I Do Events offers couples a range of services in order to bring to life their very own fairytale wedding. The team offers free consultations and showroom appointments to afford clients the opportunity to share their inspiration for their day with the talented designers. Items available include lounge furniture, arbors, chairs and chair covers, drapery, candles, as well as many other items of furniture and decor. Set up and tear down services, as well as a day-of coordinator are available to ensure that your vision for your chosen event space is seamlessly assembled and executed.

I worked with I DO for our rentals as well as floral and could not be happier! They really took the time to understand what we wanted and made our vision come to life! Communication was phenomenal every step of the way and they were very responsive with any questions! They made our special day so perfect!
We rented tables, chairs, linens, and draping & lighting services through their Quad Cities location. I Do Events did amazing delivering everything as promised in such a timely manner. Their communication and organization was perfect and they executed exactly what we wanted! I cannot recommend them enough!
Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the staff at I Do Events! I used both their rental and floral services and am so so thankful for the amazing work they did. Our florals turned our absolutely AMAZING and we have gotten SO many compliments on how great they all looked and how the colors went so well together. They also did a floral arch for our ceremony that we repurposed for our reception and it turned out so so good!! Cannot recommend them enough!
the ladies at I Do are all so pleasant, helpful, + easy to work with! Renting + returning is an easy process, + of course they are there to help with whatever you may need!

Heather at I Do Events was SO helpful and easy to work with throughout our wedding planning process, and of course on the big day as well! Because of COVID, our guest count fluctuated a lot throughout the planning process, but Heather was always willing to help us through any changes and requests we made, and did so in a timely fashion. She even sent us sample pictures before our wedding day to make sure everything looked exactly how we wanted it to! On our actual wedding day, all the decor looked flawless, and really even better than we had imagined. And we didn’t have to take it all with us when we left! I would highly recommend renting with I Do Events - it made our wedding day stress-free and easy!
They ordered me my dream linens, and it really made the space so romantic. Their selection is amazing, and their staff is super helpful and friendly.
I Do Events creates my dream reception! Everything was absolute perfection! I wanted everything white and silver, and a ton of candles, which is exactly what I got. I also ordered a chandelier with ceiling draping and it turned out beautifully! Their staff worked for 12 straight hours to make my reception vision a reality! All our guests were blown away with the decor! I would 100% recommend this company to future brides hands down!!
I Do Events provided the linens and napkins for my daughters wedding this past wedding. They are an amazing place to work with. I never worried about the delivery or pick-up of anything. All the linens were clean, ironed, and the colors matched perfectly. Highly recommend them!! Very nice and friendly staff!!
I Do Events made my dream wedding come true! I was so pleased and impressed with the staff and their level of professionalism, knowledge, and flexibility. They responded in a timely manner and were very respectful each time. If you want your wedding to be beautiful and not have to worry about a thing, I Do Events is your best choice! As the bride, I was fully confident in their team setting up the venue for my special day, and not only did they execute exactly what I wanted, but they killed it!

I Do Events was phenomenal! We used them along with Create A Scene for all of our ceremony and reception decor and floral. It was exactly my visions and came together perfectly!
The I-Do team are very friendly and were extremely helpful. We used them for the chair covers and sashes along with garden lights across the ceiling. They did an awesome job with setup and everything looked great! Would definitely recommend them to others.
We rented chiavari chairs from I Do events for our September wedding. Throughout the planning process, I Do Events was a top notch vendor. They continued to follow up with me after my initial contact, and were very quick to respond to any additional question after booking. I had a special request to change my delivery date to Friday, and they made it happen with no problems. They showed up exactly on time and had the chairs set in little time. If you book with I Do Events, you will have a stress-free/hassle-free experience. I highly recommend them.
I have to admit, I did not do my research when it came to rentals. My sister had used I Do for her wedding and didn't seem to have a problem, but I should have looked further into other renters in the area. I rented more than enough linens for my wedding reception, as I was advised, and they're claiming that they need more money from me because they brought more than I had asked for. What a nightmare! They claim that my wedding planner had asked for them, but she told me that everything I had ordered was fine. It truly broke my heart to come back from my honeymoon to emails and voicemails heckling me for $25. That is no way to run a business, especially weddings! I truly do not want anyone else to have to go through what this feels like.
The I-Do team was great! I rented chairs, a table, and a few other small things. They kept in contact and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was set up nicely for our ceremony. We accidentally took one of the rentals and they were nice about it and we dropped it off later! Thank you!
Heather and Brittany and the rest of the I Do Crew were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our entire wedding process. Their expertise in design and customization for our reception gave everything the perfect touch.

