Very professional. Communication was great and they were flexible with the airport shuttles as flights changed for the bridal party. Thank you I Do!
Hired these peeps for my daughter’s wedding and could not be happier with the service. Our driver, Burt was on time, very nice and even accommodated my request for an extra stop. None of the guests had to worry about after the party cuz Burt was there to take them back to hotel. Thanks bunches to I Do Transportation!
Very understanding when plans change last minute. I thought it was going to be a standard 14 passenger van. I was thrilled to see it was more of a 'party' bus with an open middle, fun lights, and bubbles. It was a huge hit and I was grateful to have a safe ride home.

Our wedding venue Addison Woods notified us that we had no power at 9am the morning of my wedding, leaving minimal time for calls and communication. Burt was about to be on his way out to me when I called Chase, and they instantly calmed me, worked out a plan with me, and said how much they promised to work with me and get me from point A to B, no matter where that may be on our day under the last minute and extreme circumstances.
We shuffled our schedule a bit in the morning and we’re able to be right back on time at the end of the night. Again. I Do was so on top of it and I am so grateful.
In such a dynamic and challenging last minute situation, I do transportation really came through, above and beyond.

I Do transportation is hands down the BEST transportation service for any event! For our wedding, we had a large group and a complicated schedule that needed to be accommodated, but I Do transportation did everything in their power to make sure we got to our destinations safely and with ease. Bert was such a bright part of our day and helped us tremendously no matter what we needed. Forever grateful for this company for making this former brides life easier!! Highly recommend I Do Transportation!! I’ve used them multiple times and never had a complaint. I’ve had Bert as the driver most of the time and he’s AMAZING!! Seriously so helpful to have a transportation service that you can depend on!
I Do Transportation was great for my daughter's wedding this past Saturday for the bridal party and guests too and from airbnb's and hotels to the venue. The bridal party was running a little behind on time but April took care of it and managed to get everyone to the venue on time. The driver's were great and all the guests had great things to say about their service. Will definitely recommend using them for anyone's shuttle service needs. Thank you for making my girl's special day great!
I Do was great for our wedding! Everyone we spoke to and worked with was so helpful and nice. One thing I loved and the main reason we booked them was having the option of unlimited trips during our service time. This worked out so well for our older guests or anyone who wanted to leave a little earlier. Also, it was so worry free on my end as the bride. We had a call the week or so before where I told them the hotels we needed service to and from and they worked out a schedule and plan from there. I Do was great to work with!
Brides beware of I Do transportation in the north Houston area. We contracted them for 8 hours of service and followed the 8 hour schedule they gave us. Only to be charged for overage after the fact. First problem, we were told we would have the same drivers. That was not a fact, then they added the time to drive a third van from the warehouse to our venue. You should know your drivers schedules. Two our return picks were between 7pm and 11pm, 4 hours. Their schedule indicated unlimited pickup between 7pm and 11pm. Their excuses were well one van at 7pm only had one person. Why does that matter if it’s within the unlimited time frame? We also have communication from our coordinators that the the second van didn’t get to our venue to pickup until after 8:15pm. They also had to find the driver that was hiding in the back of the parking lot. We also have communication from them confirming that the vans were back in time. Three, the contract clearly states tolls are included, instead they route the vans from Montgomery to Spring taking 45, when the toll road was 15 to 30 mins faster depending on the time. Lastly, I have never experienced a transportation company charging to drive back to their warehouse after final drop off. I confirmed, confirmed, and confirmed the schedule and timing with them several times, like with all my vendors.
We even took responsibility that one van dropped off after 11pm and would pay for that possible 45 mins of overage but not two.
Finally, our wedding ended just before 10:30, My husband, and I stayed to pack up the venue, load our cargo van, drive 35 to our house, unloaded the van, drove 20 mins to our hotel, and still made it to our room before 12:30. The guest had been back for over an hour.
Beware of this company, and their poor scheduling and execution. “I Do” Transportation.

re we added time for a third vehicle, a contract discussing tolls and who pays for them and documentation where we developed this entire schedule for you then I will not only refund you the overage but I will refund you the entire cost of the service. I say this with confidence because such documentation does not exist nor were things portrayed correctly. Without a long banter here I would just like to point out a few facts for future consumers.
1. A contingency plan was developed based on our area receiving over 10 inches of rain. Never were you without an assigned driver nor were you charged a penny more for a third vehicle.
2. Never have we nor would we pass the tolls off to the customers. The route we took had zero to do with money. That decision was solely based on weather, amount of rain, and water over the roads in our areas. The safety of our staff and our customers is our number one priority. It’s why you hire us.
3. I am the only company that offers split time throughout the event. This is my niche in the market and the biggest reason people choose to book our service. Most services in fact do charge from the time they leave the garage until they return.
4. All my packages are unlimited trips and do not have a fill requirement which means if one person wants to leave we take them. Your biggest upset was that a driver left with one passenger. I’ve resent all correspondence and never did you or anyone assisting in your day ask that we not do this.
The biggest piece of missing information in this whole review is that y’all chose a hotel 46 mins from the venue. That’s at least an hour and a half round trip. Had you chose local accommodations, I do not feel we would be having this conversation.
Again, I appreciate all reviews good and bad but it should also be honest and contain facts. Yours is not, and was definitely lacking facts.
The best! A great decision to use them for all our transportation needs for my daughters wedding! They were so accommodating, professional, got everyone where they needed to go on time, with a smile - and relieved so much transportation stress since we had so many out of town guests. I loved how they offer smaller vans to be more nimble through the day - they transported the girls, then the guys, then the grandparents, then the rest of the guests, and then got everyone back to the hotel plus circled back one more time for our cleanup crew. Their business model is very unique and works great for weddings! We really appreciated everything and would highly recommend them!

