Definitely avoid this company. Signed up with them at the Bridal Extravaganza a while back. They were super nice and seemed like they had great packages but we have yet to hear anything from them after numerous calls. We changed venues in February and didn't hear anything, and now postponing our wedding due to the pandemic, they have gone silent. Glad the deposit was only $100. Will try to get a refund. Their contact for a manager no longer is associated with the company, so I don't even know if they are in business anymore.

If you are considering ICADJ for your wedding, run AWAY and don’t look back! We found them at the bridal extravaganza. They had a nice booth and seemed friendly. We ending up meeting with Chris at a Starbucks and everything went well, he seemed like a nice guy and we liked everything he showed us, so we decided to sign a contract with him (big mistake). After submitting our deposit, we didn’t hear from him for about a month & we never got any acknowledgment of him receiving it, until we asked multiple times via text and email. As our wedding date began to get closer, we still hadn’t heard anything. He would never return my Fiancèe’s texts or calls, so I ended up finding Christina’s(listed as manager) number on their website. I got a hold of her and she was able to answer some of my questions. She was supposed to text me some forms that we needed to complete after we got off the phone. I never received them. We were worried that they were going to cause problems for us on our wedding day, so I reached out to Chris via email to tell him my concerns and to let him know that we wouldn’t be using his service anymore. I also asked for our deposit back. Never heard anything back. I texted him multiple times and even texted Christina because I was getting 0 response at all. I was finally able to get him on the phone and he agreed that he would process our refund that same night. He never did. I waited about a month and gave him another call. He made up an excuse about having a family emergency but that he would process our refund that weekend. That was several months ago. I gave him all the time in the world to make it right, but he didn’t. We have friends that are having the exact same experience with them. I’m writing this review so that other couples can read this and avoid the headache. No couple should have to deal with this on their big day. It’s not fair to those people. It’s very clear that ICADJ’s brand image isn’t even worth $100. We will be in contact with every organization that they are a vendor with, to inform them of what’s going on so that we can put a stop to this nonsense.

I used ICADJ to do lights and sound for our Dinner Party. From the twinkle stars on the ceiling, to the projections on the wall to the lights and music outside. It was magical!! A night we'll never forget!!

We booked ICADJ at the San Antonio Bridal Extravaganza event. They were very nice and informative and allowed us to save money in areas where we were going to bring our own photobooth backdrop! My only complaint would be that it was very difficult to communicate with the DJ via email. Once my wedding planner contacted him via phone we got more questions answered however it would take weeks to get a response via email. Other then that the DJ was great at the wedding and everyone had a blast!

Worst experience with Chris. Originally went with icadj because it was a family business but immediately regretted it. Not the DJ I recommend. Never kept in touch and 2 weeks before our wedding we could not get a hold of Chris. After emails, texts, calls and voicemails we decided to look for a different DJ. PLATINUM ENTERTAINMENT will not disappoint.

We hired them for a photobooth and it honestly wasn’t worth the $700. From the start. They are not responsive to emails. We had to track them down after numerous phone calls to pay off the rest of our balance to ensure they will be at our wedding. I wasn’t given the option to choose a template with a “custom” design so it was just a white background with our names and the date was wrong. It took my guests to let them know the date was wrong. The camera was an iPad. There were very few props. The “unlimited” prints as promised was a joke. They had one small printer that couldn’t keep up with the prints. So therefore many guests didn’t get to take theirs home because the printing was behind. The guest book was not impressive. And I didn’t receive it until about a month later after I tracked them down again. I also didn’t get the link to all the digital photos which was specifically noted in the package. Overall disappointed. Did not get my money’s worth. I should have gone for something less expensive because I received poor service anyway. Safe yourself the grief and the money.

Our DJ was AMAZING! We loved them! They helped us out so much and were so prepared and sweet! Great people!

Icadj was amazing. My husband and I have a variety of friends and family. Some that only speak Spanish and only English. Icadj made sure to have a variety of music playing and had everyone in the dance floor at one point or another. Thank you so much for your incredible services!

