The way they treat you here makes you never want to leave. It was like their main focus was to make me feel as gorgeous and as important as ever ! Grace was my stylist and I don't think I would have had such an amazing experience without her. She paid attention to every detail and focused on providing me with my specific needs the entire time. I was able to find the dress that same day and I owe it all to her !!! Seriously you will not leave upset .

Impression Bridal was my 4th stop on a 2 day adventure. I went in knowing I was going to go back to store #1 to get a dress I couldn’t stop thinking about. And then I met Marissa. I definitely was tired of hearing the “we’ll definitely find YOUR dress here!” banter. But I humored her because that’s her job. Plus, I knew I was going to get a dress at another store after this appointment. Marissa pulled 4-5 dresses and we went into the dressing room. I briefed her on a little family drama we had going on and she said “I got you girl!” And boy, did she!! Dress 1 came and went. And I picked out dress #2. Shimmied it up with her help and WOW. I had that tearful, overwhelming, THIS is my DRESS moment!! We walked out to the display area and my mom, aunt, and bridesmaids all started crying too!! Fast forward through alterations, the lady who does alterations is great and so patient. On my wedding day I received so many compliments on the dress! And I really felt like I had a unique, one-of-a-kind dress! Thank you for being a part of our special day!

My overall experience was wonderful. Bel did a great job consulting with me to find the perfect dress. She pulled a variety of gorgeous dresses; they were all so stunning. Ultimately, I choose a dress that I picked out and Bel helped accessorize. I found my wedding dress in less than an hour. Now, I can't wait to see everyone's reaction at the wedding.

Shopping experience: 5 star. Gracie was amazing. She kept things light and funny, and helped me to find the perfect dress! My mom, friends and I had a great time at our appointment. The price was also very good. Seamstress experience: 3 stars. I brought the dress home to have my mom practice bustling, and a few of the buttons fell off. My mom also found a spot where the dress had been modified but the seam wasn’t finished. If it weren’t for her keen attention to detail and ability to fix it, my dress would have fallen apart on my wedding day. The high cost of modifications did not match the quality. Bottom line- get your dress here but get it tailored somewhere else!

I went in discouraged from a day of trying on dresses with no luck. Grace was genuine, and the sweetest person! She asked so many questions, made sure I felt comfortable, and I truly felt like she meant every compliment she gave. I found my dress within an hour, but wanted to stay longer just to hang out with her. My family also loved being there and working with her. I wish I would have just gone here first!

Impression was such an amazing find! Jasmine helped me look at dresses and made the whole thing fun. I tried on probably 8 dresses. They were all the same style that I came in asking for, but they just weren’t doing it for me. It wasn’t until she suggested a dress that had recently come in that things really got good. It was under budget but it was completely different than what I had come in asking for. But it was the one. Somehow she knew that it was perfect for my body type and my style. It was the perfect dress and a dream come true. It was a really fun, personal experience. They do alterations in store, but there's a little alteration shop right next door called T N's Tailor Shop. She's amazing and much cheaper.

I purchased my wedding dress and veil from Impression Bridal in Baybrook. The level of service and patience is outstanding. I had a slight idea of what I wanted and they took my vision and ran with it. I was brought multiple similar styles, and a few additional styles that they thought I may enjoy. I had fun, didn’t feel nervous or intimidated by the 1000’s of options around me, and ended up finding my dream dress on my very first visit. What is also amazing is after you pick your dress, they measure it to you and have the dress made from scratch. It takes a little bit of time (about 3-4 months), but requires less altering. They also give you the option to add additional options to the dress (think originally strapless and adding straps or extra lace). The team is professional, courteous and ready to help. Highly recommend!

I went to only one place to find a wedding dress and this place was it. I spent 4 hours (accidently) trying on dresses and never once felt rushed. It was a great experience and I got the dress I wanted for a reasonable price. I also got my bridesmaids dresses here which was a good experience as well. only issue I had was after I had placed my order a month later the shop called me and said they had miscalculated something and I owed $100. I still had half of the balance left to0 pay so I asked if they could add it to what I owed. They said no, and that they couldn't place the order until it was paid. I thought that was strange and a bit inconvenient. Also they ordered my dress later than expected, but it came in on time for alterations.

