given an extreme attitude by her. It was only us in the store, and was a Thursday pm, so she was not busy. I was three months post partum and waited until July to get my dress to give my body a little time to adjust after having the baby. My wedding is November 2024. The first thing she said to me was that I waited too long to come dress shopping and I likely won't be able to get one on time. She was extremely crass and showed no empathy, actually making me feel more anxious and worse off despite explaining why I waited until July to get my dress. I told her what type of dress I wanted, and she pointed me to a section and walked away. I did not know what to do when I found the dresses I wanted to try on. I went to take one off the rack to show her, and was scolded for touching the dresses. She claimed she instructed me not to touch them, but she did not. Before hanging up dresses for me to try on, she questioned if I would be able to afford the ones I selected and presumed they were out of budget without clarifying or asking. I found a dress I loved that day and bought it off the rack. I regret doing so and giving this woman my business, but I was very anxious that if I did not buy a dress that day, it would be too late before the wedding day, based on what she repeatedly told me. If you are looking for friendly staff and a nice place to buy your wedding dress, I would avoid going to this shop. My experience was entirely negative.

We went to two other places and once I found a style I loved I actually came back to I Do Weddings so that I could work with Dianellie on choosing my final dress. She was so understanding of how important this decision is and never tried to upsell or convince me to go out of my budget. I loved working with her! I'm in the process of actually getting the dress now but I'm excited about how it will turn out! I really felt like Dianellie had my best interests in mind, which made me want to come back to I Do Weddings. I will definitely recommend her to other brides.

She stayed after closing taking more than the allotted 1 hr. time to help me find the dress I love. She has this special way of connecting with people and she understood what I was looking for even though I felt like I was not being reasonable with what can be done with the time I had before the wedding. Looking back, and with the number of stores I visited, Dianellie is by far the most knowledgeable, resourceful, fast, and genuinely kind person I worked with. Especially in today’s service industry where the quality of service in most places is dropping significantly due to short staffing and other reasons, experiencing Dianellie’s service made me feel like there are still people out there that care about others. Besides to helping find my dream dress, she found me the perfect veil to match. So grateful that I found her and can’t recommend her enough for anyone looking for a pleasant bridal gown shopping experience.

rom the stylists. I was shopping alone for my dress for the most part, so finding a stylist who truly engaged with me was very important. Dianellie was so helpful, honest, straightforward, proactive, and kind. She listened to what I wanted and was very patient throughout the multiple appointments I had with her. I went back to try on the two dresses I liked the most twice and she never seemed to be impatient or disinterested. On top of that, she got me a beautiful present to wear on my wedding day that has a very special meaning to me. I definitely recommend I Do and working with Dianellie! Thank you for helping me find such a beautiful dress and making the experience so enjoyable.

The service was 1-1, completely private. It was literally just me and my party in the entire store for a really long time. The sale rep were extremely patient and kind. It didn’t take long before I said yes to the beautiful Françoise by Elysee Design. But my day did not end there. The sale reps asked if I wanted to meet the designers. I thought they were kidding so I said it was ok. Then asked two more times until I realized they were serious. Meeting Mark & Chris Russell was the best part of my experience and made me extremely happy. They are so adorable and amazing !! My dress fit me like a glove and did not need much of alteration just the shoulder straps and slight height adjustment. My dress arrived a month before my wedding and literally was PERFECT! I recommend I Do Wedding and most of all, Elysee to every bride ! You will not regret it

ppointment and parking in that area can be tricky if you aren't used to finding street parking in Boston. There is a garage nearby so that was easy too. Maxine was super kind and nice and was very very accommodating. I tried on almost all the dresses in the store and they really helped me have my time to explore but also provided helpful suggestions on what dresses they think I might like based on what I was describing to them. I ultimately did not buy my dress there but I still had a very wonderful experience and would def recommend this place to all brides to check out! They have very unique dresses and really works with their clients to make sure that they feel welcomed and comfortable trying on dresses without the pressure of pushing you to buy a dress.

Dina also helped me style the gown with accessories like a belt and a veil, which I didn’t think I wanted, but with her help I saw how they transformed the look! When my dress was ready months after, I had a great experience trying it on, and I Do recommended an excellent alterations service.

he kept telling me how great I looked which is so helpful, especially given how stressful wedding dress shopping can be if you don't have the "standard" body type. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for in store but she told me they could order samples for me to try on. She was so accommodating and told me they could even custom design a dress at a very low price (I'm not sure if this works for every dress or just the designer I was looking at). Either way I highly recommend coming here to look for your dress!!

I am SO INCREDIBLY happy I ended up keeping my appointment and going to I Do because it was by far the best dress shopping experience I had. Not only did I find my absolute DREAM dress, my second and third choice dresses were also from I Do. I worked with Ella and she was amazing! She let me take my time as me, my mom, and two friends were able to walk around the showroom and pull out whatever dresses we liked (they didn't let me do that anywhere else). The environment is low key and Ella was never pressuring me into anything, she just provided advice and information on how we could customize each of the dresses if I wanted. At the other stores, the salespeople would pull dresses for me and once I had them on, they would tell me the dress was double my budget. Ella NEVER did anything like that and was upfront about pricing on every dress before I tried it on. I spent a fraction of what I would have paid at one of the other stores for a customized made to order truly unique dress. I strongly recommended going to I Do if you are looking for something different at a reasonable price. Don't let the location or down to earth vibe deter you!

I felt at some other bridal salons. As we were trying on dresses, she quickly picked up on what I liked and disliked and had amazing recommendations. I love the smaller size of the shop, it makes the whole experience feel very personal. I also never felt rushed even when I ran a bit over my scheduled appointment time. The whole experience from ordering my dress to it coming in months later was flawless. I Do kept me up to date on the status of my dress throughout the whole process and responded to emails and calls very quickly. The people here seem to genuinely love what they do, and it shows!

All alterations as well as a veil/headpiece are included in the dress price if you purchase one of their custom dresses! I fell for one of their custom pieces and because they built it to my measurements (and maybe also due to a little luck) I required zero additional alterations! Dina was warm and welcoming and an absolute pleasure to work with! At no point did I feel any pressure to purchase and you could tell she wanted to make sure that you found the dress that felt right!

e, I have excellent service and thoroughly enjoyed the whole process! When I first arrived, Ivy had me pick out a few dresses myself and said she would then pick some out for me from what I picked and liked/disliked. The first dress Ivy picked out for me was the one I ultimately chose! Ivy really makes you feel like you are her only customer and is so helpful in giving feedback if you want and accommodating whatever requests you have. I ended up having about 5 fittings just due to my requests and she was always happy to have me with a smile on her face. Take my advice and go here to find your dream wedding dress, I know I am so glad that I did!
