r a very uneven square, and our table cloths were sometimes octagons... I'm not really sure who wasn't paying attention when they sent these to us, but the cutting was awful. Regardless, the colors fit well and nobody seemed to notice the weird shapes.

are a little high especially on their tent rentals. It made me want to go buy a tent and start my own tent rental business. They delivered on time and nothing was missing from my order. However, make sure to be specific on where you want them to drop the items off at the location and be specific on wanting a phone call if you are not at the location when the drop items off. This did not happen for us and they dropped the items off earlier than expected and put them up against my friend's garage where the wedding would be. We had to move everything out to the location behind the house. I called Rachel and let her know if this and she was VERY apologetic and said she would handle speaking to the delivery drivers. I would definitely reccommend going through Tates for your rentals.

We picked up the vases 2 days before the wedding and had 2 days after the wedding to return them all for the one day price! That was over and above what they needed to do for us! We were very impressed with Tate's and will go through them again if we need rentals!

o the lodge and began unloading them they were covered in red stuff- what looked like raspberry filling. It took quite a lot of time (which we didn't have) and extra hands to clean all the tables and chairs. When we took them back to Tates we got to the store at 4:45 and one of the workers in the back came out and told us they were closed. My brother said what time do you close and they said 5. My brother said the sign on your door says your open until 5:30 to which the worker replied, oh I get it mixed up. Then the worker proceeded to complain about how hard his job was and how he didn't want to unload the trailer this late in the day. My husband, brother, and father in law ended up unloading all the tables and chairs onto the dolleys and the workers just walked them from the front of the warehouse to the back. BAD SERVICE! We will rent from events rents from now on.

They arrive with equipment on time, come take the equipment down on time, and are there to answer any questions. I do have complaints about their website: some of the images for items are so small you can't see it without a microscope. The prices are reasonable though, and I would definitely recommend them to any bride or groom getting married in the Boise area.

man named Rachel who was at the desk when we went in was able to throw together what we needed and make it work. She did a terrific job especially at the last minute on a holiday weekend. If you go to Tate's, ask for Rachel.