All of the gowns in store were beautiful and within a reasonable price range. All alterations were done in a timely manner, including some last-minute changes made at my final fitting. I received many complements on my dress and accessories.

This was the first place that I went to find my dress and I found it here! Great dress for my budget. Service was good but I felt like I had to call and keep up with my dress order, alterations, etc. by that I mean if I didnt call to ask about my dress, I wouldnt get called. Besides that I am very happy about my purchase at this place and I love my dress!

Walking in the door you automatically feel like a bride. It was a big step up from other stores I had seen before. They have such a variety of beautiful dresses and at great prices. They do in store alterations and they were not very expensive either. Very nice and friendly service also!

Purchasing the gown was very easy to do, staff was friendly and helpful. The have a variety of dress options. However, when it came to alterations it was a completely different experience. My appointments were constantly getting cancelled an hour prior, once I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and the seamstress "forgot my gown at her house". I had to pay to have a corset kit "express rushed" and it didn't get ordered.

I have always saved wedding dress images even before having been engaged. Once I was engaged I continues to save images, however one image I needed to look up the distributer for its cost. I found that it was Impression Bridal and that there were 3 locations in Houston, one of which was near my home. I made a plan to drop in with my mother and MOH. I was informed that an appointment needed to be made (I had no idea). I explained I just wanted to see a dress in person and see its cost, no need to try on at that moment. They did set me up with a associate who was able to give me good news and bad news. The bad news was that my dream dress did not exist in any store anywhere. The good news was that the dress cost just under $1,000. The model in my magazine wore the only sample dress that now had to be shipped to this location for me to try on within a 2-3day limit. As the dress arrived on Sunday I went to try it on Monday. Keep in mind the dress sample size is for a model. My Curvy dress size 2 was able to squeeze into the Wedding dress size 6. I said YES TO THE DRESS in a size 8 (so I could sit/breathe). My dress that did not exist was finally mine. I have friends who got Impression Bridal dresses. When asking the associate to see my choice, the associate DID NOT show it. And although I see many brides on facebook in Impression Bridal Dresses...none were the amazing and affordable dress I found on the knot.com.

I was lucky enough to get a sales assistant who was quieter, not pushy, and gave great advice. I really appreciated her standing back and letting me and my family make decisions with her input as we asked for it. That may not be what everyone wants, but it was perfect for me. My dress came from their special store collection and ended up being about $1000, so I assume most of the dresses are cheaper than that. Seemed to be a good variety in types of dresses available. Their bridesmaid dress options were VERY standard in cut, color, and fabric. Their head of alterations was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick. My dress was beautiful!

I fell in love with my dress and initially fell in love with this shop. The woman that helped me was so sweet, but after I purchased the dress, I had a LOT of issues with these people! First of all, when the dress came in, I was not notified, which I found out later was because they had written down the wrong phone number for me! Then, after being told that there would be plenty of time for alterations, they made it seem like there was not going to be enough time and TRIED to charge me a rush fee. When I went for my first alteration appointment, which I was under the impressions I would have with the seamstress, some random girl pinned my dress for the seamstress to alter and she pinned parts all wrong and it had to be re-altered! THEN, at the wedding, the string that was supposed to hold the button for my bustle broke and we had to safety pin my bustle!!! And I mean it broke AS SOON as we tried to bustle it right after the ceremony. It's not like it happened later, or accidentally by someone stepping on it, it was broken from the get go!! It was VERY stressful to have my bustle safety pinned!! So annoyed with them!