Not sure what happened with our booking of ICADJ. Had booked 10 months in advance but we must have slipped through the cracks because when I started to reach out again about a month before there was a lot of confusion. I don't think they had assigned a DJ to us because they ended up sending a DJ from another company. This DJ was awesome and we have no complaints about him, but it was really stressful not knowing what was going on until two days before the wedding. We are still very happy with the price and how everything worked out!

I was first introduced to ICADJ's team at the Bridal Extravaganza in the summer of 2018. First impressions are lasting impressions. This company is family owned and operated. It was neat to see how everyone was related and what their role was in the company. We booked them a month later and it could not have been any more hassle-free! Their packages are affordable without lacking in the quality of service. I never got to meet Chris in person during the planning period because of my difficult work schedule but during our initial telephone consult, he explained every detail to me and up until wedding day, we communicated through text and emails with no problem. He was able to work in every specific detail I requested for our wedding day and kept the party dancing all night. I chose one of the more basic packages because I pretty much just needed music but they offer multiple levels of service plus add ons for any preference. Thank you for the excellent service! Easy, affordable, hassle free, dj company! ICADJ made the whole process super easy for us. We spoke multiple times on the phone to go over our music playlists and during our consultation they helped us build the timeline of the reception. Since neither of us had been married before it was helpful having a guiding hand to help. We felt very comfortable with our Dj and day of the wedding everything went very well. Our parents were concerned the music would be too loud for some of our family but our Dj was great at playing music at an acceptable level to talk to each while keeping the dance floor full and fun. We're so grateful we found y'all.

My husband and I were very pleased with ICADJ events. There packages are affordable and entertainment was great. All night we were getting compliments on our Gobo lighting, uplighting and photobooth. Thank you ICADJ for making our wedding complete.

We're beyond thankful for the amazing evening y'all did for us. We felt comfortable after meeting you at your office and the communication continued through to the day of the wedding. Followed all our cues. Photo booth was a hit. I'd recommend ICADJ to any of my friends. I'd like to mention I was impressed with the quality of the prints and props from the photo booth.

We could not have been happier with our DJ! They are very organized and fast to respond. There were a few songs we asked not to play and they did everything they could to make us happy. I would not hesitate to hire them again! Thank you so much!

ICADJ is awesome! Chris takes the time to get to know you to find out what your musical tastes are to make your wedding entertainment spectacular. Everyone at ICADJ was very professional and friendly. They showed up on time, DJ'd our ceremony and reception, had a beautiful aesthetic setup. I cannot recommend highly enough!

We had an absolutely phenomenal time at our wedding! Adrian our DJ made the night run so smoothly and played the perfect songs for the perfect moments. We selected a handful of songs and let him do the rest, and it was all executed to perfection. The communication beforehand with both the owner and our DJ Adrian was professional and gave us the reassurance that our entertainment for the night was going to be all sorted. The dancing section of the night was incredible and he kept momentum on the dance floor for hours, we finished it off with his spectacular coordination of the final send off. We also hired ICADJ to setup a photo booth and I must say I was pleasantly surprised for the price we paid how great everything turned out. Our guests were raving about the cool props they brought. The staff always kept the props table clean and helped keep the line moving smoothly. Thank you to the whole ICADJ team!

I couldn’t be happier with the services from IVADJ Events. They were very fair and did a fantastic job during my wedding reception. I was specific in the music I wanted. Our entrance was choreographed and they played the music exactly as I requested. I appreciated that they kept in contact with me even until the day before to offer their expertise which I happily took. I’d definitely recommend and use them again for an event in the future.

10 STARS! Chris is a really down to earth guy. During our consultation he was helpful on giving suggestions on what type of music to play for each aspect of our reception. Chris and Ashley were in constant communication with us as the evening unfolded. We really enjoyed the photo booth. They brought tons of hats, masks, signs, and feather boas. The guy running the photo booth was engaging my guests and making everyone laugh. Chris was easy to communicate with and made us feel comfortable. He wasn't super pushy sales guy and egotistical like some Djs we interviewed prior. We're very thankful for everything.

