Jamie was our wedding coordinator with Imoni Events. We planned our Scottsdale wedding while living in Northern California. Jamie made every step of the wedding planning process enjoyable. She was extremely professional and brought creative ideas, resources and quality vendors to the table. Her organization and patience put us at ease and helped to pull off a flawless wedding. My husband, mom and I really got to enjoy the wedding planning process — Jamie lightened the stress big time! Some of my favorite memories were our cake tasting day, seeing Jamie’s design plan and visiting with the florist at the venue. By the time our big weekend rolled around Jamie was family and made the wedding day itself so easy and stress free. Imoni is the team to hire for your wedding day hands down! My husband, family and I cannot say better things about Sarrah and her team. From start to finish everything was a breeze. Sarrah made the process very easy, organized, exciting, and she took the stress off our plate. During the process of identifying our wedding planner, it was glaringly obvious from the moment Jennifer from Imoni called us and paired us with Jamie that it was a perfect fit. My husband and I worked with Jamie at Imoni Events. We were scheduled to be married originally in May 2020 and we hired Jamie as our day-of planner. She was such a help the whole way through the planning process - making vendor recommendations, helping us with negotiations, making helpful detail suggestions, the whole bit. We were just about ready and then....COVID. We ended up having to reschedule the wedding twice and finally got married Dec 2020. Jamie was with us the whole way through. She went above and beyond to help us reschedule everything, re-negotiate contracts, help us through venue changes and all of the details in between. She was SO much more than a day planner for us. She became an ally, a friend, and a shoulder to lean on when we didn't know what to do! She is pragmatic, objective, smart and we trusted her like family. I knew from the our first meeting that Jamie was going to be the perfect planner!! She just had the best energy from day one and that never changed!! Jamie and I worked together to plan my dream wedding for 18 months! From the start, we had no idea what would go through!!! Planning a wedding in general is super stressful, add in a pandemic.... woah. I honestly don’t think our wedding would have happened without Jamie and her team. I feel fortnate to say we hired Jenni at Imoni Events to plan our out of state wedding. All brides are different; different thoughts, ideas, expectations, levels of involvement. I had the pleasure of working with Imoni, specifically Jamie for our wedding in March 2017. We purchased Imoni’s services for the “final touches” and I had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with Jamie the last month prior to our wedding. Amazingly, she was available for the entire year leading up to our wedding. I found myself texting her questions and ideas at all times of the day and she was so quick to respond. Before we even met, I felt like Jamie was one of my closest friends. She is just incredible- approachable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. On the day of the wedding our goal was to have a stress free experience and to enjoy every minute of our special day. Imoni made that possible. EVERYTHING went off flawlessly. I can honestly look back and say nothing went wrong and to us, everything was perfect. Even our guests commented that they had never been to a wedding that went so smoothly. When I first was interviewing wedding coordinators I knew I was looking for someone very Type A. I spoke with Sarrah at Imoni and she was incredibly thorough and intuitive. I was impressed from day 1... and my friends will tell you I can be a tough critic :). Leading up to the big day, Sarrah was uber responsive and helped me in the areas I’m not great at- I can make decisions but don’t have a great eye for design- which she does! On the day of the wedding Sarrah and her team made sure everyone had a fabulous time and handled all of the little details so I could relax and be in the moment. I had multiple guests comment on how well run the wedding was. I cannot thanks Sarrah and Imoni enough for making our big day truly perfect!

