Hailey was AMAZING. Words are not able to equal our gratitude to her for helping our wedding day be everything we wanted it to be.. and more! Hailey went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. She was a part of every vendor coordination phone call, and made sure the vendors had everything lined up to ensure our wedding was perfect. We can not recommend I Do Weddings enough!!

Words can’t express the gratitude I feel towards Hailey and her team at I Do Weddings!. My wedding had unexpected rain and very cold weather, but Hailey handled everything to perfection. At the very last minute the ceremony had to be under tents which made us move some tables, with her in charge I had no worries and it turned out better than expected. As the night progressed I had absolutely no stress and I enjoyed every single moment of that day with my husband. Communication with Hailey prior to the wedding was also easy as she is very responsive to messages and calls. The I Do Weddings! Team is truly there for YOU and to make your day a breeze! I highly recommend Hailey and her team. I know my vendors also LOVED HER! And everyone had only great things to say about how the day turned out thanks in large part to I Do Weddings!

Hailey started working with us a couple of months out and was so beyond helpful in bringing together our vision and all of the logistics for our special day! She made sure we had all things covered big and small for ourselves and with all of the vendors. She kept us on track with our timelines and made sure the vendors had everything they needed including the final details and timeline well in advance. Our wedding day was seamless start to finish. Because of Hailey we were able to not stress and just enjoy and had an absolutely fabulous wedding day!

Hailey was an absolute dream to work with!! Since we did the turnkey package at Springdale, it included a coordinator and I could not have picked anyone better if I tried. She made me feel so taken care of, and also completely heard. She stepped in a little early that she had to to calm my nerves about a superfluous aspect of wedding planning and talked me through all the options to pick the best one. She was thorough, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. If anything went wrong at all, she didn't show it. She took my visions and helped them come to life!

Hailey Winemiller is incredibly adaptive, and an all around badass. Her coordination style is supportive and patient, but also firm when advocating our traditions and wants. We put her through the wringer with our last minute vague requests, and random day-of events that came out well orchestrated, meaningful, and beautiful. We couldn't have done it without her. She's amazing, and that's not saying enough.

We had such a great experience with Hailey and her team at I Do Weddings! They were organized, attentive, easy to work with and professional. It is clear that she is a veteran in the industry and her experiences shows when the going gets tough! When it came to the month of the wedding, we felt really assured that Hailey was on top of everything as she met with us to get a great understanding of our vision, put together a detailed timeline of activities for the big day, maintained tight communication with all of wedding vendors, sent reminders as and when things needed to be done. As unexpected changes were made, Hailey was willing and able to adapt and help us navigate those changes seamlessly. Hailey and her team went above and beyond to deliver an exceptional level of service. We cannot speak more highly of her and her team and we highly recommend her services.

Hailey was so great to work with! Both my husband and I loved how she has such a calming presence. Planning a wedding is stressful and she was so calm through all interactions and helped us to stay calm throughout everything. She would handle all communication with the vendors in those last weeks before the wedding, so we did not have to relay any important information. She also made the set up and packing up of our wedding run so smoothly. I never had to stress about making sure important items didn’t get lost because she would handle it without us even knowing it was happening.

Our venue helped connect us with Hailey for our wedding coordinator. Hailey is a great listener and made an effort to learn about my fiancé and I. Because of her organization and communication skills, our wedding day went smoothly. We strongly recommend Hailey for all of your wedding planning needs!

Hailey was amazing to work with. She was flexible yet organized. She asked all the right questions and kept us on track. She kept everything under control to the point where at the end of the night my husband was worried about all the moving parts and loading up cars and I told him and while whole heartedly believe it myself “Hailey has got it all figured out.” Brides, the last thing you want to worry about on your special day is how is everything going and what is being set up while you are getting ready. Hailey makes it so that you are worry and stress free. We can not recommend her enough.

Hailey is absolutely AMAZING. She worked with us for the last month leading up to our wedding and I wish I had her for longer. She made the day of as seamless as possible. It was the perfect day and she played a MAJOR part in making that happen!

Hailey is amazing! She was recommended to us by the venue we chose and was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding happen. I was getting so overwhelmed by the entire planning process, and she was there every step of the way to calm my anxiety and guide us to the next steps. My husband and I are both blind, and Hailey was incredibly accommodating throughout our time together, even though some of our requests and needs were outside the norm for most couples. During our initial meeting, she was very upfront and clear about the services she provides, which entailed so much more than the few tasks we were expecting! She was always available if we had questions or needed to talk things through. She started all our meetings by first asking what we wanted to talk about, and never made us feel rushed, even though I'm pretty sure we asked so many questions that we often ran long. She did so much work in the background to gather necessary information from our vendors, create a timeline and layout, and coordinate with our venue which was a huge weight lifted off us. She also treated all our vendors very well and made sure everyone was on the same page, whether they were professional caterers or friends donating their talents. On the day of the wedding, it seemed like she was everywhere at once. If there were any kinks, she handled them without me knowing, and everything ran as smoothly as we anticipated. My husband and I were free to mingle with friends and family without having to think about the timeline because we knew she would be there whenever we needed to move to the next thing. She didn't disappear afterward, either. She has followed up with us a couple times to make sure the little things were taken care of. Not only would I whole-heartedly recommend her to friends, I already have!

Hailey made our wedding day a breeze, even though we’d planned it from a different state. I don’t think anyone asked me (the bride) a single question all day—which I hear is rare—because Hailey took care of it all. Any time we brought something up, she’d already done it. She also made sure we had everything we needed (including tons of extra food) packed up and ready to go at the end of the night. She met with us a few times before the wedding day to make sure all the details were in order. Her spreadsheet was very organized and helpful in making sure everything was thought through. The wedding was exactly how we envisioned it! She also helped one of my bridesmaids plan a surprise for me, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend Hailey’s help on your big day!