Our wedding had been coordinated by ICADJ Events and we couldn’t asked for more from them they made it fabulous, extravagant and our guest raved about it, they can’t get enough how wonderful the event went through. The whole event had been into a smooth sailing and thanks to the team. We were stress free, relaxed and we highly recommend them to everyone who was planning their weddings or any events to coordinate it with ICADJ Events.

Absolutely wonderful job! We provided a list of songs we wanted to be played at different times and they followed it perfectly. They stuck to our agenda to a T and kept us on time. They did a great job of not playing entire songs and having one song fade into the next to keep the party going. They kept our dance floor full the whole time and we are just so grateful for them! Great people for a great, very affordable cost! All we wanted was music for the reception and they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them!

I’ve been to a lot of events hosted by ICADJ Events and they never fail to impress me on how they run the events. You can really see and experience a well-planned event and how smooth flow is. Definitely a must hire events organizing tem. Surely I will hire them for my future event. Great job ICADJ Events.

Chris has done a great work of helping me with pretty much everything for our wedding event. He has been efficient, creative and truly cares about his clients; pours his heart into his work. Also his team was so amazing, they really worked together to only not to keep us on budget but to assure us that the our day was fueled by caring & talented people. The outcome of our wedding was absolutely gorgeous and ran smoothly.

I booked ICADJ Events for dj services at my January wedding. Their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and their service stood out to me at the Bridal Expo where I met them. I met with Chris a couple of times and was very excited to have them DJ my wedding - he had already let me know ahead of time it was more than likely going to be his partner, Jovan, dj'ing at our wedding, which I was fine with. Although the music was still great at my wedding, it didn't seem like Jovan followed the form filled out with music choices at all. Songs I requested to be played weren't played, he began with the wrong song for the dollar dance (also played the wrong song for the garter toss), and he was never very communicative regarding timing. Anytime I went to request a song, he was on his phone. He was very nice and courteous when we met, I was just a little let down that some songs I wanted to hear did not get played and it was annoying that incorrect songs were being played. Overall, though, I'd still give 4 stars for the pricing, service, quality, and my guests enjoyed the music. Chris was always very professional in his correspondences.

We hired ICADJ Services to set-up the wedding event for us and really had a fantastic experience. They always made us feel though that everything is 100% controlled. We always felt supported through the planning process and we are so appreciative of all the knowledge Chris shared with us. Chris and his team didn’t try to decide on their own without us; they ask us what we wanted to happen. – They listened to our ideas and share some additional ideas & recommendations to make our wedding event have a beautiful outcome. To the selection of music to play, theme, photo booth and MC they hired for us were very professional & upbeat. They made the wedding program event fun and entertaining to all of us. All went according to the plan. My wedding day was so amazing and stress-free with Chris and his team. They really worked as a team to make the wedding event special, abundant & memorable to all of us.

The team of ICADJ Service did an excellent work for my wedding. They not only helped us on the wedding day, but they gave some good suggestions and recommendations to make our wedding event had a perfect outcome. In the end everything worked out so well and we were truly amazed by their professionalism to make our special day even more memorable. We didn’t know how the wedding done w/o them. I highly recommend them to organize in your wedding event. You won’t be disappointed.

It was great to work with ICADJ Services. They made my wedding super great! They’re very easy to communicate with and respond to any questions and concern I had promptly. Nailed what I wanted, from the presentation, music, lightings, photo slideshow to watch during the dinner and the MC are very professional entertaining the guests. They exceed my expectations. They’re highly recommended to other couples looking for a great experience for their wedding.