I Do Events was incredible to work with. They created an amazing ceremony space in a historic hotel, and also helped me create beautiful centerpieces for the reception. I also ordered my programs and escort cards through them with their graphic designer, and they were amazing--she was able to make exactly what I wanted and we had something super customized and personal. I really appreciated that whenever I had questions, they had answers about EVERYTHING, I would have been totally lost without them! Not only was this a way better option than trying to DIY things, it was much more cost effective, but they're total pros with everything weddings, and they're all fun ladies! I'm so glad we found them, my wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful or organized without them!

I DO Events was a WONDERFUL wedding vendor and definitely the right choice! They were very professional, helpful, and nice. They offered suggestions on what would look good for my wedding theme, but were never pushy about anything and always listened to my opinion and what I would like. They even went out of their way to find tableclothes in the color that I wanted when they didn't originally have the color in their warehouse. I would absolutely recommend working with them for your wedding!

I Do Events / Create A Scene was great to work with!! They are affordable and take the time to make your day as special as you can dream it to be. Tables are created during the appointment, so there is no “imagining” what it will look like. Their supply is large, all while having many unique items, as a bride this is great to hear….it means endless options . We met with them around 3-4 times to make sure everything was perfect; they were able to meet every time we requested. They even stayed a little past our appointment when we were being indecisive about table décor. Truly a great group of girls to work with, they definitely know their stuff!!
I rented chair covers, table runners (satin+ sequin) and table skirting. I contacted them primarily over email through the Champaign office. I was please with my rental as I thought they were very affordable. I was just short a few chair covers so I had to use the extras they give for ones being dirty/stained. LOVED the table runners! Added a great accent to my reception.
I Do Events handled our rentals and flowers. Everything was perfect! I gave a 4 for service because as an out-of-town bride, I found it difficult at times to schedule times I could meet with them. They very rarely have Saturday appointments and seemed unwilling to budge on this. I understand, as most events are on Saturdays but at the same time, I only needed 30 minutes. Regardless, they were great working with, their flowers and designs were modern, and the have a huge inventory of rentals.
I-Do events was great to work with! I had fun meeting with their consultant going through their catalogs and seeing what they have. I ended up renting a double door to use for my ceremony (which made the set up look perfect), and then I rented chair covers with sashes for my reception. While they are a little expensive, it was totally worth it! The quality was great, and the chair covers completed how the reception hall looked. They also came plenty early for set up so everything was done on time. I would definitely suggest using them!
I Do Events was great to work with. The in-person consultation was exactly what I was looking for. It was great to see the table covers and color options in person, as the look very different in a catalog than they do on top of a table. Lisa was fun to work with and always seemed excited about the wedding. However, the BEST part of their service was the "flip" service. Our wedding and reception was in the same space, and they were able to flip it and get everything set up in about 45 minutes. And it all looked beautiful! The tear-down service was wonderful as well. No worries for us or our parents on cleaning up after the reception. I Do Events made our wedding a stress and worry-free affair! Thank you!
We rented linens, chair covers and table runners from I Do Events. They were easy to meet with and had lots of options. They arrived on time to set everything up and tear down was done fast. My reception was held at the Royal Community Building which was a new venue for them and they did a wonderful job!
Initally, I was going to rent the majority of all the decorations for the wedding reception. After doing some research I decided to only rent the candelabra sets and chiavari chairs from I Do Events. Everything else was a little more pricey however, their prices for those two items were unbeatable. The showroom in Washington is amazing! I do recommend everyone go visit that; it's got endless possibilities. They set up, tear down, etc all their items. It was great working with Kristy and she made the ballroom look amazing. It truly looked like something out of a movie and I loved it! Definitely recommend these gals!