Think you don't need a wedding coordinator? Think again!! I worked with Hailey to help plan our perfect day and we were blown away both during the planning process and on our wedding day. She helped get in contact with vendors, asked the right questions and talked with us about all of our ideas! On our wedding day she was the real MVP. Were there any issues? I have no idea because if there were Hailey stepped right in and figured it out! She was absolutely wonderful. Please do yourself a favor and work with Hailey on your big day. Aside from getting married, it'll be the best decision you will make!

Hailey is amazing. We hired her as our day of coordinator, and our only regret was not hiring her as our outright planner. With the amount of help she was willing to give as me and my wife selected vendors, she basically did plan the whole thing. She makes sure you are cared for as the couple, and shields you from any stress on your big day. She even managed to correct a dress issue a couple of hours before the ceremony. Hailey is kind, accommodating and professional. We couldn't have asked for more. She will forever hold a place in our hearts as the woman who made our big day possible.

Working with Hailey at J Do Weddings was the best experience I could have asked for! She thought of everything I didn’t, was highly communicative and responsive to my hectic emails, was knowledgeable and had lots of tips, and she executed our special day perfectly! 10/10 would recommend

We hired Hailey as our day of coordinator. She went above and beyond this role by walking us through all the details of putting together a wedding. She is calm and professional and took on every task with confidence. She took our boxes of decorations and created the most beautiful ambiance. I thought I had asked too much of her and that I should help her, but she assured me that there was no problem and she could decorate everything as I had asked of her. When we returned to the reception venue from the church, I was delighted with the way she decorated the tables. She understood my vision and then went beyond anything that I could imagine. I cannot say enough good things about Hailey.

Hailey is a gem in the wedding business. She is always prepared and professional. During the last three months of planning our wedding this summer and fall, Hailey was available for multiple planning meetings, countless check-in calls, and as the wedding grew closer, frantic late-night texts. Planning a wedding with guests from across the country and around the world during COVID-19 was exceedingly difficult, but Hailey always worked to make things easier. When we changed our plans, Hailey was there to implement the change, with calmness and a diagram. On the day of the wedding Hailey and her team worked to implement our vision and provide personal support. Hailey interfaced with our vendors, set up the reception space, helped us with our outfits, and even guarded the bathroom when we needed it. Thanks to Hailey’s hard work, our wedding ran on time (!) and according to plan, and everyone had an amazing time. At the end of the night, Hailey made sure we left with a serving of dinner and a big piece of cake.

I cannot recommend Hailey enough!! She made our day absolutely amazing and stress-free! We could not have made it through the day without her!

I can't say enough nice things about Hailey. She was calm, thoughtful and supportive throughout the entire process. She would help me formulate feedback to other vendors so I could get across my thoughts more clearly to them. Our wedding went incredibly smoothly and we had nothing to worry about thanks to her. She even matched her dress to our theme!

Hailey came to me through the turnkey package at Springdale Station (highly recommend doing that) but even if I had not done the package, I would have been thrilled to have Hailey as my day-of-planner. She is incredibly professional and efficient. She helped me coordinate with my vendors, fielded questions from them and generally ensured all the gaps were filled in. She came to our first meeting prepared with a draft timeline, specific questions and suggestions. I had heard from some friends that while planning a wedding, they felt a lot of pushback from their planners about the "right" way of doing things. I never felt that with Hailey. She is very knowledgable and has tons of experience but did not push her ideas of how our wedding should be onto me. Rather, if I was unsure on something she would offer information and suggestions but ultimately made me feel comfortable deciding. Hailey was also fantastic in just making sure my husband and I enjoyed our wedding. She was great at picking up on family dynamics and helping to diffuse certain situations. Essentially, I felt like she made sure we were taken care of and happy. She's also a joy to work with on a personal level. She's matter of fact and easy to talk with. On the day of the wedding there really wasn't anything that didn't run smoothly and on schedule. Still, I was able to detach myself from the schedule a bit in that I knew what it was but that it would be taken care of because of my trust in her. For someone that is very Type A like me, that is hard to do. It really speaks to how well Hailey did her job. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

We had a great experience with Hailey! I would hear and read about having a wedding coordinator, and I can now confirm and agree the importance of having one. Our wedding went well and I didn't have to worry about the different vendors arriving or when they left since our coordinator smoothly communicated with everyone. Our wedding day timeline was executed as planned. Thank you so much Hailey!

Hailey was amazing. She handled every detail perfectly and we had the best night of our lives - it was so incredibly fun and she made it all come together stress-free. You MUST hire her!

Stephen was absolutely AMAZING! I know most are skeptical in reading reviews, especially regarding the most important day of their life, however rest easy. Stephen is worth his weight in gold. Stephen did a phenomenal job at easing our anxiety about the ceremony (if you don't have it yet, you will). In fact, my wife and I (that's sounds so cool to say now) waited all the way up until a week before our wedding to finally sit down and figure it out. There is so much involved in the ceremony that you only come realize as you're searching for an officiant; "Should we do this?", "Should we do that?", procession order, opening remarks, scriptures to be read, special thank yous/recognition, unity ceremony, and more. With Stephen it was effortless. After our first meeting with Stephen, in the car, my wife and I both agreed we knew within 15mins Stephen was a perfect fit. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful. Stephen helped make it exactly how we dreamed-it was perfect. Literally, perfect. Stephen is an incredible human being, which makes him an incredible officiant. We can't speak highly enough of him. You couldn't be happier with an other officiant.

Hailey was perfect. She kept everything moving. She anticipated things I hadn't even considered. With her running the show I was able to enjoy the whirlwind experience of being a bride. Don't get married without her.