Unfortunately, hiring I.C.A.D.J. was a major mistake. I found I.C.A.D.J. at the Bridal Extravaganza and they were the least expensive. It seemed like they had mostly good reviews online, so I hired them. Trust me when I say spend the extra money!! After I complained about all of the things that went wrong, I was sent a form to sign saying that they would give me a partial refund if I would agree that no one involved with our wedding would leave any reviews. I wonder why they have mostly good reviews... I responded and told them I did not feel comfortable and that it seemed deceitful, but that I would state in my review that they made it right if they gave us the partial refund. I never got a response. I should have been concerned during the time leading up to our wedding when it would take up to weeks or another follow up to get a response to my emails. I should have been concerned when Chris showed up late to our consultation a month before the wedding. I should have been concerned when my day of coordinator could not get a response from him confirming our wedding details the week of our wedding. She finally got a hold of him on the phone during our rehearsal the night before and he confirmed that he would be at our venue at 3:00, playing music by 3:30, ceremony to start around 4:00-4:15. Wedding Day: I was told around 3:50 that the DJ still hadn’t shown up. He told my coordinator that he couldn’t find the venue...even though he had told us he visited it a couple of days before. A few minutes before 4:00, I see a guy jogging across the lawn in basketball shorts and a sleeveless T-shirt. Nope, it wasn’t a maintenance guy or a visitor, it was our DJ. I was so shocked that he showed up looking that way! I got many comments from our guests on how unprofessional he looked...it’s unfortunate that is what our guests will remember most. Anyway, he quickly sets up, realizes he forgot some cord and runs back to get it. It was 4:15-4:20 by the time he started playing music. So our list of special music was completely cut and he also played the incorrect song for our parents walking. When we arrived at our reception venue, I saw him outside getting equipment out of the van (mind you, he has told us the reception venue would be set up with different equipment earlier in the day) and I went over to ask him what was going on. His excuse was that he had medical issues that week and had just gotten out of the hospital the day before. Someone from his team should have called us so we could make other arrangements. The one positive that I can say is that he kept people on the dance floor at the reception for the most part, even though a good portion of the list we provided was not played. There were several other issues but I’m going to leave my review at that. I hope this saves some other brides the bad experience that we had!

Working with Chrisat ICADJ was going very well, he helped with the reception music, dancing music selection was very easy. For the father daughter dance, he helped put multiple songs together and it came out fantastic. However, 3 days before the wedding, we received an email that Chris would not be at our DJ at our wedding. He ended up sending another DJ that works for him, Jovan. The dinner music that I put together was not sent to the Jovan and he was not given our reception music listing. Once he got his bearings, he ended up doing a great job! He took requests and we just had a quick talk with him in the beginning and he knew exactly what kind of reception we wanted. Chris did apologize and it ended up working out well but it was not something that we wanted to deal with 3 days before the wedding.

They were very professional and fun to work with. You can tell that they truly love what they do. Very skilled and creative, from preparation, music requests, photo booth and ceremony, all went well, according to plan. They really made my wedding important & really make it memorable for us. The whole experience was phenomenal. All the staff from this business was amazing and very friendly. They help you with all the details and provide valuable ideas to make the wedding more fun, fruitful, and most of all memorable.

You can’t go wrong if you use ICADJ for ALL of your sound, lighting and photobooth needs. I assumed they would be able to meet all of our music needs and they certainly did that. I was very particular about what I wanted for lighting. They worked with me and offered a wonderful combination of uplights, light towers and monograms to make the atmosphere in the room exactly like the fairy tale I had envisioned. The changing colors were a great way to go with the different moods of music. The night was perfect and ICADJ played a huge part in making that happen. I really recommend getting the photobooth. It was a huge hit with our guests the whole night. Definitely made the night more dynamic and fun! Chris was really easy to work with on creating the design on the prints given to our guests. It matched perfectly with the 20s theme we had.

There are many decisions to make when planning a wedding. The easiest decision I made was to use ICADJ Entertainment as my DJ. They were wonderful all night long. The music was exactly what I wanted. They used my entire playlist and mixed in lots of their own choices that coordinated perfectly with the mood I wanted. Requests from guests were welcomed and there was no song they couldn’t accommodate. Chris did a great job as DJ. He was so much more than a DJ. He also was our MC and kept the entire evening on schedule. He tailored the music to all of the events of the evening. I had a wide age range of guests and there was music played for every generation. Nobody wanted to leave the dance floor and nobody wanted the night to end. My friends and family are still talking about what a great time they had. Thanks ICADJ!

All our guest LOVED our DJ! The dance floor was never empty and the music was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I literally danced ALL night! We were running a little late and with our original schedule, but they always came up to us to make they'd do something we were okay with. Since the beginning I.C.A.Dj Entertainment worked to understand our needs and they got it. I can't describe how happy I am with their service.