I was very excited to buy my dress like every bride. The dress was 2 and a half weeks later then promised, I had to reschedule my bridals and stress about that. my engagement was 6 months, but i still feel like a dress can be purchased, made and delivered in a timely manner. not always the shops fault, but i was sick of the excuses. The shop was not the best at informing me on the location and updates on when my dress would be in. I had to call and call and call. It was the most stressful part of my wedding. They did an excellent job on my alteration and did them fast when my dress did get in. On the day of my bridal portraits and wedding day my dress lost over half of the buttons that lined the back of my dress. That was upsetting after spending all that money. I planned on using my dress after the wedding for anniversary pictures so the fact that I will have to get all the buttons resowed on is aggravating, we took extreme care of my dress. That's my honest opinion. Service was nice, but like I said, I would have appreciated better updates, other then that they are good at what they do.

This was the 3rd bridal salon I looked at, knowing I wouldn't find my dream dress in only 3 stores, but I DID! I tried it on and cried, so I knew it was what I had envisioned but even better...the price was unbeatable!! I saw this same dress at other stores for $2000 more. I constructed a sash and flower at the waistline and it came out amazing! I lost 60lbs for my wedding and I never looked better :) The staff was great and always were willing to help. Alterations were fabulous and worked with me to alter until the last minute. Thanks for making my dream dress come true!!

My dress was gorgeous, they literally catered to me, everything I needed they did their best to make sure it happened. They were fun and personable, instead of all stuck up and snobbish like I found a lot of other bridal stores to be. One of my favorite things about this store is that you get an entire platform and mirror area to yourself to look at you in the dresses you try on. I went to a couple other places and you were just shuffled around like dogs with everyone else, I hated it. Debbie was my consultant, she's great!

I have to admit, when I walked in I though there was no way they would have something in my price range. It looked way too swanky for my budget. But they really do have dresses in every price range! I thought my budget of $600 or less would be hard to accommodate, but they had beautiful dresses for even less than that! On top of that, the service was great! I had some really bad dress appointments at other places so I can totally appreciate it when everyone in the store learns your name and helps you figure out which beautiful dress to choose! I prefer to write balanced reviews with some positives and some negatives, however I really enjoyed everything they did for me and I have no complaints!

I have never looked for a wedding dress nor have I ever even been in a wedding dress store! I had no idea how to start the process but I wanted to get the ball rolling. Randomly my best friend & I walked into David's Bridal. WOW was that a mistake!! Those people snubbed us away & couldn’t believe we had the audacity to walk in their place without an appointment!! I had no idea I had to do that! My bad! Since we already took off work that day we decided to go to Impression Bridal & really we were SO glad we did! That store is just gorgeous compared to David’s. The set up is so elegant & they greeted us with open arms. Now “the dress”. I again had ZERO idea what I wanted. The lady wasn’t pushy & did an amazing job. I found the dress of my dreams that day!!! I just went to look! Myself being a bit on the high maintenance end of things was scared to look at the price of this fabulous dress & to my surprise it wasn’t expensive at all! Everyone in my family still can’t believe how cheap I got that dress for. I was so happy with my entire trip there I sent my sales lady flowers! I’m hard to please but was highly impressed! I later went back & got bridesmaid dresses & went for my several fittings. The whole time those people were fun & friendly but also high class! It was the best shop ever & actually happy David’s was so rude. I guess since they’re so big they don’t need to worry with customer service. Who knows. I’m just glad I now know about Impression Bridal. Best of luck!!

This place had beautiful dresses for very cheap. The alterations specialist Xiomara was very expensive. Other than that, this was a great palce!!!

I found the perfect dress at Impression! The lady that helped me was fine, but the alterations manager and the store manager are amazing! Everything came in early too!

My dress was gorgeous & they were professional. Not snobby at all and great selection!!! I was worried because they wanted to order my dress in a larger size when I was fitting in a smaller sample so I ordered smaller size & it was almost a bit big. The service was great and my dress was gorgeous but just have two people measure you to be cautious.

They had a great assortment of dresses..however the ladies working there are a little slow. I always had an appt, but felt that I was still waiting everytime I got there. The alterations lady was amazing though!!! She made my dress look absolutely amazing! At first I was a little scared, but the finished product is beautiful!!!
