I Thee Wed

We loved working with Heidi to coordinate our wedding day!! She was absolutely invaluable to us. Heidi helped us to finalize details and create a schedule a couple months out from our wedding, confirmed details with our vendors in the weeks ahead of our wedding, attended and assisted at our rehearsal, and acted as the event coordinator the day of our wedding. She also brought two assistants with her on the wedding day who were a huge help. After our initial meeting with Heidi I felt so reassured, that she knew all the right questions to ask and had thought of all the details that needed to be added to our planning. The day of the wedding I was able to just be in the moment and enjoy myself, and Heidi kept everything running smoothly. We stayed on schedule the whole day, and Heidi and her assistants were on hand to help with all the details throughout the day. I knew that coordinating the wedding day would be a huge job, and that it would be a big stress for my husband and I, as well as our parents if we took it on ourselves. Heidi and her team really exceeded my expectations, they took that load off of us and our families so that we could fully enjoy the day, and our parents and wedding party were so impressed and appreciative. With Heidi working on our behalf, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about the big details (herding family and wedding party to where they needed to be, liaising with vendors as they arrived throughout the day, or coordinating setup of our event spaces) as well as the little details (Heidi held onto my bouquet between photo setups, arranged the train of my dress, and kept my husband and I out of sight of our guests). Heidi even stepped in to handle details I hadn’t anticipated, she went back to the kitchen to retrieve an heirloom champagne flute that had been accidentally set down and cleared away, and as people dropped off cards and gifts throughout the reception she made regular trips to bring those items upstairs to my in-laws hotel room so they would be secure and ready for us to take home the next day. The morning after the wedding our family was just raving about Heidi and how much she had helped the day run so smoothly. Our other vendors also raved about Heidi, and had such good things to say about working with her. I would recommend Heidi’s services to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator!

Heidi and her assistants were fantastic. She made sense of a busy day with her detailed timeline and made excellent suggestions right from our initial interview with her. Heidi was a tremendous help with my son’s wedding. She had excellent recommendations, suggestions, and was always extremely organized, pleasant and helpful. Best decision I made concerning the wedding! When our youngest daughter decided to have her wedding at our home I knew that there were things that I could not anticipate needing so I hired Heidi and her team to help us. She was with us every step of the way finding and hiring qualified professionals to put on the wedding of my daughter's dream. Viva la Strings Trio recently played a wedding planned by Heidi at a private farm . From my first contact with Heidi via email to the end of our time when we were packed up to leave, Heidi was there to make sure we knew all the details from Prelude to Recessional to Cocktail hour. Heidi with I Thee Wed was fantastic. We did a 6-week coordination package with day-of wedding coordination. Heidi was extremely helpful with creating a wedding day timeline and took care of every detail on the wedding day. Even though her primary duties began 6-weeks prior to the wedding, she assisted us with vendor recommendations and met with us several times leading up to the wedding. Heidi was professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with! We would highly recommend Heidi and I Thee Wed !!!

I'm a planner by nature and never thought I would have a wedding planner, but I never would have been so relaxed if it wasn't for Heidi. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, I was never bothered with anything. I truly believe that she is the reason our day went so smoothly. Prior to the wedding, we met with her and she asked us questions I never even considered. She gave us a very detailed timeline and I was able to edit it and ask questions as they came up. I booked all of our vendors, but she made sure all the contracts were in order and contacted all the vendors to make sure that they were at the right place and took care of so many things. Heidi and her staff are true professionals that love their jobs and are amazing at what they do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!! If there is only one person you need at your wedding besides your spouse and officiant, it is Heidi!!

I had the pleasure of working with Heidi at Stonelick Hills Golf Club during a wedding for 180 + people. As the venue coordinator at Stonelick Hills, it was great having Heidi and her assistant Lori here with us. They both went above and beyond to make sure that their client was satisfied. Heidi has a keen eye for decorating and she had Stonelick Hills looking amazing. She really tied in the rustic look of the venue with the decorations she had. I would recommend Heidi to anyone who needs an Event Planner!

