Rachel did such a phenomenal job on our flowers. She was a gem to work with from, postponing our wedding, through downsizing and even last minute bridal party cancelations. We even got an arbor at the last second and she was able to decorate it all. One of the things most commented on our wedding is that our flowers were gorgeous. I am already talking about getting my bouquet remade so I can get it pressed into a picture frame it was truly my favorite floral bouquet I have ever had.

Rachel is a flower whisperer and SO EASY to work with! WOULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS. She was extremely professional and, even when I was a little indecisive with what I wanted, she guided me throughout the way. She even warned me if certain flowers were going to cost more and then would find alternatives that would give the same texture but for a better price. She also did a great job of reusing flowers from ceremony for reception. I cannot recommend her enough to help make your day come together and bring that extra pop of color it needs! EVERYONE at the wedding raved about how beautiful the flowers were and the day after the wedding, each bouquet had been taken home by someone. She also worked extremely well with all of our vendors! If I needed her, she was extremely easy to get a hold and always called me back or emailed me back same day. Probably the best communicator out of all of my vendors, actually! Rachel is one of our favorite wedding vendors to work with for our own events and our clients. She recently provided the florals for my wedding. The planning process was easy as she took inspirational photos and direction I provided to outline each arrangement. She even included some options and reference photos with the estimate we received. Rachel called me an hour and a half late for a scheduled appointment, told me she could not get either of the two main types of flowers I asked for, and that wasn't even the worst part. I couldn't believe my ears when she told me she would not incorporate a Spanish fan (an item of significance that I wanted to carry with my on my special day) because SHE didn't think it would look good. Very rude and unprofessional. Needless to say, I'm so happy I went elsewhere to a florist who respected my wishes and created a beautiful bouquet, fan and all, that looked absolutely awesome.

Rachel was simply amazing right from the get go! We met with her at her home where she does her planning and designs. She was welcoming and had great vision for our daughter's wedding flowers. She had wonderful ideas for flowers for the outdoor ceremony, the bride and bridesmaids bouquets and all of the centerpieces. All of our guests raved about the flowers. Rachel crafted beautiful arrangements, bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. She was very organized and had a detailed list of what florals she would be using for each piece. She utilized my Pinterest page and color scheme to come up with a gorgeous vision for our wedding day.

Finding a florist was the most difficult part of our wedding planning. Everyone I reached out to had a minimum of almost triple our budget for flowers. I'd almost given up on what I wanted for our wedding day but decided to reach out to Rachel at In Bloom Florals. Most of our contact was via phone or email. She informed me that she would be able to work within our budget. I felt that she really just wants to make your vision come to life. And man did she! I know nothing about flowers and all I did was tell her what flowers I was looking for and she was upfront with me on whether or not certain flowers would be in season or if they would be more expensive etc. She also took a look at my pinterest board pertaining to floral arrangements with me (via phone of course) and we discussed what i was looking for. I look back at the inspiration photos we looked at and still can't believe how well she perfected everything! From my bouquet to the centerpieces, everything was straight from a dream! Rachel did an amazing job with the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and arrangements for our winter wedding! She helped us select flowers based on color and what was available for the season, and when one of them wasn't available in our color, she went above and beyond and painted them! Rachel was amazing to work with! When I first met Rachel, I had no idea what I wanted beyond the color and style of the bridal bouquets. I showed her a few Pinterest pictures and she offered some suggestions on what else she thought would work. Throughout the process, she was open to any changes I wanted, even a few weeks before. She was also very upfront with me when things were over my budget and offered suggestions on how to cut back. And the flowers she delivered were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!! We used Rachel for our wedding this last weekend and we could not be happier! Although we don't live in Canandaigua and had not met with her in person she delivered our vision perfectly! It was so easy working with Rachel! We set up a phone conversation to go over items for the ceremony and reception. All she needed was colors and some photos and of inspiration and she nailed it! The colors and style was exactly what I was going for! She came to our venue, set up all the tables and ceremony for us! I didn't get to spend much time with Rachel because we do not live in NY, but she took my vision and made it perfect for our day. She worked with our Baker to add flowers to our cake and it all happened without us having to do anything. Great and easy to work with.

Wow! I couldn't have chosen a better florist. Rachel spoke with me right away upon inquiring so that she could get a better idea for my vision and how she may be able to assist. She was responsive throughout when I had to change.adjust details throughout. What was most surprising was that she helped to hold me to my budget, indicating when certain changes would put me over my communicated budget and offering ideas about how changes could be made that would not exceed the budget. It was so refreshing to have a vendor who actually cared about me as a person and not focused on how they could get more money from me. The day of the wedding she dropped off necessary pieces to the hotel and then went to the reception venue to arrange centerpieces so we did not have to lift a finger. Several guests at the wedding inquired about the floral arrangements and I was happy to give out her information and will continue to recommend her.

