I hired the photobooth through Timothy Whaley and they contracted through I Do photobooths. The week before the wedding, I had a phone call from Jeff. I called him back the next day and left a message, but it took three days before I finally ...reached him since he never returned my phone call. He asked if I wanted our names on the bottom of the photo strip, and even though I told him right away I did not, the attendants didn't know that and the first few strips had smaller pictures in order to fit that info on the bottom. Eventually, one of the two very nice photobooth attendants found me at the wedding and made me sign a proof. They made the change for the rest of the night. We chose a photobooth that did unlimited prints, yet they closed during speeches. I walked away that night with the scrapbook they provided, filled with pictures our guests added, and two flash drives with all of the photos, but only a few of those photos are set up in photo strip format, so if I wanted to reprint, I would have to recreate the strip format on my computer before printing. At the end of the night, the printer broke, and even though they tried a second printer from their truck, they couldn't get it to work. We didn't get any prints from the last 30 minutes of the reception and even though they are on the flash drive, I didn’t plan to use my own paper and ink to print them. They were very flexible in the sense that I brought my own fabric for the back of the photobooth, and they hung it themselves! In fact, I had two fabrics, and they used it in such a way that our guests could choose which background they wanted! Overall, recommended, but be clear you want the photobooth open during speeches and have someone check the proof at the very beginning of the evening.