Heidi and her team from I Thee Wed were truely outstanding! I worked with Heidi for over a year planning my wedding and loved every second of it. She was kind, professional, organized, knowledable and had great ideas throughout the planning process. When I was choosing a coordinator I was looking for someone that I could have fun with and also somone I could trust to bounce ideas off of, trust to help me make the right decisions and trust to make the day flawless and perfect. Heidi checked all those boxes and more. She was truly OUTSTANDING! Her attetion to detail, professionalism, organization , hard work and kindness really showed on the day of the wedding. The entire day was beyond perfect! I have received so many compliments from guests about how smooth everything was from the ceremony through the receoption, how not one detail was missed, how perfect everything was! Heidi and her team were AWESOME! I loved working with Heidi during the months before the wedding and especially on the wedding day. She was so patient and insightful during the planning process, which was a tremendous help to my mother and me. She was so helpful and available for anything my husband and I needed. She went to our venue the morning of the wedding and set it up BEAUTIFULLY and creatively! On top of that, she juggled so many other aspects of the wedding, making it a stress free and enjoyable experience for my husband, my family, and myself. She and her team were truly wonderful to work with and lovely to be around. I have been putting off writing this review because I've been trying to determine how to get a review for Heidi into anything less than a novel. I've helped several friends and family members set up and teardown their weddings and while I don't regret it in the slightest, I didn't want to have our family and friends have to work at our wedding. So, I decided to buy a wedding coordinator as a present to myself. I met with several wedding planners early in the planning process and immediately knew I needed to hire Heidi. Not only because of the packages she offered, or because of how detailed she was on the phone, but also because of the closet. Allow me to explain, the day we had our phone meeting she ended up needing to be home for some reason. When we started talking, she warned me that she had a little yappy dog and hopefully he would be quiet. An hour later, when we were done talking, I made a comment about how well behaved the dog was and she said "oh, I knew he couldn't be quiet so I just locked myself in my closet for our meeting". That's why I hired Heidi - until my family met her, they didn't know her name and called her "closet Lady". I have 0 regrets for hiring Heidi, I would have paid twice what she charged me. I got a package where it was day of coordination, but we met about 1-2 months beforehand with her to go over every detail, every vendor, every contract - and she took it from there. She was the point of contact for every vendor, handled the schedule (which was in a handy shared Google document so I could see what was changing when), and countless things that I had no idea of. She sent the schedule to each of our vendors, and even our vendors raved about how wonderful the schedule was (there was plenty of time to capture each photo we could have ever asked for). Our wedding was in a Catholic Church and she was extremely respectful of their coordinator and cognizant of when she needed to step in and when she should let them run the show. The day of our wedding, we actually ended up getting Heidi and two assistants since we were spread across the city. All of them were wonderful. Poor Rachel was stuck in the hotel with my husband and his groomsmen, Lord knows what they subjected her to in that room. But she kept them on schedule and helped coordinate the flowers for them, the photographer, videographer, and their transportation. Heidi was with me and absolutely wonderful. She took care of everything while we were getting ready - getting my stuff organized, making sure I ate (she was insistent), getting everyone on the bus. Once we got to the picture location, it was hot, and I mean HOT. Heidi came prepared with water and lots of oil blotting pads to keep us looking our best. All behind the scenes of this, another assistant was setting everything up at the reception hall, which looked perfect. The day went flawlessly and Heidi and her girls were a joy to be around. In the end, she did exactly what I wanted - my friends and family didn't have to lift a finger and if anything went wrong, I was non the wiser. I highly recommend I Thee Wed to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator - you'll never know what you did before Heidi.

Heidi was absolutely amazing throughout the planning process. She was extremely patient dealing with my daughter who was out of town, difficult to reach and wanted to review/approve every detail. She kept everything organized and on schedule. We had a few hiccups with vendors and she caught these immediately and got the issues resolved quickly. On the day of the wedding Heidi and her team kept everything running smoothly and on time. (A huge accomplishment for my ALWAYS late family.) My daughter was relaxed and confident that everything would be handled. The day was better than perfect! I have 2 more daughters and we will definitely be using Heidi's services again! Heidi was the best! My daughter's wedding was October 31, 2015 so I'm late writing this review but I just want to say that she was incredible! We chose the "This I Promise You" level and frankly I think she gave us more than what was in the plan. Heidi gives her full personal attention with a policy of only 2 weddings a month, never on the same weekend. She was very flexible. My daughter and fiance's schedule was difficult but she worked around it. She was efficient finding local resources. I live in Virginia and my daughter, who lives in Milford, had limited time, so we relied on Heidi's selections and were not disappointed. My daughter and fiance were particularly drawn to Heidi because of her pleasant and low-key manner. I was pleased with her because she was very mindful of our limited budget.

Seasoned professionals! Heidi and crew know their stuff and they get it done on time. I was far less nervous - especially the day of the wedding - knowing that they had the details under control. I was able to enjoy the day.