Where to begin!? My husband and I hired another wedding planning company previous to finding Imoni Events. That other company (we won’t mention their name) was awful and left a really bad feeling in our bones about our big day. Being an event planner myself, and a meticulous one at that, I had really high standards for the people we wanted to plan and execute our destination wedding in Scottsdale. That being said, we let that terrible wedding planner go. Shortly after, we called Imoni Events. We had a scheduled phone call with Jenni and she was right on time- my kind of gal! We explained our situation, asked her all the important questions and most importantly, got the best vibes ever! She didn’t rush us off the phone and seemed to be really interested in who we were as a couple. She asked us a lot of questions about what we were looking for and made us feel super comfortable. We were sold on all the good feelings! The process of transferring over to Imoni was seamless. They set us up with their client database so that we could upload any existing contracts and information for the entire team to see. The user-friendly system had the to-do lists and helpful information- things I wouldn’t have even thought of! Through the system, we were also able to email the Imoni team and get a response back from someone right away. This was super helpful when I had a Saturday question and some of the other planners were out working hard at weddings! Every single person we spoke to at Imoni was a delight and super helpful. They were knowledgeable problem solvers, and you can tell by their enthusiasm they really do love what they do! We met Jenni in person on our final visit to Scottsdale to do our tasting, floral arrangement viewing and walk through of the events with the venue. She really helped guide us in hammering out all of the details. She was an angel through it all… especially my almost melt down dealing with our mothers that had tagged along! Haha! One month prior to our wedding, Jenni sent me the very surreal email letting me know that I need to hand over the reigns to her and her team. I was no longer aloud to be stressed about the littlest things and all things wedding related should be considered taken care of. For once in my life, I didn’t fight it. I had complete trust in Jenni and accepted the stress-free month gladly! I mean, what bride wants to reconfirm all of the vendors and the details of each contract!? When the big weekend finally came, mind you- we had three events (Friday Welcome Party, Saturday Wedding/Reception, and Sunday brunch), Jenni was a ROCKSTAR!!!! She even had my velvet linens lying flat at her house all week prior to the reception because I didn’t want them to be wrinkled! How amazing! There were two assistants on the big day that were also incredible sweet and very helpful. They steamed everyone’s dresses including my giant silk tulle ballgown that must have had 100 layers. Jenni ran around the entire time just making sure everything was PERFECT- and it was! The assistants remained there all night to make sure everything was smooth too. We even had a few rowdy guests do something stupid, and they came right up to me to make sure I was okay with the guests still being there! The whole weekend was a breeze and I couldn’t thank Jenni and her team enough! We had the best time ever and owe it all to these ladies! Thank you so much for being genuinely great professionals and the Beyonce of wedding planners.

Imoni events was great in making our day special. We worked with Regan and she is outstanding, personable and fun. Regan was very organized and willing to answer all my questions. Our day was perfect!

When it came to the planning of the big day, we took full advantage of the 18 month engagement and we kind of did it in stages. We made a handful of visits out to Scottsdale from Oklahoma throughout the process and each visit was so productive, thanks to the amazing team at Imoni Events. From the first meeting that I sat down with Jenni, she absolutely NAILED my vision. She had collaborated with my Pinterest board and created a vision board that nearly had me in tears it was so perfect. Every single vendor they recommended was perfection and helped to make the day as dreamy as I had imagined. I can say that I had little to no stress during the entire process, and I couldn't be more appreciative of that.

We hired Sam as our wedding planner and it was hands down the best decision we made other than the one to marry each other. We did a lot of shopping around for planners and assumed as queer people that we would need a planner from New York or LA who could both get our vision and taste and also treat us right as queer people getting married in Arizona. We sent a request to Imoni Events because they had such high reviews in Arizona and we liked what we could see of their work online. We were about to commit to working with a planner in LA (who was twice as expensive as Imoni) when we got a text from Sam Glascock asking to set up a meeting to discuss our wedding. We wound up talking to her on a Sunday morning and it was love at first call. Words cannot express how much we love Sam or how lucky we are to have found her. She is not only an exceptional human being, seriously hilarious, warm, deeply kind, loving, thoughtful she is also SO GOOD AT HER JOB. She made it clear from the first phone call that her job was to take care of every single detail beforehand and during our wedding weekend so that we could just show up and enjoy ourselves and truer words have never been spoken. The entire 16 month experience of working with her was an absolute delight, she stayed on top of all the details and made sure things were moving along, she was completely available to us, we had the most fun of our lives planning our wedding in large part because we had the privilege of doing it with Sam. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Arizona wedding scene and she worked hard to get to know us and understand our vision and then recommend vendors who could make our dreams a reality. She recommended our design/floral folks –Atelier de LaFleur, our photographer – Elyse Hall, our invitation/day of paper – Celebrations in Paper, and they could not have been a better match for us, every single tiny detail was nothing short of perfection. She also worked seamlessly with the vendors we selected. If you are someone looking to get married in Arizona, hire Imoni to plan your wedding, you won’t regret a single penny spent, trust us. People say that wedding planning is stressful or challenging and we literally had the exact opposite experience. Sam made our lives more enjoyable by being a part of it during the wedding planning process, she made our wedding weekend absolutely perfect and magical and she has become a part of our family and a lifelong friend.