I used I Do Events out of Bettendorf, IA, and will highly recommend Nicole to any bride looking for that extra "pizzazz" to brighten up the reception. She was extremely friendly and accommodating to work with and also full of creative ideas. Our guests were amazed at how stunning the room looked and I just could not have been happier with the end result!
We chose to work with I-Do rentals to add a few finishing touches to get the vintage, glamourous, look we wanted for the reception (Chairs, overlays,etc). They really helped us find some nice pieces to complete the look, and everything was beautiful! We had no problems with set-up or tear down. We also ran into trouble with a windy evening causing wax damage to the overlays and the ladies at I-Do really worked with us to come to a solution, which was greatly appreciated! Overall, this is a company that is here to make weddings beautiful and stress-free without nickel and diming you like so many similar businesses do! It was a great experience!
I Do Events made all of my wedding dreams come true! They worked SO hard creating and planning all of the details and decorations for our wedding and reception. We ordered and rented flowers, ceremony programs, and reception decor through them and every single detail was perfect. Everything was beyond what we had expected or hoped for. We had so many guests rave about how beautiful it was and it's all thanks to I Do Events! They are truly professionals in the industry and I would recommend them to every one! I can't praise them enough!
I originally was working with another vendor that sold to I do events, no one contacted me and told me, which in return stressed me out, however once I did get in touch with someone they were very friendly and worked with my needs. I only ordered table linens so I don't know how everything else goes, I was overall satisfied.
I do events did a great job with decorating my wedding. I was happy with almost everything, the only thing is they disappeared during set up for about an hour and we were not able to finish our own decorations until they were done. Other than they everything turned out beautiful!
the women here were awesome. they helped us every step of the way. there had been a few problems with the order but they were quick to change the mistakes and took care of everything. they worked with the reception hall so i didnt have to worry about a thing when it came to setting up or tearing down.
I could not say enough good things about I Do Events. Walking into the reception and seeing everything for the first time was awesome! I Do really does transform the wedding reception. They were easy to work with and will help you create your look you are going for.
There are lots of options, and the girls were really nice. I'm really glad I was at the venue when they were setting up, though, because my head table would have ended up looking weird and bunchy, but they fixed it no problem.
I contacted I Do Events because I wanted uplighting for my wedding reception. The woman I worked with was very easy to work with and responded to my emails the same day. She answered any questions I had and I had no doubts or worries about working with them. She was able to set up the uplighting at the reception hall the day before and she came back to get them the next day so I wouldn't have to worry about anything. I know that I Do Events offers more services than this, but this is all I used them for. I'd feel very comfortable using them again for other events and would recommend them to anyone.

Nicole was great. She had so many options and really worked to understand my vision. We got a long from the start and I was really able to form my reception and decorations around the linens. She also helped me with wedding chairs and cocktail tables. Her prices are amazing! Perfect addition to my wedding
I rented table runners and up lighting and they did a good job, the up lighting was a hit.
I Do Events was absolutely amazing! I am so glad that I was referred to this organization with help for planning my wedding. Heather was fantastic! She was able to give me several ideas as well as point me to another organization that she works with for several more ideas. Both Heather from I Do Events and Kristy from Create-A-Scene were great! They were patient and helped to point me in directions that I wouldn't have necessarily thought of. Like some of my other vendors, they were very easy to work with and they were very happy to work within MY budget and not what they wanted to work within. They were able to turn my dream into a fantastic wedding! One that I will never forget!! :)
Without I Do Events, my wedding reception wouldn't have been complete! I used them for chair covers (with a sash), tabel runners, and a backdrop! Everything turned out great and it all looked amazing! :)