Heidi is seriously the best. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't have done it without her. I would give that wonderful woman a thousand stars if I could!

My husband and I can't say enough about Heidi Pasqualetti, from I Thee Wed. She was extremely easy to work with very responsive during planning and leading up to the wedding day. She helped us to a create an AMAZING wedding! We along, with our families, were immensely impressed with how Heidi and her assistant orchestrated the entire event beautifully! I'm so happy that we could work with her. Our wedding would not have been the same without Heidi!

If it wasn't for Heidi, I don't know what I would of done!! She is so organized and helpful in the whole planning process. She is especially wonderful on the big day!! I Thee Wed is top notch! From the first time we met Heidi, we knew her company was the one! Heidi always allowed us and our ideas to lead the way. She brought our small ideas to life in big ways. Heidi and her team are AMAZING! She worked with us early on and recommended a few of our other vendors who were also wonderful. I can't imagine having our wedding without Heidi. Heidi came in the week of, and helped organize all our vendors and make sure all the pieces were in the right places. Thus allowing the week leading up to my wedding, and my actual wedding day to be stress free. That is what we were sold on, but never could I have imagined Heidi being so vital. The day of the wedding we ran into more complications than I could have imagined. Every single one of my bridesmaids dresses strap broke. But Heidi came to the rescue with a sewing kit, and so those girls into their dresses. In addition, when one of our guest became ill and required an ambulance to take her to the hospital, Heidi was their to help. Heidi coordinated with the hotel, the ambulance, and people involved and got my guest the help she needed. I am glad to report she is doing 100% better now. Without Heidi I cannot imagine what I would have done, or how I would have been able to keep a calm head. So despite a few hiccups, our wedding went on with a bang, and we had a wonderful time. I loved having Heidi there, thus allowing me to truly enjoy myself, my new husband, and my wedding as stress free as possible.

Heidi and her team are truly super heroes. they take care of everything and more. I was not stressed at all preparing for the wedding or on the day of thanks to Heidi and team.

My Dream wedding day became a reality because of Heidi Pasqualetti, owner of I Thee Wed. From the first call that I made to Heidi, I knew our personalities would click and she was going to be my wedding planner! She is the most bubbly, outgoing person you'll meet. She wants your wedding day to be just as wonderful as you do, if not more!!! Heidi is extremelly organized from start to finish. My wedding day was a success and I was actually able to enjoy every moment of it because I knew Heidi had things under control. Heidi did far more than I even know about behind the scenes. If something went wrong on my wedding day, I had no clue!!! That's what I wanted, someone I could trust to run my dream day so That me and my Husband could enjoy every minute with our guests!! Your wedding day goes so fast, and it's not worth you having to plan everything along with running the show only to sit back when it's over and say that was exhausting! Your wedding day is a once in a lifetime moment that you need to be able to look back on and say that was the best day of my life!! Mine sure was, because of Heidi from I Thee Wed!!! I was married on 10/02/10. I had both my ceremony and reception in the same room, and I hired Heidi and I Thee Wed to coordinate my wedding ceremony and manage the room flip between the ceremony and reception. Heidi was the best money I spent during the entire wedding process. As I was an out-of-town bride, Heidi was flexible with her schedule to accommodate my own. She helped me plan my ceremony, ran the rehearsal, and called all my vendors in the week before the wedding. The night of, she kept me calm and stress-free as I knew that she had everything under control. She is meticulous, organized, and has great relationships with other Cincinnati vendors- which is a good thing because she was coordinating with them! I would highly recommend I Thee Wed, and the fact that Heidi had her reception in the same place as I did, certainly didn't hurt!

We hired Heidi and her staff for my wedding on 10/9/10. It was the best decision ever made! I spent many hours of researching wedding planners/coordinators and was very impressed with I THEE WED. Heidi worked many hours on coordinating, planning, and directing all aspects of the wedding weekend from rehearsal dinner to the entire day of the wedding. Our first meeting with her was 4 hours and many calls, meetings, and emails after that. I have never met someone so dedicated, organized, friendly, and enthusiastic in a wedding planner/coordinator. She took the time to really listen and offered recommendations as needed. She also has many great relationships with lots of local Cincinnati vendors. Everything at my wedding smoothly because of Heidi. My parents and I were so pleased with her services and we would highly recommend I THEE WED to anyone!!! My wedding was 2 months ago and I am still in awe how well Heidi did her job. You are wasting your time looking at anyone else....Heidi is the best and call her today.
