Lauren and Julia truly made the whole experience planning our wedding so stress free. Julia was our day of coordinator and honestly she made the day so special and I did not have any worries! Lauren in the beginning made the decor shopping and small details decisions experience much easier as I am not creative at all! Also the communication and planning with the vendors was impeccable. They took away all the chaos from my husband and I and everything went off without a hitch and if it didn't we did not know! 10 /10! I would strongly reccomend them for every wedding! Super organized, professional and most importantly to me caring and patient. Thank you so much Julia an Lauren!

We could not have pulled of such a seamless and perfect wedding day without all of the help and coordination from Lauren! She is incredibly organized and made sure every single detail was accounted for. When we first started working together, she brought up questions about details that we hadn’t even thought of yet, and without her these would have been stressed about at the last minute or forgotten all together. The morning after our wedding I couldn’t find the special charm from my bouquet. I knew I didn’t take it off and was sure that it was gone. I reached out to Lauren and she knew exactly what box, inside of which bin, it was in. Her dedication to details prevented a sentimental object from getting lost on a very hectic day. Lauren and I Do Memorable Occasions is a must have partner for your big day!

So so so thankful that we hired Lauren! She went above and beyond our expectations and most of all, she kept us on track. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive for the whole year we worked with her. We were able to have a worry free wedding day experience thanks to her. She also did an extremely great job at setting up all our decor and making our ceremony and reception look STUNNING. Would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have a stress free and amazing wedding process. 11/10 on her services.

We originally reached out to Lauren because she was my best friend’s day of coordinator and she made the day flow so smoothly and took all the weight off the bride. She was not available for our wedding day, 10/4/24, but introduced us to Christina and it was a match made in heaven! Christina went above and beyond and helped make our day PERFECT! Although she was our day of coordinator, she was available for any questions we had from the time of signing, which was in December! She helped with narrowing down venders and giving honest opinions/feedback when asked! We had a sit down meeting with her about two months out which was very relaxing and informative. After that meeting we headed to a consultation with our venue/venue coordinator and it was nice to build that relationship all together. Christina did so much behind scenes that we’re sure we still don’t know everything she helped with! She was ready for anything and everything, we needed scissors, she had them, I had makeup on my dress, she had wipes. She even took pictures as we were walking around with our photographer and videographer, some of the best pictures from our special day. She built our timeline, kept us on schedule, reached out to venders, set reminders for final payments, handled tips, helped with set up and room flip, ran our rehearsal, brought decor back to our hotel and so much more. If you think a day of coordinator isn’t needed/out of budget, I highly recommend to rethink that decision and honestly re-budget somehow, there are affordable options out there (we did a lot of research and found someone that worked perfectly for us). It was nice knowing we had someone we trusted helping make our day special without having to sacrifice our friends and family missing certain events/moments for set up/tear down. For us, that was something we didn’t want to happen. We highly recommend I Do Memorable Occasions, Lauren and Christina are both phenomenal to work with and very responsive. Our day couldn’t have been more perfect, and that’s all thanks to Christina and I Do Memorable Occasions!

Lauren, as a "day-of" planner, was involved ~2 months before our wedding day. She was organized, detail-oriented, and streamlined a lot of our conversations with vendors in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day-of, she was amazing! Everything went according to our detailed scheduled, and when it didn't it wasn't apparent to us. She was calm, cool, and collected... any issues that did arise were handled immediately and quietly. If she was stressed, she didn't show it one bit! We couldn't recommend her services enough, worth every penny!

AMAZING WEDDING PLANNER! What can I say about Lauren??? This woman knows her stuff. My husband and I were looking for “a day of wedding coordinator”because we pretty much had the majority of the wedding planned. But we needed assistance with the wedding timeline! So I found Lauren on The Wedding Wire site. We spoke to so many wedding planners that we found or was referred too. But when we spoke to Lauren, we were sold. She was so sweet and was ready to hit the ground running! She communicated very well with us from the beginning of our meeting until the day of the wedding! We are so grateful to have hired her for our special day. She did a phenomenal job at planning, organizing and coordinating our wedding day. Our family, friends and photographer were so amazed at how calm, professional and so in tune Lauren was with handling a wedding size of over 200 guests all by herself. All of our guests mentioned that she was was on top of things and it showed. We were not worried at all. This helped me to stay a calmed bride because I hired a great wedding planning! Look no further!!! I couldn’t have made a better choice! Lauren is by for the best day of coordinator you could ever ask for! I knew I’d book her after our phone consult. Talk about above and beyond! She took a vision, and made it come to life! She was always in contact with me, and vendors! Extremely attentive, organized, and knowledgeable! I will continue to recommend her for everyone going forward! She made everything seem so easy! Not one thing went wrong for our wedding day, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! I want to start off by saying I cannot recommend Lauren enough! She did a phenomenal job making sure my June 3rd wedding was perfect! I took a chance with Lauren and it was the best decision made. A few months before my wedding a co-worker of mine who had recently gotten married suggesting having a wedding day of coordinator. Hiring a coordinator hadn’t even crossed my mind. My co-worker told me you will be grateful when your big day arrives and you have the help and someone to coordinate the day. I took her advice and starting researching online to find a day of coordinator. I came across I Do Memorial Occasions and decided to reach out to Lauren right away. She was completely unknown to my then Fiancé and I before, but finding her was the best thing that could have happened. Lauren is literally the most precise and organized person I have ever met. My other vendors kept telling us that she is very on top of things, easy to work with and one of the most organized coordinators ever. Lauren is so easy to communicate with and helped us develop a plan of how we wanted our wedding day to look. She also was a huge help in reaching out to our other vendors to coordinate details & timelines. She defiantly took the load off of our shoulders as my groom and I both work inflexible hours and didn’t always have the time to coordinate with them. I am absolutely positive our wedding would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for Lauren and her expertise. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!
