Our ice art is created by internationally recognized ice sculptor Dawson List, who has both won awards at and judged ice sculpting competitions as far away as Slovakia and China. Our clients include some of the finest establishments in New Orleans and around the Gulf Coast and we create ice sculptures that dazzle your guests! An absolute dream!!!
If you want an ice luge or sculpture, this is your guy. Dawson was so easy to work with. His design was incredible!!
20/10, cannot recommend enough.
Tip to brides: the ice luge at a wedding will absolutely get your guests loose and fun!
Our ice sculpture was a huge hit! We went with a big H for our last name and made it a drink luge! We had a bartender pouring it through the ice into glasses for people during our cocktail hour and everyone was obsessed with it - to the point that we ran out of the signature drink mix to pour through it!

We have used Ice Dragon for 2 of our daughters wedding.
The first time was in August, 2012. For this wedding, Dawson carved for us an ice “ice cream bar.” It was fabulous! When the 2nd daughter got engaged, we knew who to call. ICE DRAGON, of course!! We were so pleased again and so was our Welsh groom! The “Big Ben clock tower” luge with lemons embellished in the “House of Parliament” was a huge HIT!!! Thank you Dawson, great job!
My husband is a huge Saints fan, so of course I requested a fleur del lis designed sculpture for our special day! Dawson was so willing to please us. He’s a true artist,
Who takes pride in his work. Everyone absolutely loved the ice sculpture, including the staff at Ralph’s on the Park. It added that little bit class! Glad we got a chance to meet Dawson. Literally the most photographed thing at my wedding!! Dawson was easy to work with and created a masterpiece for my reception. The sculpture was an enormous shrimp luge designed to keep the shrimp cold and engraved with our intertwined initials--a total showstopper. We will definitely use Ice Dragon again for future events!

Ice Dragon made our wedding night! We were in shock to see a bar made completely of ice, with flowers frozen in it, AND our initials in the ice!! It was truly incredible and our guests absolutely loved it. It was a picture perfect hit and added to our special night. I can't thank the people at Ice Dragon enough - y'all are so talented!! I had Dawson put together a fleur de lis ice sculpture for my wedding. He did a terrific job! Everyone was very impressed with the sculpture.
Our daughter and new son-in-law got married March 24,2018. Dawson used their custom monogram on top of a detailed, tall pillar which created the perfect centerpiece for the raw bar. It was so beautiful, and Dawson was great to work with. Definitely recommend!
I got married on March 25, 2017 and got Ice Dragon Ice to create a fleur de lis ice sculpture for us. It was soooooo beautiful! Everyone commented on how gorgeous and perfect it was. Most of my guests had never seen anything like it before, so it was a real treat!
After seeing the beautiful fleur de lis ice luges I new it would be a huge hit at my New Orleans wedding! Once guest realized it was more than just an ice sculpture the party got going! It was beautiful and had our names engraved at the base!
