Jose and team at Illusions, THANK YOU for all your hard work in making my wedding absolutely magical. Seriously, you guys are rockstars! From the first time we met, your ability to understand and execute our vision with such precision blew us away. Your attention to detail and organization just added to the whole experience. The decor rentals and designs were beyond stunning, and the way you coordinated everything was just perfect. I can't tell you how much it meant to us to see everything come together so beautifully on the big day. It was even better than what we imagined. Thank you again Jose and team at Illusions. You guys are simply the best!

Illusions was recommended by friends who used them for their entire wedding. I spoke with their coordinator (Chelsea) and have been expecting a quote. However, after repeated calls, messages, and emails, I've not ever received the quote and NO ONE has reached out to me. Today, I decided to give them one more try and the receptionist said she would put me through to a different coordinator (Michelle). Voicemail never came on. I am through and will do business elsewhere as I do not have any confidence in this company.

Chelsea Wirth was amazing to work with throughout the process. She came out to our house to measure for tents in case of rain, and helped us conceive of a seating plan for dinner. As the weather was iffy the week of the wedding they gave us an extra 12 hours to decide whether or not to cancel the tents, which was a huge relief. The staff that did the set up was exactly on time and incredibly courteous and professional. They were very patient with me and went through to check that we had every tablecloth and table labeled to make wedding day set-up a breeze. The pick-up was easy, and again, very professional. They have reasonable prices compared to other vendors and their cancellation policy for tents is far better than other vendors I looked at. They are extremely responsive to all emails and phone calls. I am so glad that I chose them and highly recommend them!

I am a professional event planner and was looking for a one-stop shop and the RK Group provided that with venues, Rosemary Catering, Illusions Rentals, and Flair Floral. We had our 110-person wedding at The Spire and it was absolutely perfect. I actually relaxed and let them run with the show. Dawn, Veronica, Oscar and Laurie were great to work with in advance. Leading up the day of the wedding weather looked poor so we made plans for a tent outside. The day of the event Juan, Veronica, Shelley and team took wonderful care of things the day of and they even collected our cake and all belongings and stored until Monday. Our guests and my husband were floored with decor, service, florals, lighting, bar setup and food quality. What a wonderful weekend filled with love and memories to last a lifetime. The space looked breathtaking with the rental chairs, linens, and decor items. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Illusions did my wedding and it was located at a ranch in the middle of no where. They did an onsite visit before hand to figure out all of the logistics. They came and set the tent up a couple of days before the wedding - this was great to make sure everything was perfect, and left time to fix anything (which we didn't need to!) Everyone said the tent was more like an add-on to the house. It was so spacious and the tables and chairs were great too. I would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Very helpful, very enthusiastic and friendly, the fabrics and florals we got from Illusions were beautiful. You get what you pay for and we were glad we chose them rather than HEB for the flowers, the quality speaks for itself.

The of delivery of tables and heaters was promised in writing between 9-11AM the day of the wedding, so I had my crew of helpers there at 11 to set up chairs that were provided by the facility. The truck finally arrived at 1:30 PM which had us sitting around doing nothing for 2 1/2 hours and put us in a real bind. I was not happy. We really had to scramble to get set up and then get dressed for photos.

Choosing Illusions was easy since it was a part of the RK Group, and luckily they were very easy to work with and had all the things we needed. They even brought in nicer silverware from Dallas so that we had a nicer table setting.

The flowers provided by Illusions are the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever seen. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for. In the end the quality paired with the experience of the team make the whole flower experience headache free. My bouquet was to die for and the center pieces were perfect. We were missing 2 boutonnieres for ushers when the flowers arrived, but Illusions was there immediately to correct the miscount.