Rachel did an amazing job helping bring my vision to life. I wanted to stick to white flowers and heaps of greenery, and when I walked into the venue that day it looked like an urban jungle! The bouquets were perfect, and she was able to do it all on budget, yay! Because I didn't do traditional arrangements on the tables and did loose greens, she was also able to take some of the extra greens and put them on tables that I hadn't even requested, which was awesome!

As a Wedding Coordinator at a prominent hotel in the area, Raachel quickly made it onto my preferred vendor list. Always prompt, professional and truly caring about her work. From bouquets to centerpieces, cake to arbor arrangements and everything in between, her products are gorgeous, fresh and I never worried about her work "falling apart". As I planned my own wedding Easter weekend in 2015, a fairly brief conversation with Rachel and she knew EXACTLY what my vision was. Needless to say, as she knocked on the door of my bridal suite & walked thru with my bouquet...I cried. I have it dried and now hanging in my home, not quite as beautiful as that day but just as special!!! A truly dedicated, personable and talented artist you will find in Rachel.

I was originally worried about planning over the phone for our out of state wedding. I just LOVED the work Rachel had on her website and knew that she understood the feel I was going for. Rachel has been an amazing vendor in the Finger Lakes region for years now, and her work is absolutely amazing - she pays attention to your concerns and crafts a floral theme that will surely pull everything together. Name your budget, and she'll make a solution that best fits your needs and your budget, and be candid about everything in the process! Also, as a bride that planned from afar, I can attest to how responsive she is, and how hard she works to really meet your requests. I was blown away by how awesome my wedding looked, I hardly believed it was my own wedding! What a great person to work with!

I loved how honest Rachel was from the start, letting me know what flowers were available in the month of November. Living in Upstate NY, once October hits, most plants are no longer blooming. I appreciated Rachel telling me from the beginning that it was probable I would only have access to certain floral varieties. Turns out, I only wanted roses and she worked with me to create centerpieces and bouquets that used different types of roses to achieve a more textured look. Originally I was interested in dalias but once I learned they wouldn't be available in November, we looked at other options.

Rachel was easy to work with and took a lot of stress out of my wedding day. She delivered everything on time and to the right places. I am not a flower person so was unable to give her much guidance other than a few magazine cut outs, but she nailed it! All my arrangements, from my bouquet to my centerpieces, to the cake decor, were exactly as I had dreamed!

One of the most important, top three things that was important to me on my wedding day was the flowers. I wanted to feel like the colors made the room sing. Looking back, maybe I needed to spend more money (we spent $3300 total) or get a different florist with more creativity or access to different flowers. The girls bouquets were the best (very colorful). And she made the cake florals perfect with my exact requests for pink rannunculus. My initial consultation with the florist went well. She seemed enthusiastic and excited to work with me as well as competent. She described ideas that seemed to line up with my vision and quickly created a proposal that fit our budget and my taste. Approximately 2 weeks before the wedding we had a final phone call and spent the next week constantly emailing to be on the same page regarding what flowers I wanted. (I said no hydrangea and no gerbera. Lots of reds, pinks, oranges, and a little purples.) My ceremony pieces had yellow orchids (never discussed) and hideous fake looking pink gerberas among a rainbow of other colors. Not cool. The centerpieces had a lot of hygrangea (I get that it was necessary to stay in the budget and create the fullness I wanted). My guests loved the flowers but I feel like the color palate was not the same that I emailed/talked about. I felt like the florist has a certain way of doing things and could only deviate so much. I felt like the enthusiasm that she had before I signed a contract was not the same as when she was telling me what she could and could not do as the day drew closer. She said that we could do shepherds hooks for the aisle runners and then told me what I would have to purchase them (additional cost to the proposal) and then my ceremony pieces were more and she didn't want to do them because it might be windy. Also, I had to drive to her house and drop things off after the wedding (1.5 hours from the venue) if I didn't want to buy them. The groom's orchid boutonniere fell apart by the end of the ceremony and was flopping around all night. I would recommend this vendor if you want something simple and don't want to spend a ton of money but want pretty flowers, nothing extravagant.

I set-out to find a florist who was more contemporary, less traditional. I found Rachel's website online and immediately fell in love with her designs. Having just gotten married a few years ago herself, I felt that she was really in-touch with what I looking for. She worked with me right from the very beginning to create exactly what I had in mind.