The couple that owns this business were so helpful as I planned out my wedding, I had a lot of questions, and many emails were sent! They were always prompt and respectful when replying, and definitely know their stuff. The transportation went so smoothly, I had to make sure they were even there the night of the wedding! No issues whatsoever, couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I Do Transportation was the best decision ever for our wedding day transportation!!!! April and Chase were amazing, super nice and easy to work with. I had multiple pick up and drop off locations, but it was no problem or stress. The driver was extremely helpful and professional- he even helped carry up some decoration boxes from the car to the venue! I highly recommend booking with this vendor, they were just THE BEST!!!!!

They were so amazing! They shuttled they groomsmen and bridesmaids to and from the venue in the morning and all the guests in the evening. April was so sweet to work with, and they were by far more affordable than any other company we looked at.
I did not use this transporting service as my fiancé was dead set on a limo. However, after a quote (unlike most vendors) they followed up with me to see if I had any questions. This led me to leave a review because I appreciated it.
We love having I Do Transportation out for weddings at our venue. They really have the scheduling for wedding day down to a science. They’re flexible, knowledgeable, communicative, and professional. They’re locally owned and operated and we really like that because they know what other events may be going on and can stay out of local traffic. Other companies can’t compete! Their pricing is very reasonable. We love them!
I booked I Do Transportation to take the bridal party and wedding guest to and from 2 hotels in Conroe. The owner, April Edwards, was very easy to work with. She went above and beyond to accommodate our guest! She was able to secure 2 additional shuttle vans (5 total) and drivers 2 days prior to the wedding. We were so thankful for that!!! The drivers were all professional and very helpful to all our guest. Thank you April!

I am shocked to see the other reviews as I Do Transportation was amazing for my sons wedding, then I noticed the reviews were all around the same day and most likely the same person. What I can tell you was April was amazing start to finish. She stressed the importance of allowing them to set the travel timeline as they know traffic, etc in the area. We had many out of town guests and we had them stay at a hotel in The Woodlands for the wedding in Magnolia. I was concerned with the wedding being so far out and dark and people drinking and driving. We had all their friends that live close by The Woodlands meet at the hotel and I Do Transportion ran van shuttles back and forth to The Venue They had another van running everyone from Montgomery where many of us lived and picked up and dropped off right to the door. They were amazing. I highly recommend them!

I was very excited to book I Do for my wedding and everything went well at first. unfortunately I had to cancel their services due to unforeseen budget issues. I followed their cancelation procedure to get 100% of my money back, per our contract. I was told on july 5th my check would go in the mail on the 9th. she was very cordial and understanding. I waited a week or so and inquired about the status. she confirmed she mailed the check out on the 9th from the montgomery post office. I live in conroe. I still dont have my money. I continuously reached out because i am concerned someone else has intercepted my money and recieved very bland responses. i finally asked if i could come pick up the check and recieved no response. i reach out via telephone and she was very nice but admits shes not that great at messenger but she specifically remembers mailing the check on the 15th because that's her best friends birthday..... but she just previously told me it was the 9th. I am very confused and just want my money back so I can move on. this has been a very frustrating experience for me and I feel sorry for anyone who is expecting a refund from them.
I do not recommend this transportation company.

This was one of the best prices I could find for a shuttle service in the area. Booking was easy and quick. I loved being able to have the bridal party, groomsmen and wedding guests shuttled at different times. The only hiccup was that the shuttle did not return to pick up the bridal party at the end of the night, even though we talked to them after the ceremony to clarify the after reception situation. Other than that, we would recommend this to anyone needing a shuttle service.
We used three 14 passenger vans to shuttle our wedding guests to and from two different hotels. They did a great job and all our guests said the drivers were great people! They also have affordable prices and are very flexible. You will not regret choosing them!
Affordable shuttles for your guests, or you! We totally forgot to book a get away car and Uber wasn't responding! Billie took us to our hotel with the last bit of wedding guests! We have used them the last two years for Renaissance Fest too!

April & Billie were excellent to work with as they had a simple contract and were very flexible to work with. I had 8 different trips set up over the 2 days and their extremely cost competitive structure was the only way to go. They were always on time and I never had to worry about them. The 14 passenger vans were very clean & comfortable as well.