If you like supporting small/family owned businesses, hire these guys! They are so nice, professional, and work extra hard to make sure your event is amazing. Awesome lighting and incredible music. This is one fantastic group of people and I will be hiring them for all my events and recommending them to everyone I know!

I hired Chris to do our daughters sweet sixteen. Kids had a ball. Chris was told not to play any songs with cuss words and I was very pleased with all of his selection. When is came time to let the adults dance he played oldies, 80's , and salsa. We got our chance to dance too which was enjoyable for us and the sponsors. Perfect throughout the whole night

I.C.A.DJ Entertainment is wonderful! I'm so glad that my husband and I picked them for our wedding. Being a family owned business helped make sure that any and all needs were met. DJ Chris was very professional and worked with me every step of the way. From the consultations to any question I had all the way to the wedding, DJ Chris and his team worked with us every step of the way to make this a beautiful and memorable day. Any time I needed to reach them for any questions or changes I wanted to make he was able to respond to me in a very timely manner (even when it was the middle of the night he would make sure to respond to me first thing in the morning) that made me feel very comfortable knowing that we were in good hands. DJ Chris offered a form for us to fill out for any music we didn't like and the songs we preferred to hear. He took extra care to make sure the songs we didn't want were not played and I am so thankful for that. We got the Premium package and am so glad we did. The music during dinner was great, DJ Chris kept it enjoyable and not slow. During the dance the music was fun and upbeat that kept everyone on the dance floor having the time of their lives! The custom monogram that was made for us was so beautiful and we got so many compliments on it!! And the props he provided were great and provided our guests with loads of entertainment. He even provided a fog machine that enhanced the dancing, I was a little worried how people would respond to it but I'm glad it was there. The lighting was beautiful and he took extra care to make sure he provided the correct colors we wanted and placed them so that they were beautiful looking without any being in the way of our guests. He made sure to work very closely with my coordinator and photographer to help make everything run smoothly. DJ Chris helped make our wedding a very fun, special, and wonderful event and I am so thankful that we decided to go with him! Glad I found him at the Bridal Show!

They were so amazing at my wedding. Chris is so polite and helpful. They do special things for Military which was very nice and Chris was professional and just awesome the whole night. We didnt have as many people dancing as I thought would but that didnt stop Chris from playing my favorite songs and looking up my countless requests. Such a good deal for your money.

Chris and his father Albert were great to work with from the start. They invited us to their office to showcase their options and packages and willing to work with our budget and music taste. Chris handled audio and lights for our ceremony, reception, video slideshow during dinner, dinner/dance and was our MC for the night and played a great mix of music. He was willing to try different music and really enjoyed Electronic/EDM music, mash-ups, country, oldies, classic rock you name it we played it. Chris was prompt in responding to emails and texts, was willing to meet with us multiple times to coordinate and was early for setup. Awesome night and wish it was still going on. Outstanding experience. This wedding was a long time in the making and very important to us. Chris worked with our budget and helped making the planning process much easier. We asked him to play mostly country music and he did a great job of playing my favorite songs yet still blending in wedding music favorites. Chris and his Dad are very knowledgable of all kinds of music. I highly recommend doing the Props giveaway they provide. I received a ton of compliments from my family on the light foam batons they gave my guests.

Guys look no further. We received a ton of compliments from our guests with the music and photo booth. Emailing and texting our Dj was super easy and he was really nice, down to earth, talented Dj. The photo booth worked out well. Everyone seemed have a crazy time with the Video portion of the booth too. I've never seen anyone else with picture photo booth and Slow motion filming. My bridal party and I had fun doing the slow motion film with confetti in the air and props. Also we asked the DJ to do a couple mixes with my favorite songs and he did an amazing job. My fiance asked for only one thing and that was to pick the DJ. Now my husband and I are simply amazed with everything. Although a lot of my guests left just after the dinner (as expected) those of us who love to dance really enjoyed ourselves. DJ setup is clean, beautiful light show, and professional equipment. Thank y'all from the bottom of our hearts. This really made the evening memorable.
