ce I had in her. After I had already secured my wedding date, Brielle accepted another wedding on the same day and passed my wedding off to another planner. I understand that staffing changes happen, but I specifically hired Brielle, and it was incredibly disappointing to lose the planner I trusted because my wedding had been double-booked. I would have never used this company if I knew I was going to have another planner. Unfortunately, things only went downhill from there. Communication throughout the planning process was inconsistent, unclear, and often required multiple follow-ups from me. My new lead planner, Nicole, did not attend my rehearsal, which immediately left me feeling uneasy going into the wedding weekend. On the wedding day, it became very obvious that my planner was not capable of leading an event of this size. She failed to keep the day on schedule; our trolley arrived LATE and arrived DURING our ceremony, and there was very little direction given to our bridal party, family, or vendors. Both Nicole and her assistant seemed overwhelmed for most of the day, and they were largely MIA throughout the wedding. Whenever we needed our planner, it was difficult to find either of them. It felt like everyone else was stepping in to do the job. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of accountability afterward. Neither Nicole nor Brielle reached out after the wedding to ask how everything went or to acknowledge the issues we experienced. The only reason there was any follow-up at all was because I emailed Brielle myself to explain how disappointed I was with the entire experience. Thankfully, our venue coordinator, our incredible vendors, and our family all stepped up and filled the gaps left by our planning team. They truly saved the day and made our wedding everything we had hoped for. We had an amazing time celebrating with our guests, but it was impossible not to notice the lack of organization, leadership, and professionalism from the very team we hired to manage one of the most important days of our lives. After making an investment in a wedding planner, I expected clear communication, strong leadership, and someone who would make the day less stressful—not more. Unfortunately, that was not our experience, and I cannot recommend this company.

sbands name numerous times- telling other vendors the wrong groom name, she forgot the picture shot list that I spent time putting together on the day of my wedding, and she never took the time to figure out the names i wrote down for the ceremony seating chart so i have a huge gap in the front of my ceremony because she told my family to leave the first 4 rows empty when they were supposed to be the ones to sit there. Last minute, her assistant, who we had meetings with during our engagement cancelled and we got a new assistant whom we didn't meet until the day of our wedding. She didn't turn on the light sticks before handing them out so people were just dancing with not lit glow sticks and she didn't blow up the sparkle balloons that were supposed to be around on the dance floor. She did help with the bustle and pointed out when candles were initially placed wrong. Last, i emailed her my concerns and she denied everything and couldn't even take ownership.

What sets Brielle apart isn't just her talent as a wedding planner, it's the way she becomes so much more than that. She was our planner, our advocate, our problem-solver, our therapist during stressful moments, and ultimately a true friend. She kept us grounded, reassured us when we needed it most, and made sure we could actually enjoy the process instead of getting overwhelmed by it. On the wedding day itself, everything ran flawlessly. Every detail was executed perfectly, every vendor was coordinated seamlessly, and every potential issue was handled before we even knew it existed. Because of Brielle and her amazing team, we were able to be fully present and enjoy one of the best days of our lives. If you're looking for someone who will care about your wedding as if it were her own, who will go above and beyond in every possible way, and who will make you feel supported every step of the journey, look no further. Hiring Brielle was one of the best decisions we made, and I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough. We are forever grateful for everything they did for us.
