I Do Events

These girls are by far the best! From day 1 they have been there answering all my questions and helping me in things that are not even wedding related! I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. My wedding was spectacular all thanks to I Do Events!

I hired I Do Events as my Day of Coordinator for my Indian Wedding Reception in July 2024, hoping for a seamless experience. Unfortunately, I did not receive the quality of service I expected. On the day of the event, I contacted Jennifer, who was not yet on-site but informed me that her assistant was present. However, all of my vendors were looking for this assistant, who was nowhere to be found. At least four vendors confirmed they had not seen the coordinator. I was left to question whether I had been misinformed about the assistant's presence or if they were simply unaccounted for leading up to the event. When I arrived at the ballroom an hour before the event, I finally saw Jennifer and her assistant. Despite being told they had experience with Indian receptions and weddings, it was evident they were out of their depth. I found myself having to guide them during my photoshoot regarding what needed to be done and correcting issues with the reserved signage and multiple other items that needed to be addressed. I hired a coordinator to ensure a smooth day and to avoid micromanaging details, yet I ended up doing just that which took away from my ability to fully enjoy and be present. While the coordinator did assist with the procession and entrance, for the price I paid, I could have asked family or friends to handle that for free. I even received feedback from family members who noted they had to instruct the coordinators on what to do, which was disappointing. Overall, my experience with I Do Events was not satisfactory, and if given the opportunity again, I would not consider their services.

Jennifer was amazing to work with! She checked in with me frequently throughout the entire process and was always available to answer any questions I had. She worked with me to set up a payment schedule for her services, and she was so accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid. She made everything flow seamlessly the day of our wedding so I didn't have to worry about anything.

She helps you negotiate fair prices for services, find reputable vendors, and organizes the wedding planning process for you. Although she is based in Orlando she planned our wedding for Tampa and never skipped a beat. She responds quickly to any questions or concerns you may have. She's experienced so she already has working relationships with a lot of vendors, which helps with negotiations and deciding what vendor you want to go with. We can't thank her enough for making our wedding day seamless and enjoyable.

Jennifer and her assistant were wonderful! We had a small wedding planned within three months and it went off without a hitch. She was available (easy to reach), pleasant, professional and provided great vendor recommendations when asked. You can tell she truly loves her job and I would hire her again!

Planning a wedding? I thought I could do this in my sleep, I thought I had it all figured out. Boy was I wrong! After a couple of months into planning, I was so stressed out and almost cancelled the wedding. My fiancé at the time said we should look into planners, so I did. Originally we had planned a wedding with over 200 guests with I Do Events and since COVID-19 happened, we were forced to reschedule or have an intimate wedding. We choose an intimate wedding instead and these girls were able to pull this off in such short notice and exactly how we wanted it to be. Went above and beyond to plan our wedding after planning for over a year. We had a virtual session and our family tuned in. It couldn’t of been anymore perfect. Truly blessed to have had the help of these ladies!

Here is a funny story! We have been planning our wedding for over a year now with Jennifer and her assistants. We had our venue picked out, dress, photographer, officiant and even the cake. It wasn't until all this happened with COVID-19 until I realized that I shouldn't wait any longer, I spoke to Jennifer and she was so kind and understanding and directed me to the right direction. I ended up using the company's Virtual program and I got married in front of all my friends and family, yet they all watched via their television/phones/computer. Honestly, I could of not done it without Jennifer and her girls. Im so happy I had them by my side all of this time and even though we are going through this crisis, I still got to marry the love of my life.

My wife and I decided to go with Jennifer and her team immediately after we met with them. Jennifer is so sincere and always worked with us and around our busy schedule. Our wedding was just as we pictured it; perfect.

Jennifer assisted me with planning my sisters wedding in Dominican republic at the casa de campo! Truly the best! I was under a lot of pressure because we were working with a real tight budget for our wedding. Even so we did the all inclusive package with I Do Events and these girls were able to make my ideal wedding come true and best of al IN MY BUDGET! Jennifer was amazing and her assistant Carolina was so sweet! They helped us from day 1 and even helped us with things they didn’t even need to do. I’m so thankful for these girls really!

Funny story here! I met Jennifer at the Hilton spa in Orlando, FL and we were talking about weddings and I was telling her how I have been with my significant other for 8 years and how I didn’t think we were going to get married. She told me “you’re gorgeous, he will ask soon and when he does I will be planning your wedding”. 4 months later on New Years, he got on one knee! I immediately thought of her and ran to call her. My husband and I had a intimate destination wedding in Puerto Rico. I thought that being that it was a destination wedding, I would have a good wedding planner, but that was not the case for me. I reached out to I Do Events about 3 months before my wedding and I when I tell you that Jennifer and her assistant was able to turn everything around is no joke! She even made sure that my marriage documents were sent (I did not even know how to do that). Love these girls!

I am not a big fan reviewer, but I had to this time. My wedding planner, Jennifer, went above and beyond for me. I mean she helped me with my put my wedding dress on for god sakes!