Jennifer Thye is the owner of Imoni events. My Mom and I hired her for full service planning and that was the best decision we could have made. Jenni is absolutely fabulous at what she does! I am SO thankful for Imoni! Jen was my main coordinator, with Rachael also a part of my big day! I highly recommend them. Jen was always responsive and on top of things and gave me peace of mind. I knew that no matter what, she would make sure my day was perfect, which it was! They placed all of my day of decorations for me and made everything look fabulous! On top of that, them taking the reigns for all my vendors and the timeline was absolutely priceless. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Sam was fantastic! From wedding mishaps to design ideas--she did it all. We hired a wedding planner from the beginning because I wanted to enjoy my day...I wanted my mother to enjoy the day. Sam made sure that happened and more. She even folded 150 napkins the night before to make sure everything was just right. I can't tell you the value Sam added to our wedding. When I got engaged and started the planning process. I had an idea of what I wanted to do and the vendors I wanted. I booked everything and then I thought about hiring a wedding planner. I looked into the services and Imoni had a day of coordinator which take over planning 30 days before the wedding. I hired them and don't have any regrets. Regan who was my planner was amazing. She was patient with me the entire time. She responded to all questions almost instantly and I had a lot of them. The day of she made sure I was taken care of. She reminded me of details that I wasn't aware of like choosing a cake cutting song. I didn't have to worry about anything except for smiling for the pictures. It was definitely the best money spent. I highly recommend hiring Imoni Events for all brides!!!

Jen made our wedding the most spectacular day of our lives. She is artistic, creative, detail oriented, and extremely organized. She was incredible to work with and I am very sad the big day is over, I will miss our emails, calls, and frequent chats. Working with Jen and Regan was one of the best decisions we made about our wedding. They were beyond reliable and responded immediately to every little question we had. I called them our dream team- plus they helped us to build our dream team of wedding professionals. They both gave us their opinions on what they thought would work when we didn't know what to do. We trusted them with everything! I told them my vision and they made sure it was executed and it all came alive. They became our friends and we just adore them!

My sister actually used Jen as her wedding planner for her wedding in September...and we just fell in love with her! She was willing to fly all the way the IL for my wedding...and I think I would have gone crazy without her! She knows what she is doing and she has a great team. Anyone getting married in AZ needs to use Jen! (also, if you are willing to fly her out she is totally worth it!!) She is not that "Bride" that decided she planned a pretty nice wedding so she can do it for other people...no...she is serious and knows everything that goes into wedding planner and contacting the vendors and if something goes wrong you know Jen will handle it. Example...we had forgotten to order an ice sculptor two days before the wedding Jen had it handled and it was beautiful!

From start to finish Jenni and her team were incredibly helpful! I didn't stress about a single thing on the day of because of her. It was the absolute hands down best purchase of my wedding (and believe me, there were lots of purchases :) ). They are organized, creative and incredibly professional. Plus I feel that I ended up with a great friend, not just a wedding coordinator. If you are trying to decide if it is worth the money, how can you put a price on sanity! I can't say enough good things about Jen Thye and Imoni Events! Not only is she super sweet, she is knowledgeable and experienced! Jen Thye is not only the most warm hearted wedding planner I had interviewed, but she is so down to earth and truly wants to work with you to make your day perfect for you, your groom, your family and guests. Jen goes to every meeting with you and my favorite part was that first Jen learned who I was and my vision, then narrowed her vendors to the ones that she thought I would fit with best.
