One lovely touch was sprinkling rose petals on the newlywed's bed - how lovely! There was a mix up with the caterer (not the hotel, they were great) and so Heidi and her team stepped in to pour the champagne! Thank you Heidi!!!!

The day of the wedding I was able to just be in the moment and enjoy myself, and Heidi kept everything running smoothly. We stayed on schedule the whole day, and Heidi and her assistants were on hand to help with all the details throughout the day. I knew that coordinating the wedding day would be a huge job, and that it would be a big stress for my husband and I, as well as our parents if we took it on ourselves. Heidi and her team really exceeded my expectations, they took that load off of us and our families so that we could fully enjoy the day, and our parents and wedding party were so impressed and appreciative. With Heidi working on our behalf, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about the big details (herding family and wedding party to where they needed to be, liaising with vendors as they arrived throughout the day, or coordinating setup of our event spaces) as well as the little details (Heidi held onto my bouquet between photo setups, arranged the train of my dress, and kept my husband and I out of sight of our guests). Heidi even stepped in to handle details I hadn’t anticipated, she went back to the kitchen to retrieve an heirloom champagne flute that had been accidentally set down and cleared away, and as people dropped off cards and gifts throughout the reception she made regular trips to bring those items upstairs to my in-laws hotel room so they would be secure and ready for us to take home the next day. The morning after the wedding our family was just raving about Heidi and how much she had helped the day run so smoothly. Our other vendors also raved about Heidi, and had such good things to say about working with her. I would recommend Heidi’s services to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator!

I was never bothered with anything. I truly believe that she is the reason our day went so smoothly. Prior to the wedding, we met with her and she asked us questions I never even considered. She gave us a very detailed timeline and I was able to edit it and ask questions as they came up. I booked all of our vendors, but she made sure all the contracts were in order and contacted all the vendors to make sure that they were at the right place and took care of so many things. Heidi and her staff are true professionals that love their jobs and are amazing at what they do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! If there is only one person you need at your wedding besides your spouse and officiant, it is Heidi!!

mily members set up and teardown their weddings and while I don't regret it in the slightest, I didn't want to have our family and friends have to work at our wedding. So, I decided to buy a wedding coordinator as a present to myself. I met with several wedding planners early in the planning process and immediately knew I needed to hire Heidi. Not only because of the packages she offered, or because of how detailed she was on the phone, but also because of the closet. Allow me to explain, the day we had our phone meeting she ended up needing to be home for some reason. When we started talking, she warned me that she had a little yappy dog and hopefully he would be quiet. An hour later, when we were done talking, I made a comment about how well behaved the dog was and she said "oh, I knew he couldn't be quiet so I just locked myself in my closet for our meeting". That's why I hired Heidi - until my family met her, they didn't know her name and called her "closet Lady". I have 0 regrets for hiring Heidi, I would have paid twice what she charged me. I got a package where it was day of coordination, but we met about 1-2 months beforehand with her to go over every detail, every vendor, every contract - and she took it from there. She was the point of contact for every vendor, handled the schedule (which was in a handy shared Google document so I could see what was changing when), and countless things that I had no idea of. She sent the schedule to each of our vendors, and even our vendors raved about how wonderful the schedule was (there was plenty of time to capture each photo we could have ever asked for). Our wedding was in a Catholic Church and she was extremely respectful of their coordinator and cognizant of when she needed to step in and when she should let them run the show. The day of our wedding, we actually ended up getting Heidi and two assistants since we were spread across the city. All of them were wonderful. Poor Rachel was stuck in the hotel with my husband and his groomsmen, Lord knows what they subjected her to in that room. But she kept them on schedule and helped coordinate the flowers for them, the photographer, videographer, and their transportation. Heidi was with me and absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything while we were getting ready - getting my stuff organized, making sure I ate (she was insistent), getting everyone on the bus. Once we got to the picture location, it was hot, and I mean HOT. Heidi came prepared with water and lots of oil blotting pads to keep us looking our best. All behind the scenes of this, another assistant was setting everything up at the reception hall, which looked perfect. The day went flawlessly and Heidi and her girls were a joy to be around. In the end, she did exactly what I wanted - my friends and family didn't have to lift a finger and if anything went wrong, I was non the wiser. I highly recommend I Thee Wed to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator - you'll never know what you did before Heidi.

She was very flexible. My daughter and fiance's schedule was difficult but she worked around it. She was efficient finding local resources. I live in Virginia and my daughter, who lives in Milford, had limited time, so we relied on Heidi's selections and were not disappointed. My daughter and fiance were particularly drawn to Heidi because of her pleasant and low-key manner. I was pleased with her because she was very mindful of our limited budget.

The day of the wedding we ran into more complications than I could have imagined. Every single one of my bridesmaids dresses strap broke. But Heidi came to the rescue with a sewing kit, and so those girls into their dresses. In addition, when one of our guest became ill and required an ambulance to take her to the hospital, Heidi was their to help. Heidi coordinated with the hotel, the ambulance, and people involved and got my guest the help she needed. I am glad to report she is doing 100% better now. Without Heidi I cannot imagine what I would have done, or how I would have been able to keep a calm head. So despite a few hiccups, our wedding went on with a bang, and we had a wonderful time. I loved having Heidi there, thus allowing me to truly enjoy myself, my new husband, and my wedding as stress free as possible.

She helped me plan my ceremony, ran the rehearsal, and called all my vendors in the week before the wedding. The night of, she kept me calm and stress-free as I knew that she had everything under control. She is meticulous, organized, and has great relationships with other Cincinnati vendors- which is a good thing because she was coordinating with them!
