests and staff members. Our vendors loved her as well because she gave them direction and structure to keep things moving smoothly. Again, we can’t recommend Bryana highly enough. She is the secret to a magical perfect day! ❤️
I was actually bartending a wedding and had recently been engaged, when I saw Bryana working a wedding and was immediately sold on her attention to detail, communication with everyone, and smiling face. From the beginning of our consultation to the last minute of my wedding night she didn’t miss a beat. Her suggestions, advice, and desire to really listen to all my wants made the entire process so easy. She really cares about every detail and making the day run smooth and keep you, your groom, both parties and family happy. Love her and recommend her 100 times over
I am so serious when I say my wedding day would not have happened if it wasn’t for Bryanna! I mean it would have, but it most likely would have been a complete disaster! I hired her about 3 months out, about that time that you really start realizing how much is left to do and what it’s actually going to take to make all your planning actually come to life! Bryanna was cool, calm, and collected throughout the planning and most importantly (to me at least) the day of! She was a god send and I can’t say it enough times, WE COULDN’T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT HER!
When I was first looking for a day of coordinator, I went with one in my budget and I ended disliking her way of doing things. Then, I remember this other coordinator who had taken the time to reach out to me. So, I called her up and let her know what was going on. I knew right then that Bryana Dean was going to save the day. She is such an amazing coordinator. I had ALOT of compliments about her the day of and after my wedding. Everyone was impressed with her and my husband said, “I’m so glad we hired her because she knows how to get stuff done”. She made sure my vision was complete. She also helped contribute to ideas when I was stuck. Also, major points, she makes sure the bride and groom EAT!!! She was a huge help and made my day go as smooth as it could. I would recommend her to anyone who was wanting a coordinator. She really is the best.
Bryana is a sweetheart and such a pleasure to work with. She is very creative and helped bring our vision for the day to reality.
